I am not quite sure if all cell phone providers are as arrogant as Verizon, but for some reason both the Palmdale and Santa Clarita Verizon stores are horrible to deal with. I have been aggressively told that I was in the wrong and had been completely told about a promotion when I was not. I was made to drive 20 miles to the store so my adult son whom is still on our plan could get a new phone and the guy said I could have done what needed to be done on line. I was on the phone with him and they never mentioned it. The sales people are not there to help. They are there to play with their phones all day while giving minimal info. I am so tired of the lack of customer service anymore. I would change our whole family to another provider, but unfortunately Verizon works the best at our house. I will say though that whenever I have contacted customer service though my phone they have always tried to help and have been great. It’s just the sales reps at the stores are terrible and rude.

I went to the Verizon store this morning. Veronica was wonderful. I changed my address added my wifes name to the account, paid my bill and made a couple of other changes to my account. I was amazed at how little time it took and how efficient Veronica was. Bravo Palmdale Verizon, Greg
No help what so ever. I only give it a 2 because they were clean thats it. They have no stock. Nothing on line except 1000 or more they dont even try to help you.
So with absolute certainty I can tell you this is not a good review. After 20+ years with AT&T mobile, I left them because the bill kept inflating for no apparent reason. Like everyone, I am on a budget and I only want to allot a certain amount for my mobile service. I was going to go with spectrum because they offer $45 a line with no extra fees. I happen to stop by Verizon, a corporate store before I made my decision with spectrum. I met with the retail associate and we agreed upon a plan in which I would pay $185 a month until my iPhone 11 was paid off at which point it would be near $150. Two months later I’m informed on My Verizon that my plan went to $210 a month and then I made a plan change. I never made a plan change. I called Verizon and they apologized but said it had to with the store and it would have to be reconciled there. Once at the store, the manager told me my plan was changed erroneously, and that I had to call the loyalty department. When talking to the loyalty department they told me that the discounts that I got were not permanent and a one time discount. In other words, the retailer, the sales associate that I dealt with was disingenuous and lied to me. I see other reviews that said the same, they will say anything to close a deal. Now I’m at the store to talk to the manager again and it’s closed for a week. Mike from the loyalty team has been wonderful and called me today at the time I was supposed to be here to advocate for me. I will come back in a week when the store reopens and Mike will call again to advocate for me. If this can’t be fixed I will contact consumer affairs and my state senator and assemblyman. I left ATT because my bill inflated to $190 and now two months after being promised my bill would be $185 ans drop to $155ish, my bill is $185. Unbelievable!
Careful. They put your phones in the system under wrong deal and Im out thousands of dollars of discounts. Verizon has fallen to just another cruddy corporation. I used to respect it. Now I trust it not at all.
Very poor customer service. Which is unfortunate because Ive been a customer for over 10 years. Substandard service, was not at all helpful with any of my questions and essentially just told me to go online and figure it out. I came to the store because I obviously needed help. Go to a different verizon or just try customer service over the phone.
Was excited to see their services for curbside pickup, until arrival when they failed to mention that theyre temporarily closed. The lack of information has me hesitant to return.

Considered an authorized retailer. Warning been defrauded multiple times at this location. Sales reps will tell you anything to close a deal, specially if “offers” are being negotiated. Management was useless when complaints filed, even at corporate level. On a good day (once every 7 or 8 visits) the employees actually want to assist, however they usually just stand around the center table on their phones and completely ignore you unless you directly asked to be helped. One girl even rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question. Most helpful genuinely nice person seems to be the security guard at door, he’s very helpful weirdly enough. If AV opens another authorized retailer it is highly suggested to go there instead.
Service is slow. No one ever told me how long I would wait after checking in or even looked at me. The desk eventually told me that they didnt carry the cover I needed for my Verizon Moto Z3 and told me to get one oneline.
This is usually our preferred Verizon Store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they dont push TOO hard with the up-selling, they usually have what I want in stock and they have a steady flow of customers. The store is clean and uncluttered. Note: for faster service, make an appointment on your phone, you can make them for up to an hour away I think. It will tell you when to show up and you just go to the front of the line and get service right then.
Thanks for hanging up on me after waiting 8 mins cause its 30 mins to the covid close times. Forgot to add T mobile answered right away and answered my questions and all without having to go through the automated system to try to talk to someone.

