Eric did a great job repairing and painting our truck. He arrived on time for our appointment and was able to come directly to our house for the repair, with our truck still parked in the garage. He was professional and checked in with my husband several times to make sure he was happy with the work being performed. We are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the repairs. After the work was completed, Eric cleaned up after himself and left our garage looking as clean as he arrived. He was very friendly while he completed the repair. The quote was accurate and very fair for the work that was performed. Hopefully we won’t need another car repair any time soon, but if we do, we would definitely use this service again!

I had just got my truck and three days later we went through a drive-thru that was very narrow and scratched the side of my truck.I got a quote from CarBodyLab | GetDriveway of around $800 but I thought it was too good to be true so I went to Lynn Smith of Chevrolet. My quote from them was $1,400+. I looked into some reviews and decided to give GetDriveway a shot and it was great! My truck is like new, as if it never even happened and the scratches were deep! Since then I have recommended this company to a friend. The technician was quick and professional and the best part is I didn’t have to leave my home or take off my pajamas!

Highly Recommend. A semi-truck clipped the mirror on our only car on the I-35. This service is a Godsend! I swiped the passenger side of my mother-in-law’s car as I pulled out of the garage. The average estimate I received from collision shops for damages to her vehicle alone was $1100, and the work came with only a 1 year guarantee. But thanks to Driveway, I was able to get BOTH vehicles repaired for less than $1100. The technician Jose did such excellent work that I couldn’t tell the vehicles were ever damaged. I had a deep scratch that a DYI job was unable to fix (located on the front passenger side panel). Brian, the tech, showed up and was very professional. Though I did not anticipate repainting the whole panel to fix the scratch, what was left was a nice clean finish. I was very impressed! A few minor texture drips that really only I would notice. Had some scratches in the paint that were down to the metal. The technician sent a text to let me know that he had arrived. Went out and chatted briefly and he started the process which only took about 2hrs. The finished job looks exactly like the rest of the car. I scraped the side of my car on my garage, I called a number of body shops around me all quoting 1200-2000 dollars and would take multiple days to complete. I used Driveway (formerly CarBodyLab) and they charged me half the price of the lowest quote and were done in 6 hours. I was concerned about the color match because black is unique with orange flux in it. Brian matched it perfectly amazing job! I have recomemded them to everyone I know.

I bought a 2014 Ford Mustang at a very low price off the mechanic lien auction. The previous owner has dented the car and tried to remedy it by painting an ugly black strip on a quarter panel, bumper and the spoiler. The quote to mend and repaint the area from the traditional body shop was about $3000. Car Body Lab/Driveway quoted me $1150 and thats the price I paid. Someone tried to break into my car in SFand left a huge, deep scratch in my door. I did an online quote form for getDriveway and they responded very quickly. They quoted me 1/3 of the price other places quoted me and did it right in my driveway. There was a small spot the wind caused to dry weird and they came back and fixed it a week later! Ultimately they did not repair my vehicle. Unfortunately this business in the Orlando location was very unprofessional. They did not show up on time, then notified at the last minute that they were delayed another hour, and then did not notify me of anything further. I then called, In addition, the quote to initiate service was lower and the quote was increased on the repair day by almost $200 without ever looking at the vehicle. They never showed up in any form. When I initially asked for a refund of my deposit, I was told I had to wait for someone else to process it, and at that point I contacted my credit card provider.I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I had my car keyed while parked on the street. Contacted this business via their website quote tool. It was easy to use and I got my quote within 30 minutes and the quote did not change after the job was completed. They even came back a week later and buffed the same section to make it better after the paint fully settled. My neighbor scratched my car while parking next to me. Unfortunately (for her), she nicked 4 different areas - the front bumper, front fender, passenger door and side mirror. I went to a few different body shops to get an estimate and they all came out to 1.5-2 time what Driveway was charging. Plus, all the local body shops said it would take 4-5 days, which meant I also needed to get a rental car.I found Driveway by Googling and was kind of iffy on trying out a place with no shop. But I thought the convenience might be worth it and sent in the photos of my car. Nicole (from Driveway) got back to me via text message with a quote (lower than all the places I went) and with an estimated time of 4-5 hours. I also had a ding from a few other incidents and requested an updated quote - the price was STILL lower than the other body shops that did not include the other parts, and the estimated time was 8 hours (still within 1 day). Nicole always got back to me with a response within an hour.I, unfortunately, could not do the work at my apartment garage (manager wouldn’t allow it). Fortunately, Driveway has a body shop they could rent to do the work in North Hollywood. I booked an appointment right away. They immediate emailed me a confirmation and a written quote.On the morning of the appointment, I arrived about 5 minutes earlier. Omar (the technician) was already waiting for me and immediately greeted me. We walked around my car together, confirming the work that needs to be done. He told me 8-9 hours (which was about an hour more than originally quoted) but it was still within the day so I was fine with it. Nicole got back to me about an hour before the work was completed (since I needed time to Uber over) and the job was completed in just over 8 hours.I went to pick up my car and it looked like it was new again! The dings were all gone and the paint job was great. I couldn’t even tell there was damage there before.It would have been even more convenient if I would have able to have the job done at my home. But I was still VERY satisfied with the customer service, the repair job, the price and the time! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

