Great service department.Sales department - a different story....This is our second Hyundai and based of the service we received with the first car brought us back to this dealership. We will continue to use the folks for our service needs because the service department has always been top notch. As far as sales, probably never again. It was excruciating and tedious. Too much let me run this by the manager.Lalo, our salesman was courteous and professional. His product knowledge needs a little work but when he had to consult with the lead salesman and manager, everything ground to a halt and we had to wait, and wait.....We started to walk out. Lalo was able to salvage the situation created by others and we ultimately purchase the Santa Fe
Biggest reason why I’m giving their service center 5 stars is because of Ashlee. She’s the best employee they have here at Rally Hyundai. Excellent customer service, incredibly accommodating and she always takes care of my mom anytime she brings her car in for service.
Service staff are excellent and live up to their promises as to when work will be completed and the estimated cost of work. They have a comfortable customer waiting area and a very good shuttle service for drop off and pick up of vehicles.
We just got our new Santa Fe at Rally Hyundai at Palmdale, we are from Ventura but the four hour drive back and forth was so worth it, we are so happy and excited, the car is gorgeous, and were so thankful to all the staff for their help and patience, specially Andrew Gonzalez, he was amazing, always with a smile and always there for us.

Made an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead, for 2 pending recalls. I told them exactly what the recalls were, so they could have the parts ready. The person who initially made my appointment said they would have all the parts for that day, especially since the appointment was 2 weeks down the road. Dropped off my car, and what should have been a 1 day event, 2 at most, turned into 4 days. Apparently they didnt have the parts necessary. They actually had to order 2 parts on 2 seperate days. They werent smart enough to at least look at what other parts they needed to order everything at once. The Rep who was supposed to help also never called back when promised to call with updates.
Spoke to Art Reyes the service manager and what a joke. Tried to tell me the class action law suit was an extended warranty. And my engine wasn’t covered even after I spoke to corporate Hyundai and the people from the class action law suit. It is cover under the law suit!!! Never going there again. What a joke. What a waste of time

I had to bring in my car for a recall service and they had a shuttle take me back home and pick me up from my house and bring me back to get my car. The drivers name was Jim and he was a very nice person who went out of their way to incorporate me into his list of riders.
The experience was great but we could not agree on a monthly payment thats comfortable for me I need to get around 750 a month

Giving a 5 star rating because the service was exceptional. The service took way longer than expected for a scheduled appointment. However, the service tech thoroughly explained services performed and reviewed items checked that may need servicing later. Great shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up when vehicle is ready.
Took my car in to get serviced. Great experience! Very friendly staff. The quote of the maintenance required for the work needed and the time needed was provided prior and was accurate. I highly recommend using Rally Hyundai VS any other car repair.

The Hyudai service was great. They quickly checked my mileage and confirmed what I was having done to the car. The service was discounted because of the coupons they provide to their My Hyundai website.I waited in their waiting room for the service to be done. They provided free coffee and popcorn. If you wanted more there were vending machines available. The waiting room included comfortable chairs and two tvs so they were easy to hear.When the work was finished they came in and let you know. You did not have to go to a separate department to pay. You paid right where they confirmed what you needed done. The service also included a free check on your car service needs and a free car wash. You received your key back and were pointed to exactly where you could get your car. There were no problems!

Always a great experience. I purchased a Elantra in 2019 and I regularly visit the service department. I never had a bad experience and my next car will definitely be a Hyundai. Keep up the excellent job.
Had oil change done. The service rep. told it would be done in an hour and a half and it was. I had and intermittent problem with my reverse camera and the rep. told me i would have to leave it in the shop for a min. of two days and no guarantee they would get to it. So oil changes at Rally Hyundai are good but any thing else you might consider taking vechical to a larger dealership.

This dealership was very helpful when I was inquiring about a new car. They answered all of our questions and acted very professionally. They were exceptionally polite and took a priority making my family comfortable while the deal was being worked out. They offered a very fair deal and were willing to work with me and my special circumstances. Although the deal was never finalized do to a unique situation, I would go back there when it comes time to buy another car. Ask for Tanya, she was awesome!

