1st visit just to check it out and see what they have. Seems like everything you could need. Tom was super knowledgeable and very pleasant. Answered all our questions.

I stopped at Mobile Home Depot to get information on a door, for my home. Greeted as soon as I walked in the showroom by Tom, a rep. He was very kind, and knowledgeable, and listened while I discussed with him my need. Tom proceeded to take his time, and showed me various doors, with the options I had for doors. We picked out the style, and various pricing options for each unit. I did not have the proper measurement at the time, and told Tom I would measure and call him back. Tom thanked me for stopping in the store, upon my leaving; excellent customer service. Parking is easy, and convienent, with several places for those handicapped.

Called to check availability on windows for my Mobil home. Tom immediately checked stock and told me he would hold the windows for me. I originally went to the Venice store and the told me 4/6 weeks for windows. The stores do not communicate with each other. Go to the Palmetto store they provide the best customer service. Thanks guys!

Every time I go here I get what I need with exceptional help. I have been in the process of replacing my windows. Buying 2 to 3 at a time. Thomas was VERY helpful. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He carried the windows to my car without even a thought. Thomas, props to you and Thank You!

I have purchased a sink and shower doors and a front door. We are ready to replace all doors Inside our double wide and will purchase them from our Mobile Home Depot in Palmetto. The service is fantastic.

Thank you very much to the staff at Mobile Home Depot for helping us with replacing our roof on the Florida Room and shed after a tornado went through our park on December 21st.You were very helpful in teaching us how to install the roof.We also appreciate you being so honest when you discovered that you had over charged us by calling us to come and get our refund.Not many companies would have done this. We highly recommend you to anyone who needs help as you are very honest and friendly.

Very helpful staff. If they dont have what you need they give you ideas where to ck. I bought my new fiberglass kitchen sink there. The box stores dont have the sizes we need for our manufactured homes but Mobile Home Depot had them in stock. It fit perfect and looks great.

Buyer beware. Better know the size of your door and not your opening. Horrible service will never go in their store again.

Found the parts I needed- RH window crank. Parts were mis-labelled in bags, bags were strewn about in bins- quite messy. Many different price tags on bags of the same part #.Found two bags (one $3.99 and one $5.99). ‘Chris B’ (at cash) at first suggested it would be better to replace the whole windows rather than repair them (I think he was joking). But, he would not honor the prices as marked, since the bar code scanned at $7.99. Took a bit of unnecessary arguing but finally ‘Chris B’ went and asked his boss, so we got both parts at $5.00 each.After purchase, he informed us there were no refunds, only store credit. (printed receipt clearly says ‘30 day returns/exchanges with receipt’.I do not recommend this location.

Was hard to get assistance and get answers to pricing questions due to short staff and several customer all needing help at once. The gentlemanThat assisted us definitely needs to work on customer Service skills

Called 5 weeks ago to have them set aside 3 pieces of fascia. Said they would keep them for me so I could pick them up just after Christmas to repair a little hurricane damage. Flew down here from Wisconsin to do the work on my folks place. I had a feeling, and sure enough, I stopped by to pick them up and not only did they not have them, but they could not find the paperwork or any record of my conversation and order. Asked me if they should order the pieces and theyd arrive in about a week--about 5 days after I am gone. Heck no. Why would I continue to do business with them--I wouldnt trust them to do it anyway? VERY disappointed in the irresponsible person I placed the order with and with this company in general.

Just moved here from ohio didnt know much about the store until i stopped in the manager was very helpful i got 5 windows which looks very good in my mobile home and one guy was so helpful and patient with me name tom great customer service will be back to order more things thank you

We got luck talking to Walt your district manager. I cant say enough good about him. He was a wealth of info and knew all the codes for awnings and elite panels.

Love this place its great for manufactured homes and mobile homes the gentleman there know where everything is not like the other Big Box store love it

Poor, slow service. Basically no knowledge of mobile homes other than throw parts at it. Staff was unknowledgeable and sold me the wrong parts multiple times even after coming in with photos
