The staff is friendly and the quality of the product is great I just wish they would stop moving everything around. U go in intent on purchasing an item and it no longer is where it used to b so u go around looking for it and end up w/way too many other things u never intended to purchase...

Customer service is bad.Yesterday at about 6.oopm my friend and my self came their buying a liquor bottle at that time counter no 4 I was reaching their cashier and another employee talking they dont want to do services I was waiting 2 3 minutes after that I selected next line I asked ATM they are laughing each other l was selected ATM behind the counter its doesnt work, by the way I purchased my stuff I did little review??????I dont want to give up your store that why l want to mention

This Albertsons is fine its pretty and in the cut. Something about this Albertsons is inviting but if you think its cheap in here think again. They do have a coffee shop in here. And if you need gas theres also one in the parking lot here. Never had a weird encounter here 🐈🐈🐈

I love Albertsons! The food looks very appetizing. The staff that I came across were very helpful and nice. Its always clean. Some people may mind the prices, but they do have good deals.

They are usually pretty clean and have a nice atmosphere. Today I had a guy wipe the basket off with sanitizer and hang me a basket. The workers there are usually pretty nice. There was a spill by the frozen section and the manager took extra precautions to make sure no one fell. I enjoy going to this Albertsons. Also, I love that they have a Starbucks inside.

Ive been coming here for quite some time and theyve always been pretty good, the reason for my post now is because Jalen in the Deli section did a wonderful job at ensuring the equipment was nice and clean before making the cuts I asked for. They usually keep it clean but sometimes in the past Id have to ask (as I have at other places as well) but he was on it! I drove all the way from the Eastside of palmdale just to come here.

Only 1 cashier open at a very busy time before noon. And one management dressed looking lady told the man in front of me, If you want, I can open.Uh, Hello! Isnt the goal of not spreading the virus is not having large crowds? Then you would think the goal is to get people out of there faster. I am just glad there is self check out.

You place a sandwich order days in advance and ask for it to be ready by 9am and its only half done and you still have to wait

It is expensive but you get quality name brand foods there always very well stocked and every department within the store clean the way you would expect it to be, well staffed workforce and every one there extremely helpful beyond a fault as if they already know of what you might need help with and very suggestive and take the time to look out for you in knowing there merchandise/product so well that they will apply discounts you may not even be aware of that have to be manually keyed in when checking out ! Like I said a bit more expensive but for me it is so well worth it because the actual experience is never a hassle or debate or frustration of any type, peace of mind along with a super friendly helpful shopping experience all the way around . I never thought I would look forward to going to a grocery store, but in these verbally combative rude very abrasive times of distrust and uncertainty I have a new value and attraction for any public business that are staffed with genuine true caring and happy employees that day in day out not only have to perform a job but also see to it that a mostly negative unhappy society are pampered and made to feel included and looked out for.All with a very positive and happy constructive moral, this is one of those stores so if your day, week, or social life is a depressing frustrating one especially grocery shopping ? During the pandemic all of us know what has been very difficult finding items and stores keeping the shelves stocked. This is my go-to store to find what I need. Aside from unicorn items like spray Lysol they always deliver. The store is clean and the services friendly. Thank you guys for a job well done during difficult times. It is much appreciated!

An after hours during late hours Very competent employees assisting wether when we are looking for somenthing or when we self served in line.

Albertsons Palmdale is a nice grocery store with a pharmacy, florist and a Starbucks onsite.The grocery carts are located outside the market, just before the entrance.After you enter, there is a Starbucks kiosk on your left, and a floral department on your right, followed by a fresh produce section, with packaged produce, and dressings against the wall, followed by the bakery, then deli department, with center displays filled with premium cold cuts, gourmet cheese, condiments, hummus, and macaroni and potato salad.Milk and dairy is located primary in coolers at the western end of the market, vitamins, personal care products and the pharmacy are located in the southern end of the store, polar opposite the floral department corner.The center isles are filled with pantry and staples organized by signs.Theres a Redbox movie machine and coinstar machine after check out.Albertsons market is currently participating with delivery companies like instacart for delivery and pick up options.The social distancing policies here are very good. Masks are required and worn. Capacity is limited, and the market is regularly cleaned, including the carts for customer safety.

I have always liked shopping at Albertsons. Their seafood section is well stocked with a variety of different fish and seafood. It is fresh and the process are reasonable. Their sales are true sales today I got shrimp skewers for $1 apiece. The shrimp are well sized, 6 per skewer and fresh!Their meat section is also amazing a huge variety of steaks, sausages and chicken. They also have a large assortment of preseasoned meat that is delicious!Their stores are clean and well laid out.Shopping at Albertsons is a very pleasant experience!

If you can shop at Albertsons without coupons and discounts then I commend you. I mean, as a beer drinker who doesnt have to shop far for good deals, these guys hike em up. And its basic stuff thats more. All I can say, for the basics these guys are expensive but they do have a quality deli and meats. Ill will give them that. But then again, for my meats I like Stater Bros. Hey, this is just a review not a suggestion. Do as you wish, go where you like and shop as you please. Good day.

Horrible coustom service in the seafood department

Fast and friendly service. I asked the cashier if she liked the way we have to line up and then someone calls you over when shes ready. As I guessed she loved it. They get to take their breaks on time, go home on time, no angry looks anymore from anxious customers just to name a few perks. Keep up the good work!

They installed new self checkouts and using them is terrible and very sloooooow. Walmart is about 10 times faster. Staff at this store is also unhelpful and rude as well. Like Albertsons but this is the worst one I have gone to. They have an obvious management problem here. Friends warned me and I should have listened.

You want some tri-tip dont want to cook it in the deli they serve tri-tip already cooked too perfection

I was here Jan 22 and waited for 20min for someone to help me in custom service and no one helped me I needed milk for my baby and since they have it locked I wasn’t able to purchase . The store manager and the cashiers were fighting calling each other names bc no one would help

I go there usually between 9 p.m & 10 p.m. its always pretty much empty so I am able to get in and out with little to no running into or contact with anyone.
