I would give 5 stars, but the quality just isnt there.Nice store, not so nice part of town, but centrally located.Harbor Freight has got me out of a few jams! Lets be honest... you need a tool, but dont want to spend the money for the name brand tool. Where do you go? HARBOR FREIGHT has it!Actually, they were out of engine hoists the day I went in looking for one. I didnt gave them 5 stars due that some issues with the advertizing, (to me looked like deceiving) they advertized 20% off for fathers day, at the check out I was informed that certain items were not in that category,, not fair that is deceiving.

No problem to find whatever they sell the store is well organized clean and well stocked like heaven utility you go to check out,everytime I have been to this location it is a long wait before just one register two at the most ring you up and it is a mait I tell ya even if Im the only person in line buying a sanding sponge still a wait sometimes I just set my stuff to the side and just walk out after standing in line second or third person back and a half hour will pass and the line still hang moved?and the one or two customers in front of me will have just an item or two nothing crazy, except the wait

Harbors great for tools to get the job done and most told now come with a lifetime warranty so thats an added bonus. This was my 2nd time to the Palmdale Ca. Location and its ok. I prefer the Lancaster store better because I know where things are. They were all out of AA AND AAA batterys and they said Lancaster was too. So that was a bummer...Picked up a new Earthquake XT 12v lithium 3/8 cordless ratchet wrench kit and other various electrical parts and tools for a wiring repair on my 06 Chevy Silverado. Harbor Fright for the Win again you guys rock!Forgot to bring in my 4 x 3-Ton jack stands that are under recall for the 2nd time in 2 months. Hopefully the next batch are Life worthy 😉.

The deals are OK but dont ever buy cordless power tool because not only do you have to buy the tool you have to buy the battery its sold separately plus you have to buy the charger for the battery so a $79 product ended up costing a $197

Be careful of the driveway enterance. I saw a car miss it today (its not well marked) and high center on the ditch. It took 8 guys to lift and push him out... Otherwise great prices on tools and stuff...

I bought a cement mixer and besides all the bad reviews the cement mixer had I gave them an opportunity bad decision, its a hassle to assemble, missing bolts, nuts, and after 3 days finally mixer was assembled and ready to use after couple of loads mixers flywheel broke. I took it back to store and I was not offer to obtain new one in fact the supervisor had no Customer Services Skills very rude (James) Harbor Freight on Palmdale, Ca. I got a refund and took my money to Home depot paid more but well worth it.

Friendly staff and much to choose from. Last weekend we went to purchase a 1/2 in drive impact wrench. Found the one, most common wrench size and most sought after, only to find that it wasnt in stock. Everything at the display indicated that it was in stock and available. Was told they dont carry it for theft reasons and the employees made a mistake. Another victory for online shopping!