I am very happy with all of the experiences I have had at this location. I prefer this location over others because of the excellent customer service. Specifically I am thankful for the time and effort from one of the managers Ben. When the store was busy he went out of his way to make sure that I was able to be helped quickly.
Went in to change providers had issues with one of the phones that we tried to keeping, they had told us in the beginning it was possible however once switching over they didnt warn us that it was only a 50/50 chances it would work. Just lack of information on their part. Still good customer service.
Was in this morning to switch phones on my service. Did this once before several years ago. Both times employees were very friendly and helpful and service was quick.

The salesperson was very helpful and he was very polite.My son is into photography and was trying to convince me to buy him a $1, 000 phone, but one Samsung had the camera covered with the security cable, and the other two cameras did not operate. I did not buy a phone tonight, nor would I buy a car without first test driving it.
Employees are very nice 👍 but there is not bathroom there and when you have your kids and they need to go they need to go no body had time to walk all the way to Starbucks or Wendys just to use the bathroom they should step it up and build a bathroom Im pretty sure they make good money to build one or move to a place the has one.
Liars!! My husband and I were in this store yesterday to upgrade our phones to the S7 as our contract was up. At first shat seemed to be a good deal ended badly. They told us we had a past due balance that had to be paid before I could upgrade. They had our credit, all our info as we were customers for the past 2 years. We had our phones picked out and 2 tablets. Agreed on price and down payment. We were trading in our phones and only putting 100 down. This all took 3 hours with our 18 month old daughter was challenging to say the least. They asked us to pay the past due on the phone while she went in the back to get our devices.... I paid, she came back out with nothing and let me know we then needed to put an additional 40%d down on each phone. SOO going from 100 down it went to 500..... They LIED!!! Bait and switch!!! My husband got pretty upset and the manager came over to HELP... we told him you guys lied. He couldnt even deny it, how sad!!! DONT GO HERE.... SPRINT IS OFFERING TO CUT VERIZON BILL IN HALF AND BY ONE GET ONE FREE..... WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible customer service. Almost all employees are very combative. They are not knowledgeable and treat customers like criminal. When I tried to return my iPhone 8+, they said I’m not allowed to return it since I had already exchanged it once. I had to call Verizon headquarters and they told me that the store people are wrong and it’s within my rights to return the phone. I let the headquarters people talk to the store manager and tell him to accept the phone and refund me. The store manger (Chris) was reluctant to accept but he had no choice. After I returned the phone he said I’m banned for 30 days going to upgrade my phone. This store is really really bad. Disrespectful to clients and give a bad name to a reputable company.

I’m not surprised to see this location 3 star rating. It’s actually more than I expected, given their terrible customer service. Long story short, I bought a note 8 2 years ago! During my lunch break I went ahead and picked it up, they gave it to me in a bag with some red paper in it, I took it and went back to work ( I should have checked inside the bag before leaving) while at work I took a look at it and the box was damaged, so I took it the next day, with them telling me I couldn’t exchange it, I had to call Verizon and they called the store. Verizon called me back and said to me, they agreed to exchange your phone but they still want you to pay for re stocking fee, but don’t worry pay for it and we will give you a credit on you next bill to cover that fee. Thanks to Verizon I was happy, but will never go to this location again, i now get my phone upgrades through the website!If you’re picking up your order check the bag, before you walk out the store they might just be giving you damage goods! This place is terrible they definitely need New Management in here.

No stars if I could! Straight out thieves with class.. Do not and I mean do not fall for their 2 for 1 specials specially in December. Make sure they unwrap your new purchase infront of you as they will sell you a refurbished phone and make it look as if its new box and all... Shame on everyone there for fooling clients that only ask to be servised and not robbed. In sales taking care of customers goes a long ways rather then using deceiving sales tactits that keep peiple like me coming in. Please be wise and call the Verizon hotline for true and better deals... Shut them doors!

