He walked me through and went above and beyond to make sure our interaction was pleasant and he gave everything a look over to make sure all was good to go. Bravo Zulu Coleson!!!

I shopped today for a new battery and Brake fluid from the Palmetto location. Thanks to Craig and Jake I got the right stuff. Craig even swapped out the Battery for me. It was boiling hot outside but they still went out of their way to swap it out and help me out. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Saved a ton of money from doing it anywhere else!

This store is great, the employees are very friendly and helpful, I needed a new battery they checked the warranty it was expired so they gave me a competitive price and came out to parking lot took out my old battery and in 15 min. These guys are awesome, I was having problems with my fix and had borrowed the special tool for the job from AutoZone. I had tried everything to break this thing loose but having no luck with it. Finally I brought the thing in thinking I might as well get my deposit back on the tool. They looked at what I was working on and they all chipped in and was able to get it broke loose. Thanks fellas.

A KIA client went in with a BATTERY issue, told the employee (BRANDON) at Auto Zone he had to jump start the car to bring it in. The client was then told he needed an alternator....keep in mind they never even checked the BATTERY.... So the client brought the car to SUNSET KIA in Sarasota where we tested (in 5 minutes) the BATTERY and thats what it needed...Make sure to do research on your cars issues and ask the simple questions when you take your car to this Auto Zone.
