It all started off with a PS4 Pro with coke inside. It was my friends and he asked me to fix it. As I went through it I realized that the Ac power unit was broken too due to the Coke that had splashed in it. I attempted to look for a location and see where they can solder the piece back and there was nowhere near me besides Richards store. I gave him a call in the morning and that’s where the great service all started off. He answered his phone which other pleases didn’t at all. That’s really professional if I say so myself and on top of that the quality of his service is so amazing. He was able to fix the PS4 pro, get all the coke out too from all the components and on top of that be able to solder back the broke piece. I have to say the experience was spectacular. Richard is amazing at tech services, I recommend him 1000% because his work speaks for itself. The job was done super quickly and on top of that he is very knowledgeable in various kinds of services when it comes to tech, he even taught me a couple tricks or two. The price was super great too not too cheap and very reasonable. I have t say if you have any tech problems I recommend coming to Richard regardless of what it is cause his work is better than you can imagine. He had such a great personality so amazing.

Saw the reviews and I just took the chance. I’m so happy I did. I came in for my iPhone and my son’s Samsung with my son’s repair I thought it was a lost cause. Everywhere I went was over priced. Over priced. They quoted me $100 for a simple phone screen repair. I have already called another business closer to me for $60. Not only would I have had to drive out of my way but the pettiness in the owners response speaks for itself. My phone is a galaxy a11 which is not even a year old, trying to insult your potential customers isnt the way to go about resolving a bad review. I highly doubt you can do more than replace a screen phone. The quality of work would be poor and Im sure it would be a headache trying to resolve any issue with you or your service had I brought in my device. You can keep that diva attitude and I will keep my money 😊 have a great day you loser.

Richard was awesome. Took my laptop in because it wouldnt boot after a failed attempt to clone my boot drive into an SSD. Richard managed to salvage the data from my drive and complete the clone of the boot drive into the SSD and now my laptop is running better than ever. Service was very affordable and well worth it!

I came here to get my iPhone battery replaced. I had the dreaded service battery message. I was yanked around by Best Buy, who’s supposedly an authorized repairer for iPhones - they quoted 4 hours to replace a battery then said they couldn’t guarantee my phone would be the same?! After that I left and came to Tech Surgeon.My phone is 3 years old but I’m not ready to upgrade for at least another year. They were able to replace my battery within 45 minutes and gave great pointers on ensuring this battery lasts. Thanks for the excellent service and the good prices!

Incredible! I cant believe the quality of my laptop right now, Im ecstatic I brought in my MSi GP63 Leopard 8RE to Richard the Tech Surgeon. Its in better condition than when I got it BRAND NEW!!! My laptop was over-heating just at idle it was at 73 degrees and while gaming it would just turn off. The Tech Surgeon brought it back to life and very fast, Richard replaced the screen with a 120hz panel and changed out the thermal paste. now it runs way cooler at 20 degrees idle and 65 at full boost! Thank you Richard will be bringing my products and bring my friends here! needs a better rating 100/100!

So my Samsung galaxy s21 5g plus had a gully cracked and no longer functioning screen due to a drop on uneven tarmac, he fixed it timely, and for a very reasonably price considering how new the phone is, the guy there is super super friendly and the price he quoted me was the final price I paid which I can appreciate, dont go anywhere else this guy knows what hes doing!

Richard could have easily charged me for a $70 repair like any repair shop would have. Instead he took a look at it and 5 minutes later he fixed it for free. Trustworthy and very nice. I highly recommend for anyone with repairs.

I dont like writing reviews but, this guy is a top notch local businessman. I was having issues with my phone and thought it was the battery so took it in to have it changed out. He took look and did a quick diagnostic test to test the battery and told me that the battery was okay but, he suspected the phone was frozen and just needed a manual reset. He didnt charge me for the service and was very generous with his help. Needless to say I will be returning for all my repair needs. If you need a repair I guarantee this repair shop should be your first and likely only stop.

Repaired my Ps4 Hdmi port within a couple hours and it has been working perfectly. He explained what specifically happened to it and how he went about fixing it which was really informative. Great service for a very reasonable price.

Richard is amazing! It’s unheard of to get this kind of experience, technical knowledge, reasonably price and family customer service here in the Antelope Valley. We are blessed! Tech Surgeon AV did an amazing job on my mom’s Mac. I had spilled tea on it while studying for exams. It didn’t break, thankfully, but the keys on the keyboard got so sticky I could barely type a thing. Richard had it fixed fast and at such a great price. I dropped and had an internal problem with my iPhone XS Max. I went to almost every cellular repair place in Lancaster and everyone was saying take my device to the Apple store, in which is almost an hour away. But I didn’t give up, I searched in Palmdale and first place to pop up was TECH SURGEON AV. Richard was the repair tech, and boy was this guy like an Angel. He was very supportive, listening to my concerns, and with Covid-19 going on he made us feel very welcoming still. LONG STORY SHORT. He immediately start going to Surgery on my phone. Was able to repair my board free of cost being that I was at the moment a first time customer and I drove to Palmdale from Lancaster. He also was the only store that kept my screen in stock in which the screen was at a very reasonable price. I am the owner of a Non-Profit Youth Football Organization in Lancaster, Ca and I now refer all of my parents to Richard because of the awesome customer service he and his wife offered to me.