Extremely poor customer service! I wasnt there more than 5 minutes and because i couldnt understand what the girl was saying she began raising he voice at me. When I asked her why she was raising her voice she said because you cant understand what Im saying. I then asked for a manager and he said she was not raising he voice. I then left the store and will never go back. Whats sad is, this is the only Verizon store I have ever bought a phone.
Went in to the store to purchase a new tablet to add to our plan. Since I knew exactly what I wanted and needed the trip to the store seemed pretty quick (about 20 minutes in &out) about a month later I get hit with my bill about $150 over what I expected. About $100 in one time fees, ok I get that. But the extra $50 seemed to be from the rep he added more gigs to my plan which I never asked for he also added insurance again I didn’t ask for it and he never even offered it. Know I have to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service so that the problem is fixed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this store about a year ago I had another bad experience where I was lied to. The store was supposed to wave about $300 in activation fees and never did until i started showing up to the store and calling. It took two billing cycles for them to fix those credits. Overall I’ve had bad experiences at this store, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
The worst in the AV!! People don’t waste your time with this store. The employees would rather sit around and not do a dam thing.. Like others have said they don’t know what that heck they are talking about when you do get speak to them.. If you have time order on line or speak to a Verizon person on the phone. But if not go to Lancaster or Stevens ranch..
As good as Verizons cell service is, the customer service here is terrible. The rep I dealt with was pretty good, but the manager was completely useless and consistently contradicted the information I had been given by the customer service number and did nothing to rectify anything.
Wow thats all I can say. First when I call, someone answers the phone and says hello. I say Is this Verizon? She says, oh yea but Im a customer. Then hangs up. I let it go and call back, ask if they have the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in white in stock. He says yes we have 5 after checking in the back.We drive 40 miles, get there and he says oh all we have is the S6 Edge Plus in stock, we would have to order it. I say What?! I just called and you guys said you had 5.His excuse - Well the plus sign after the edge is small so we didnt see it. Really!!!???? So do I have to get multiple guys to look because they are so incompetent?!No apologies at all, just a lame excuse, wasted gas and time going there for nothing. Verizon is going downhill really.Right then I just wanted to leave Verizon and go with AT&T or something, they obviously dont know how to hire the people that can do their job.
Terrible customer service. I love Verizon, but the management in this store is horrible. I ordered the s6 edge and they sent me the wrong color. When I went in to exchange it, they said they would have to charge me a restocking fee even though it was their fault. The only way I could avoid that cost is if I opened up a case with customer service. Not only that, but the manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all
Im very disappointed. An employee promised $400 off per device. We were buying 3. Later in the day he called me and told me he could only do $200 off for a mistake me made. Furthermore, the other employees were sitting down planning a sleepover instead of helping other customers!? Waiting time was over an hour.

Worst Verizon store in the AV, manager told my father to stop acting irate because he asked them why they dont have a out of service sign on the payment kiosk after my dad tried to pay for his bill and had them waste his time. Manager told my dad basically to get out of the store and dont come back.
Employees are arrogant and treat customers like inconveniences. My phone would not charge. Dion had the unmitigating gall to tell me the problem was with all the outlets in my house not the phone. When it became apparent the phone was “wonky”, Dion’s description, NO apologies were ever offered for the stupid remarks made about my outlets nor the terrible service. Only 2 out of the 7 employees were working; the rest were on their phones and socializing (including the security guard). This store should be avoided at all costs. Once they have your money they don’ t care about anything else. Verizon should send in secret shoppers so they can encounter the real customer service treatment in this store.

Extremely upset. I brought two unlocked phones here and purchased a mifi unit outright and they signed me up for a two year contract without my knowledge or consent. Additionally they didn’t ask me for a PIN they set one themselves so I had to drive 30 miles back to the location with ID in order to unlock my account and pay my bill. Unacceptable!Our salesman was named Netace.

