I had such a great experience at this store today. I went in looking to upgrade my phone and Lucas was so helpful from the moment I walked in. He informed me I was able to trade in my old phone, which allowed me to get the new iPhone for a great deal. He was kind enough to add an iPad to my plan for practically nothing. After some consultation he also helped me bring the cost of my monthly bill down. I left happy and with all the new items I wanted, I will definitely be back!

Clerks seemed more interested in their own conversation. We went in to set up new service and the lady who helped us was way to casual about not knowing pertinent information for our account and almost let us commit to a new phone purchase even though our suspected trade in was not valid. She also tried adding features on without our consent until we asked about the price. I am happy to have better coverage but dont be sleezy about it for commissions.

I will NEVER step foot in the Palmer, Ak store again. I went in there to 1st pay my bill of $286 and then move my phone sim card since I got my new phone from the old phone I sent back that couldnt be repaired and I got refused to move my sim from the temp cheap Samsung I used while waiting for my replacement phone from the insurance place. I was absolutely livid!!! She told me she cant help me when I was told I can use the same simcard when my replacement phone come in, said I still owed $400 something...what?!!!! Nope!! And after telling your company that my email is wrong like 5 to 7 times to fix it and still showed me the wrong one. Its finally fixed now. Ive been with your phone company for over 4 yrs and pay my bill and this is how Im treated?!!! Nope..I dont like your service and how I was treated yesterday!!

Extremely informative practical in suggestions, they let you know all your options and which is the best for whatever accessibility you have. Kind, clean, and easy! I was there for no more than 20 minutes and got all my questions answered and my problem solved.

Our family was in the market for a new cell phone this week. We went to the AT&T store in Wasilla on Wednesday and noticed the windows to the store were painted up nicely stating that masks were required to enter. They had sidewalk chalk marks outside the store to make sure everyone was properly distanced from one another. You had to wait for someone to open the door in order to take your name and determine what you were there for. Otherwise the doors were locked.I was actually relieved when we learned that they were out of the specific phone that we were looking for because I really didnt want to give them the business.I called the AT&T store in Palmer to see if they had the phone we were looking for, and when they said they did, we headed their direction.What a COMPLETELY different experience there!No masks required, no sidewalk chalk lines maintaining space, no locked doors, nothing just like it would have been 4 months ago. I asked what the difference was between the 2 stores and apparently the stores are owned by different entities.We ended up concluding our business yesterday, including them suggesting that we switch plans saving us about $50/month AND will get us about 700% more data to boot!If youre in need of anything from AT&T, and live in the Matsu Valley, keep the Palmer store in mind.

The work ethic of people these days amazes me! I went into purchase a new phone at the AT&T store this evening. Unknown to me, I arrived 10 minutes before closing. I thought it was open an hour later. I knew the exact phone I wanted, so I asked if they had it in stock. She said yes. I then said I was wanting to buy it. I then got the deer in headlights look. She said we close in 10 minutes and then walked away. I was getting ready to drop some money and she wasn’t interested in helping me. Don’t they work for commission? Granted I wouldn’t of came in to purchase a phone 10 minutes before the store closes if I had known. However, I would think I could of gotten better customer service from her. I guess I will be buying my phone somewhere else.

Good customer service. The only thing was there was only one employee for the first half hour and I was the 2nd customer I went to check on my car I had my 9 month old puppy in the car which he was very good all the time we were in there he didnt eat nothing and there was food sitting on my Dash just had to add in how good my puppy was cuz I was proud of him had grab Subway right across they r not even 50 steps away when I came back that second employee was already helping up another customer I had to wait and theres like three or four more customers in there so they need more employees the two guys had good customer service and they were polite and they greeted everyone and told everyone that they were sorry but they would have to wait their turn the two gentlemen handled it very well

After going into this retail outlet on May 8th I’ll NEVER Return or recommend this place to anyone! Customer Service was it’s Worst I’ve seen. I was informed that there Life Time Warranty’s mean absolutely Nothing to these people! I was told that they No Longer stand behind there Life Time Warranty on screen protector that I purchased from them less than a year ago. I would have to purchase another one. If that’s the case I will choose to do business else where. It a shame that there word is Not Worth Anything and he even Admitted It!

Lack of professionalism comes to mind when I think of this store. Employee smoking pot on the back stairwell, employee that was to lazy to help me remove a line and told me to call 611 only for 611 to tell the employee to do his job in the store. Even the manager was highly inappropriate. Now I have to drive to Wasilla if I ever need anything in store.

Came in for the FirstNet service and they finally knew what they were doing. It took a year for someone to tell me anything other than come back when the manager was there and they knew nothing... but they have their game now.

This is deplorable. The store said it was open on a Sunday at 11am. There are currently 5 people standing outside of this store. When I tried to call customer service to find out what was going on I was hung up on. This is not a professional way to conduct a business if you have those who refuse to answer the phone or hang up on those when they are asking why the store is not open when it should be.

I bought an iPhone here and turns out it was faulty. They are not authorized to sell iPhones there, only accessories. Save yourself some time, never go here, youll only be dissatisfied.

We had set up an appointment several days in advance for when the store opened in the morning. After a half an hour no one ever showed up and the store did not open on time. We did not get our business taken care of and were greatly inconvenienced. This seems very unprofessional.
