Good quality products all around and a well maintained store.Great people and great service.Usually, making a run to a warehouse store for bulk items and then a stop at Vons for everything else takes care of most of our shopping needs.The pandemic got us to try the online shopping. It is really convenient and efficient. We may continue to make use of that if they keep it going, as it is a great time saver.Have been a customer for years and hope to be for many more.

To me Vons is a very clean store The food is fresh The meat is red not brown or half brown like some other groceries stores The people are friendly the staff and workers are very kind I promise you even though I live on the east side I shop on the west side they always have good quality food I aint never had to take anything back from it being stale or stink or anything like that All I can say is Vons good job

Second shift employees are very different than first ones, I feel discriminate yesterday from the white female Mgr. Cuz I see the difference when they attend their own race, now my point to be in to my appreciation if you go take a look the floor wow so shiny and clean but check check strands all dirty and nasty where the dividers are n the band where we put our groceries all dirty I one day the CEO, walk in and catch them infraganti

My favorite grocery place—clean, welcoming, very well staged. And a major shout out to the staff!! I misplaced my wallet last time I was there and Adriana, Isaiah, and Arcelia (hope my spelling is close) went above and beyond to help me find it and get me checked out without holding anyone else up in line. I couldn’t believe how calm and positive they were! This has always been my favorite place to food shop and thank you all for driving that point home again and again. See you next time.

Open relatively late with anything you need. The atmosphere is welcoming and they have a Starbucks inside

Im grateful we have a local Vons, and they had most of what I was looking for. The staff are kind and want to be helpful, but they didnt know where things were located. Do asking for help wasnt useful on a Saturday afternoon. Ill definitely go back. Ill just plan extra time to hunt down what I need.

Store is usually great, but one checkout being open with a line all the way to the meat section, and a total b1tch of a lady in the gardening section with the smart remark of sayin “I can’t help you this is normal sometimes”...

Awesome store!! So clean it sparkles!! Friendly Associates, beautiful floral department, Bakery has the best cakes ever, produce so beautiful and fresh, meat is department excellent.

This VONS location is always clean and offers a variety of services from pharmacy, to deli and flowers. The employees have always been helpful and their prices are reasonable. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this store because of its quality of produce and different offerings not available at all VONS stores.

The shelves were empty...People there working but items not available people cleaned them out in the early morning hours I guess.

Love this Vons, produce is always fresh, store is very clean. All the people here are so friendly and willing to stop and help you instead of just walking by.

Overall great store. Very clean and Vons pharmacy has a wonderful staff. I appreciate the short waiting times and Karinas friendly service. And their pharmacist Jeanette has always been so sweet and very knowledgeable. By far the best costumer service in Palmdale.

Always clean. Can get what I need.

Their fresh baked French Bread available between 4 and 7 pm is amazing. Picked up a loaf for home made sandwiches on my way home from work and even my 3 year old enjoyed a sandwich. Great produce selection and friendly, helpful staff.

Lately alot the produce is full of mold. Prices are high enough, then you get home and find hidden mold. Yuck!

I always enjoy shopping at this Vons compared to my Vons closer to home. I go on Fridays for Fab 5 and the $5 sushi. I have never had any issues, clean environment, sushi always fresh.The reason why I gave it 3 stars was not because of something that happened to me but another customer. Pretty observant to my surroundings and I saw an elderly lady walking back and forth in between the end of the aisle and the front registers. Her hands/arms were full because she most likely came for one thing and did not plan on more (it happens). I saw her walk back and forth like 4 times like she was lost but with all of the things in her arms. She passed by the girl that many times concentrating on trying to find her last item so she can get out, an employee walked by her and neither one of them had the nerve to get her a basket. I got out of line and closest was a hand basket. I sprayed it clean and helped her with placing her items in the hand basket. I still offered if she needed a shopping cart I would go get it for her. She was thank full and it seemed easier for her to concentrate on getting the last thing she needed. It is nice when people help each other out but I expect more out of the employees to be more observant of their surroundings especially when things like this happen. I am dissapointed in this Vons because I go out of my way just to go to this one. I hope they read this and truly improve. I will be back and trust me I will test it out.

Deli service is great, love their bow tie chicken salad. And fried / bake chicken is great too.Fresh seafood and produce. Maybe little pricey but get their app and you earn rewards points that can be redeemed for free items. Staff always friendly, nice supermarket!

