Long story short I purchased some accessories over the phone for my daughter ended up not being able to get the accessories to my daughter and Ive been trying to get a refund its been 6 weeks and still fighting to get my 115.79 cents back.... please just give me my money back....

I went in to possibly change over to Verizon. Jackie helped me out. She was friendly, went over and beyond, and was very transparent with the plans and options I had with opening up new lines. Sadly I wasn’t able to switch over because of personal reasons. Not only will I go back to her if I can finally join but I will recommend her and that location to others. The staff is great! Ive purchased all of my devices directly from this business in the past 5 years. The salespersons Ive worked with have been so professional, helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to get me approved for a mobile phone that I wouldnt have otherwise been approved if I went directly to the Verizon store. My last salesperson, Kevin, was wonderful. He stayed after hours to assist me as I needed a phone replacement that day... he was so great that I had to personally call him to let him know. I will always be a customer.

In March 2021 visited this store and was told there was a promotion on iPhone SE where we would receive full credit on two phones. Each month we have continued to be charged for the phones and made visits to the store asking why we are being charged. Very friendly on each visit claiming they are aware of the problem and would get the problem fixed. Looks like we will be paying full price for the phones. Will not be a return customer!

The manager (the person working with me to purchase a new phone) failed to inform me of a $40 upgrade fee.I told him that I wanted my bill to not exceed $90 a month, but my bill after changing phones is over $140.Im seriously considering dropping Verizon and changing to a cheaper service. Its totally not worth paying this much for phone service.Also, why is there an upgrade fee of $40? Doesnt Verizon charge enough already without gouging its customers with more fees?

My mom and I came in to switch from AT&T, we were literally here for 6 hours and Harold was so good to us. He helped us setting up an account and getting all new phones. He even drove to the mall to get us our new phones because they werent in stock. When we first came in he was the only one working as well as when we came back an hour later, he helped everybody and was so nice! He is super great and funny as well. Im so glad we made the switch to Verizon and so glad I decided to come to this location after reading the great 5 star reviews on Harold, he really lived up and beyond the expectations you have for customer service!

We had a problem with a phone bought or replaced by assurion that imploded and shattered so Verizon sent us to a store to inspect and confirm the explosion was real.BEST THING EVER...I found this store and was greeted by the nicest guy Shawn that started helping us with the best, most professional and kindest fully attentive attitude. He turned to Harold to take over our crazy situation. With everyone coming in and out they never missed a beat while dealing with Verizon, myself(That was upset to begin with) and making sure that we had nothing but the best before we left the store.They made sure that everything was working and explained to me in detail, while taking the time to get every discount possible, they saved us way over $100 and made a bad situation(imploded phone) into an awesome end. And thank you Harold for walking us to the door while offering any and all help anytime. We will only come back here for All of our Verizon orders, issues or accessories(they have great deals). It was great. I went today with my dad to get a new phone and get it activated. It was the best customer servies for any phone servies I been too. The sales representative I got, Karla Gomez, was really helpful and nice. She got us through the whole thing without much complications. Even though the phone I wanted wasnt there, she was willing to go drive to pick it up from a different Verizon store which did carry the phone. It was just a great overall experience. She even helped put my screen protector and case on my phone with no extra charge, but just to help. I would say, best customer experience so far for me. Worse place to buy an iPhone, the customer service was so bad!!!1. they force you to buy cases for your phones even if you don’t want to2. They force you to buy the most expensive phones3. They text people in front of you4. They are to lazy to do businessI went to Verizon to buy two iPhones x. The guy who was going to do my order seemed really nice, until he started texting people on his phone. I had to repeat myself more than once. He was forcing me to buy cases for both phones, which he didn’t disclose at first, all he said was all you have to pay today is around $460. I told him I thought I only had to pay taxes for the iPhones he said that this includes cases for the iPhones, i told him I don’t want any cases. He said there’s nothing he can’t do about it, that cases are already included in the deal, but that he was going to call his manager but that if I didn’t buy the cases he was only going to discount $70 dollars. He went to the back to do a phone call to his manager after 1 hour he came back and told me let me bring the iPhones. All you have to pay today is around $130 for each phone. Then he want to the back and brought two phones, he then said let me open them to activate them. Before he opened them I asked are those 64GB. He said one is 64GB and the other one is 256GB. I was like I asked for 64GB. He said he only has one 64GB. I said are those even white, he laughed and said o sorry I forgot you said white, he came back with two iPhones 256GB. He didn’t say anything he just said let’s activate them, I was like those are 256GB I SAID 64GB!!!. He said I only have 256GB, I just left the store worse service ever!!!