Hugo was of no help. The company will not honor a supposed lifetime warranty on a ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTOR for a Moto z Droid. I was sent to the ZAG STORE AND BACK to the Verizon corporate store Three times. I would think for good customer relations HUGO AND OR Verizon would suck up a $6.00 fee and replace the ZAG. Very disappointed..... Im done with Hugo and Verizon. I hope somebody reads this before it is deleted.....oh well
Been here twice, and both times it seemed like the staff werent very knowledgeable, didnt give right information, or express the correct promotions or say I wasnt qualified for things I was qualified for. Also, the staff seemed very unprofessional. Go to a different Verizon store.
This store is literally the worst store ever!!! I just purchased a brand new iPhone X and went in because I have been working on trying to get it fixed for like 4 hours it’s stuck (hard reset doesn’t work and it shows system restore) and the guy at the front literally like a prick told me to “go home and try it this way” you don’t think I have been trying every which way for hours prior to going to the store? These kids all they are looking for is commission as soon as you say you want to buy a phone or switch service they JUMP to help you but as soon as you have an issue they don’t want to help or start shrugging heir shoulders like idk idk idk.... they need to hire customer service orientated people ....
Sales Technician Bill was great. But Im hesitant ro recommend the Palmdale Verizon because of the marginal service over the phone. When I called to ask about my phone charger I thought I left there (after buying an S8 and Gear 3), an employee who obviously didnt want to be bothered said, Since Bill helped you When you came in last week youre going to have to wait til he comes in tomorrow at 11 so he can look for your charger. But when I asked him about checking in lost and found he said in an impatient tone, As I said, Bill will be in tomorrow at 11. You can call him tomorrow. I simply said ok man thanks, and hung up.The fellow that I spoke with over the phone appeared not to have a teamwork mentality. Teamwork is what helps a company succeed and ultimately helps each team member succeed.If you do go to the Palmdale Verizon store be sure to ask for Bill. Youll get great service.

Also, sales associates will claim to get you free asseceries not true, make sure you review your recipet prior to leaving the store. Horrible workers!! As an existing verizon customer I was trying to get someone to get with this company and I was trying to talk good about the store. Biggest mistake I Did! The service team ppl one of them was talking to customers showing them stuff from his personal phone knowing that he had customers waiting!!! Not only that got me mad but also they told us there was only one person before us then we noticed 2 ppl were served before us and they still tried to come to us and say sorry youre next and they will be with you right away! A freaken hour waiting for nothing!! Waste of my time!! Horrible service if it was possible I wouldnt even give the one start on this review. I hate this store and their team!! Worst service!!!

This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been in. Unorganized and lacking concern are the best ways to describe thIs place. Its painfully obvious that the manager has been promoted to his highest level of incompetence.

The store only had working demos of the iphone 5S and 5c (which was running iOS 6!) and one other android phone. The working phones were encased in glass, so you couldnt hold or see the case or how it fit in your hand. They wont open a phone to let you see either. If you want to compare phone operating systems, you CANT do it here! All the other phones just had pictures of the home screen.My friend chose the iPhone, but they didnt have 32 or 64gb models of either the 5S or 5C, so she had to wait several days for the phone to come in. The store didnt call when they said they would to let her know her phone was in.They had a poor selection of phone cases. They said they had no Lifeproof cases, but then went in the back room and brought one out. We asked if they could order another color, and they said no!Horrible store, horrible stock levels. Useless example phones. The only reason I gave it 2 stars (instead of 1) is because the customer service rep was nice, calm, and did not pressure us (even after I was on the phone with Best Buy checking availability). The only reason she bought the phone there was we had already had to go through a verbal authorization and Verizon had $200 rebate on the iPhone 5S 64gb (which beat Best Buy).

There service is very very slow they dont know what to do I a lady wanted an IPhone (note this was 1 month ago) and he said Its never comming to verizon I said yes it is maam. Its coming in february and she said how do you know I said iam a tech person and I review phones and she said oh and I said if u really want the iphone u should go to the waitting list the team there doesnt know how to provide good service