These folks are magicians. My car looks like it came right out of the shop. I very slightly scratched the front of my car in two places on two different body parts (the front fender & the section just next to it). Most of the time the service comes to your house although we did it at a rented garage since my buildings carport does not have an electrical outlet. They fixed it in a few hours, the price was incredibly reasonable, and the technician was incredibly nice. It exceeded my expectations.

Brian made the car look brand new. No exaggeration. He did the entire length of the passenger side of our Lexus and his work was perfect. My car had several scratches and chipped paint from the drivers side front door and rear door as well as the passenger side, Nelson was the gentleman who came to my home to fix the doors and repaint them, granted the price was way cheaper than caliber collision it was gonna cost me over a grand to fix it but I paid way less with carbodylab and the quality was nothing less than perfect my car looks brand new. I really liked the fact that he was on time, professional, and did the job in a timely manner. I was told it would take roughly 8 hours to complete the job but it only took him 3 hours and honestly I can’t stress this enough his work is amazing and it comes with life time warranty.
My car just got finished working on and the results were awesome! The person who helped fix my car, Ron and his wife, were very friendly people.. they were also very professional and knew what they were doing! At first I was very surprised with the way this company worked; how did they know my exact paint without seeing the car in person, or how we’re they able to fit a whole “car shop” into their vehicle and come to our home?! I had my doubts, but the end result definitely proved otherwise. I’ll definitely contact them again in the future for any other damages (let’s hope that won’t happen though). Definitely recommend!!

I had some deep scratches on the right rear side of the bumper and slightly on the quarter panel of my 2020 Camry. I was concerned on how the paint work would come out because of the color. The color consisted of three blends. Green with blue metal flake and a touch of pearl. The technician advised me to only paint the bumper and touch up the quarter panel. I did not think it would look good. This young man not only knew what he was talking about, but he also did an amazing job. No one whom I had shown the car to afterwards knew that it was painted. I would recommend this company because of their price and professional work. If I ever need some paint work on my car. I would definitely use them. Especially because of the convenience of them coming out to you.

I discovered this Auto Body Paint repair service through my local Google search. I just started sending out pics and a short description. And the responses came rolling in throughout the day.But this one came back fairly quick. And I couldn’t believe the price difference.When I clicked on the link Nicole provided from Youtube, I had a gut feeling this was the one. And for such a small scratch on my beautiful 09 Scion TC Coupe anything above $350 was way over priced.That said; make an appointment with Nicole to have you vehicle restored like new. And, ask to have their Technician Carlos to do the job. He did a flawless paint job. He is very professional, and wasn’t too opinionated.

So I was parked in a garage, I backed up far enough--so I thought--and turned to move forward. THUNK. Turns out the car next to me had a hitch that stuck out almost a foot! Thankfully it wasnt too terrible, but I definitely lost some paint.So when I started researching ways to fix this, I came across Driveway and decided to take the plunge because of all the great reviews. Since I work from home, it was super convenient! I arranged to have them come on a Monday--it was threatening to rain so I was worried. But the technician arrived on time and assessed the damage. I asked about the rain and he said to not worry about it. It didnt affect the drying or the quality, and he had a tent in case. So he went to work.I didnt watch, but could hear all sorts of noises (sander? sprayer?). But less than 3 hours later, he knocked on my door and said he was done! I took a look and could NOT tell that there was ever any damage before. Wow.I would definitely use this service again, as its so convenient and I love the value.

I had A GREAT experience at Driveway! After someone hit my car (while parked), there was a huge scratch on the left back. After calling a NUMBER of car body shops, no one had as great a value as Driveway. I arrived at the technician’s place (I had no available driveway of my own), he did finished the job in less amount of time as expected, AND he did it so well! I took a look at the finished product, and didn’t even realize it was scratched before! Well done!
