If you would like your services done INCORRECTLY and LAZILY, see Gio. He’s there to collect a check and nothing more.Via the T-Mobile app, I realized he put down I was trading in an older phone than what I actually was exchanging. Which in turn would mean I’d get a significantly lesser amount back, smh.Upon examination of my phone, he mainly checked the screen and camera. He didn’t take out the SIM card and check for water damage- fortunately I take care of my phones. But for those who have water damage, go to Gio- he doesn’t even check!Now, due to his laziness I am having to deal with customer care to correct his errors. (I’m potentially out of a $200 promotion because of him) smh.Save yourself the headache and hassle, go to the Palmdale Blvd location.
Horrible service. Ive upgraded every other year from Samsung S3 to S9 at 38107 47th St. E. The staff has always been courteous and helpful until today. They need additional training in customer service and how to do their jobs. To make a long story short, I now have a new store that I will patronize, thats 1743 E. Palmdale Blvd. The wait time is short, you get good service, as well as knowledgeable and truthful feedback. Above all the Representatives were courteous and assisted me, the customer.

Carlos put the wrong screen protector on my device, he wasn’t very welcoming only one guy greeted me while the others were talking and watching videos on their device. Definitely will not be coming back here...
My phone had quit doing ok google. One of the staff was able to enable it.
Don’t even go to this location or you’ll be ignored until you’re personally tiered of waiting. Call the 24/7 service number but don’t go here. None of the employees are fully trained or know how to properly conduct a sale. It’s 2018 get it together.

Today Katie helped me, we have been longstanding customers with T-Mobile and no matter if you go into this local store or call their Customer Service department, T-Mobile is by far the best cell phone carrier and provides a level of service that truly Sets the Standard. .T-Mobile totally Rocks It!!!!

Thanks God for their kind manager Stormy Barajas for correcting a very critical billing error that the other employee who made the mistake a week prior then he couldnt even appologize for his mistake, very arrogant. I will only deal with Stormy if I ever step foot into this location

They hired the most incompetent people they could find and put them Im this store. Everytime we go in there, they are more concerned with playing on their phones than helping the customers. If you are paying a bill they will help. If you have an issue that requires their time, that takes too long and too much of their time and they are not willing to sacrifice their time away from their phones that youre paying them for, to help you. I would consider re-staffing.

Added a line to my plan and the young guy that works there charged another persons acount with my card. Said he did post void but charge went through, i had to dispite it with my bank. A eeek later $104 was taken out again and applied to another persons account. I have to dispute with my bank and canvel my card. This so called t mobile specialist really ruined my holidays gor me because im on a limited income. I have to dispute these charges because of the poor customer service frim t mobile. I am so disapointed with the whole experience. BEWARE
Why do you guys do everything wrong? Returned my phone and now they say they didnt close the account and its on my bill. Been on the phone with the store all day and wasted my entire day off. Not only do I have to work to pay my phone bill but after work I also have to do the job that these boneheads cant do right. This is bs!
We were waiting for about half an hour and no employee even told us they would be right there they acted like we werent even there. When we were leaving my husband asked a girl named Nancy if she could help us and she said she was going on her lunch break and started saying other rude things like do you want my card and the box too?

Incompetent staff including the manager who thinks he can treat people the way he wants. Do not treat me like if I dont know how use the phone, do not tell me my phone overheats for hours and goes off for a day because I had my WiFi and Bluetooth on. I dont get why this store was not able to help us with a defective device while one in San Fernando Valley was able to do so. Worst T
I sent my daughter in to do a scheduleday warrantee exchange. An employee named Stormy actively refused to exchange the phone. She told her that she would check the settings and she didnt need to do the return. When I called the store, Stormy stated first that she didnt know it was a warrantee exchange because she had no access to the conputer. The second excuse was that my daughter was not on the account when she checked the computer and that I would need to come down.... THAT WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA! Instead, I called CS and report her disrespectful ass. Dont go to there!

I came in to get a screen protector and they applied it with a hair under the screen protector and they said give it a day or two and itll go awhile like come on its a hair that aint going anywhere so I went back and asked if I can just apply the screen protector and the lady just rolled her eyes and gave me another one but being rude about it.

My experience here was the best even though I arrived 5 minutes after the closing time which is at 8 p.m. they still took care of us ... we acquired a SIM card they handle 40 dlls for a data plan 10 megs apparently for 50 dlls. Calls and national msjs and unlimited mobile data, and for 70 dlls you can acquire all kinds of previous benefits with an extra international calls and msjs ... you can buy any type of iphone and other mobile device with Android, and all kinds of accessories ... the most modern facilities and it is easy to find parking ... the people in customer service are attentive and helpful as well as knowledgeable about technology ... highly recommended