I am appalled, and at a loss for words by the vulgar and horrible customer service, my father received from Rally Hyundai. A customer service representative (auto dealer) was disrespectful and offensive - with a great degree - towards my father. The detestable and rude behavior of this representative is unacceptable. Before the call ended (it was on speaker), both my father and I heard the representative exclaim in anger, Thank you for wasting my time!During these difficult times and the State of Emergency of our country, those employed should be grateful for still having their jobs and should do their job—without rudeness and disrespect. The Rally Hyundai representative caused great disillusion in my father, so the prospect of buying a car from them ended once the man hung up. I do not recommend Rally Auto Group. They have lost a customer.
Crystal and Art go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Many times they pleaded with the manufacturer to get my engine replaced when it broke down at 166k and later at 200k when my fuel pump went out and the manufacturer didnt want to cover the cost of a recall on the fuel pump and fuel lines Art and Crystal worked their butts off to make it happen. When the engine broke they helped me get a rental from Hertz and they always take care of me.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they listened to your concerns and queries and answered accordingly.

Ok, 1st review, 2 *s, HOWEVER, after Art, the service manager contacted me about the needed repairs to my vehicles bumper/fog light housing unit, and assured me that Rally Hyundai would repair the damage AT ZERO COST TO ME! (even though it was inconclusive in the video whether or not the damaged was caused by the dealership or that I drove IN with the damaged unit) They even provided me with a FREE rental car for three (3) days while my vehicle was in their shop being (custom) painted. They matched the paint very well too.Art and the rest of the Rally Hyundais service employees were very kind, efficient, and professional. I am totally satisfied with the results of both the repairs to my vehicle, and also with the staff.I WILL BE BACK...for all my Hyundais needs and my oil changes.THANK YOU RALLY HYUNDAI AND ART FOR KEEPING YOUR WORD AND TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF BOTH MYSELF AND MY VEHICLE!FIVE * * * * * (star) RATING!

Their service department staff is really helpful. Their sales department staff though, needs to improve their customer communication skills. They need to be more willing to listen to what the customer really wants. I had a hard time getting a simple option contract after I decided to finance my Santa Fe through my credit union. The first sales associate I dealt with was a soft spoken guy that was very new and had a lot to learn about selling cars, I even had a hard time hearing what he was saying because he would speak so low and didnt know enough about the technical and technological specs of the cars on stock or the buying options the dealer offered. The second guy I dealt with was, at times, straight up deceiving, so I had to talk to the general sales manager and still after a lot of back and forth I had to wait for a day to get my option contract.

Starting with Art Reyes, transitioning to Christina then to the service technicians and finally to the service driver. This Department has excellent communication skills and you can easily surmise they take their job very seriously however; they have fun in doing so and the customer definitely feels the vibe.

Ive always had a good experience at Rally Hyundai; has a pretty cool waiting area while youre getting your car serviced, hell I get comfy and end up falling asleep for a minute. They have good inspection packages and to top it off they wash your car; just note myself Im always pleased when I leave from there. I recommend those that have hyundais and need their car serviced should definitely come here to Rally Palmdale...
Went here after getting frustrated with all the rough, repainted/Bondo cars at CarMax across the street. I was looking for a cleanly kept used family vehicle. Got a good deal on a pristine used SUV at Rally Hyundai. The sales associate Ana Sanchez was very laid back, low pressure, genuinely helpful, and had a great attitude from beginning to end. I bought a car that so far has 2 major issues, the is a wind russ thru the driver window and when turning to the right, there is an awful power steering noise!! I wish I could wake up from this dream
BAD BAD, I had car services up there and had a personal item stolen out my car, called and confronted them about the situation and they told me you sign a wavier saying we not responsible for personal items with that being say they allow they employees to steal stuff out the car with out being search or anything on top of that they didn’t even fix the problem on my car. I’m very disappointed in the low budget dealer ship i would not buy anything from these thieves . I will be calling BBB TO REPORT THEM!!!! Took my car to Valencia Dealerships and they fixed the problem free of charge. Will never go to Rally’s anything.
Will NEVER buy another car from them. After test driving the car we told them we were going to shop around and then the manager came In for the hard sale. Said he would do whatever it took to sell us the car. We were concerned because of the light interior and was told it was stain proof. We bought the extended warranty which is really useless. We should of backed out when we signed the papers and found out it was a 2017 and not a 2018. Our fault on that. Needless to say we have stains that will not come out andwas told it wasnt covered and to take it up with their insurance company. Had a Optima and should have stayed at Kia. We were pressured and was sold a bunch of lies. Service was a joke

The first experience not so great! Gabriel our salesperson very accomodating and knowledge on the vehicle we were looking at! The SALES MANAGER (no name to protect them) needs to learn the art of customer service! We are going back because we said we would die to the SALES MANAGER not able to see us for 45 minutes(he expected us to wait around for him) Gabriel deserves a second chance!! Went in for an oil change. I did not have an appointment but the service rep took me immediately. They have a really nice waiting room with a TV and refreshments. It took less than an hour and my car was back with a complementary car wash.
Worst experience ever! Stay away from this dealership, they take your money and try to pin you with a Lemon sale. They did not want to return my down payment after the cancelled the contract. Does anyone know if the Lemon Law applies to this?
After investing a great amount of money purchasing your car, your dealer shouldnt continue to try to continue squeezing more money out of you by trying to sell you unnecessary services. shame on them.