Love this clean and easy to shop store!

Vons has some good stuff. They also have a rewards program for saving some money. It is a bit pricey. If you are not worried about money and you have it to spend, then Vons is the store for you.

They always have the best steak!

The vibe is ok..doesnt seem welcoming..but is ok for a grocery store..

It thinks its a Pavillion, but itd where you go to overpay for everything! But I do love their plant selections.

Place is hot and cold in regard to stock and customer service ... never know what you’re going to get.

Clean they have handicapped wheelchair

This store is well stocked. PPE measures in place. I went in for one item and ended up getting a flu shot. Which usually are available in October.Today I was noticing all pharmacies have flu shot signs.There may be a line to get into the store.They do have senior shopping hours.Not the fastest place to get in and out of but you will find what you need.

I only come to this particular Vons because its near my home. It has everything I need. However, the staff can be rude and it makes me not want to shop here as often. The vegetables and fruits are fresh here all the time so thats a plus, which is why I am rating this place a 4 star, maybe with friendlier staff this place can get 5 stars!

Very friendly, fast service! I was looking for parmasean cheese in the shaker cylinder and the employee quickly and courteously showed me where it was. The lines move very quickly. The store is always clean.

This has got to be the worst Vons Ive been in... They dont know how to keep their shelves stocked (even before the pandemic), if you dont eat insanely processed food their selection is shoty (especially the O Brand, ironically), and they put things in illogical places. The staff is really friendly, and the store is plenty clean, but thats all it has going for it. I honestly dont know why I still shop there.

I go to this Vons multiple times a week. They have a Wells Fargo, redbox, and Starbucks inside as well. Their deli people are always kind and the cashiers are usually cheerful, nice, and helpful. I like that its clean and has a couple self-checkout kiosks for quick purchases. Their produce, especially the apples, is top notch quality.

They are trying, in my opinion . Shelves are pretty well stocked, Lines can be long at times, albeit they move pretty quickly..I went today... Good selection and generally plentiful....Except, no bags!!!You cant bring bags with you either.I might suggest you leave some bags in your car...At the very least you can put your grocerys in bags in the parking lot

I love Vons!Clean layout, Im in and out in no time!Pleasant staff. They pack your groceries, scan your items and treat you like a valued customer.I come here at least once a week.

Bought some flowers n used the coin star very nice and convenient. Great customer service.So my current experience here has been horrible I was told and item would be restocked the next day and now they are bull shooting me because no one wants to do their job.

Vons is always a great store to shop at, ( atleast the one on Rancho Vista is). The store management there must be very goof as the employees always seem cheerful and are always very helpful, asking if your finding everything ok, or, if you need help finding the direction of an item you may be looking for. Only wish their prices weren t so high and that you didnt have to buy large quantities of certain items to get the sale prices. Am a household of two and dont always need that many of certain items.

Review from 3 years ago: I like that their deli is open early like around 8am. The staff at the deli and bakery are always nice and helpful. I wish the meat counter had a bell or something to alert the staff when they are busy prepping meat. The staff that stock the shelves are very helpful and actually go look in back if you ask if they have anymore. The cashiers also know what they are doing.Update: Recently they have hired a lot of new staff. They are friendly and try to be helpful but they clearly arent experienced. I used to love coming here because everyone knew the store inside out, but now its kinda hard to get someone whos knowledgeable enough to help with out-of-the-ordinary questions and requests; though the managers are very accommodating to the customers. They also arent as prepared as they used to be in the mornings, Im not sure whether its due to the new staffing, or they have been cutting hours, or they have been taking more time to clean due to Covid but its not as convenient to do morning runs anymore because I just end up having to come back later when things are ready.TIP: This Vons has the best beef cuts in the area. Steaks, stew meat, ox tail, ribs... really meaty and fresh.

Excellent service. You get what you pay for. They really do better than the local competition. Is is becoming increasingly rare to have someone bag your groceries. Not only does Vons still provide this service, but as I was loading my vehicle, a worker started helping me load my car without any request. He just jumped in. It was amazing. Vons is a real classy business.

Use to be great service absolutely horrible now. Deli dept 3 times in row rude rude incompetent desperately in need of new staff esp. Manager.. Most cashiers need a lesson in courtesy and friendliness.. What happened ?.Sarge out.
