The reps Lindsay and Joe were phenomenal they took time out of there day to help me with technical issues Ive been having. I just got home from overseas, Im a master gunnery sergeant. I appreciate it so much that they took the time and they were very professional and they fixed everything to profession that I needed. Thank you so much from a 20 year active marine.

I cannot say enough good things about this Verizon store and its representative Angela. She went over and above to help me when my original tablet froze on me. Ive been dealing with the store for almost 3 years and have had nothing but good results from all the representatives.

Very unsatisfied with the screen protector i purchased from verizon. Pops off and breaks, now charged 10.00 to replace what i qas tokd was guaranteed for life of phone. Less than one year and replaced 8 times!

Its a rinky dink store. I bought a new phone and went there to have it activated (it took 3 times) while they were doing it they took my brand new memory sd card out and now it wont work.I was told to come back (3 times) I thought theyd make it right only to finally be told they wont be doing anything its not their fault (it was new and working before they took it out so how is it not their fault??). Very dissatisfied!!