If I could give them ZERO I would. In August of 2018 I leased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. In 3,000 miles the car slipped off the road 4 times, one of those times jumped from the right lane to the middle lane and back in a fraction of a second. After so many attempts to solve the problem with Rally Hyundai and & Hyunday Motor of America without success I had to contact The Better Business Bureau. We had an arbitration which both parties agreed upon (me and Hyundai). On October 25th, the BBB determined that the car was a Lemon and Hyundai was ordered to replace the vehicle in 30 days... Hyundai took 53 days to replace the vehicle stating that they never received the paperwork from Rally Hyundai on time. At Ralley Hyundai Palmdale I was treated like garbage after I started complaining about the car. Here are the names of the individuals that mistreated me, even tried to tell me that I did not know how to drive (I am a former instructor) and that they were tired, fed up, and losing their patience with me... George (the sales Manager), Art Reyes, also a Service Manager and the sales person Tony Anaya who really did not care anymore after he insisted and persuaded me to purchase that specific car which was a LEMON.I am from Florida and this happened in California where I went for a period of one year. I was supposed to return to Florida by the end of October 2018. Because of their irresponsibility of not sending their papeperwork on time, this situation caused a big impact in my economy because I was paying a mortgage in FL, rent in CA, the leased vehicle and the rental vehicle all at the same time.Although the car was towed to Rally Hyundai in Palmdale the first week of October, I continued making the payments on the car...I begged Rally and Hyundai to provide a vehicle for me because due to my heart condition (I have Cardiac Insufficiency and Atrial Fibrillation) I needed a car to keep my medical appointments. Not only they did not provide me with a vehicle but Rally kept on calling me to go pick up the car otherwise they would start charging me storage fees... I even received a letter to pick up the LEMON CAR after the BBBs decision.When I received my replacement car on December 17th (which was supposed to be given to me on Nov. 24th) I drove the new car from CA to FL... 2,785 miles and the car did not slipp off the road...So, after all, I guess I am not that bad driver. I have been driving for 43 years without an accident and WITHOUT A TICKET!Hyundai now denies the payment for reimbursements even though they agreed with BBBs decision.I had a nervous breakdown and had to be hospitalized. For not having a car I missed tons of medical appointments, medical exams, missed my internship, missed my last school exam, thus could not graduate. I lost $680.00 whiche were non-refundable.I will continue contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Lemon Law & the Federal Trades Commission until this problem is resolved. I will file a lawsuit in court if Rally & Hyundai do not send me the reimbursement I am entitle to.Thank you.
They fixed problems that another Hyundai dealer couldnt find. There is a known software problem with a check engine light falsely turning on indicating a faulty knock sensor. Previous dealer unnecessarily replaced a working knock sensor and told me there were no software updates and charged me almost $300. Rally came to the rescue when the check engine light turned back on a couple days later, they correctly diagnosed the problem as a software error. Rally Hyundai installed 4 software updates, despite the previous dealer telling me there were no new updates. To make matters worse, the other dealer would not reimburse me despite it being their error. Rallys excellent service adviser Cortney heard this and proceeded to go above and beyond, coordinating a phone call between Rallys service manager and the other low performing dealers service manager to negotiate reimbursement. The offending dealership subsequently agreed to reimbursement. Thanks to Cortneys outstanding customer service and Rallys Hyundais efforts, I now have a properly fixed car and my previous terrible experience with a Hyundai dealer has been replaced with a wonderful one. I really appreciate Cortney and the Rally Hyundais service teams efforts in restoring my faith in the Hyundai brand.

Sales managers are not true to their word and cannot be trusted when making a deal. I had made a deal with the sales manager to buy a car at a certain price and as I was filling out the paperwork, they raised the price on me due to their mistake.

My experience was horrible. The sales guy brian/ robert were really nice, however there manager angel was very nonchalant and very cocky like. His pants were so tight it was almost inappropriate. Was horrible she made me feel like i couldnt buy a car told her i had some money down and wanted to be in 4 ish range but said not couldnt afford my dream car wont be coming back their will be going to another dealership around Palmdale
