Went during their semi annual sale. Great selection of products, especially the fantastic scented candles! Deep discounts on sale items and cute little travel sizes. Easy to find on the El Camino side of the mall with enough parking.Why the one star? Went in on my lunch break (dressed in my work attire along with my badge clearly visible) and got the VIP customer treatment. ;) Not one but two employees, during a busy sale, made sure to keep close track of a single customer. Unfortunate review but blatant profiling has to be addressed. Sadly, the pretty candle holder I was going to buy stayed in the store. Will spend my money somewhere with a friendlier vibe.

The staff at this Bath & Body Works are very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of fall items right now. Their clearance section is pretty picked over but I got some great deals. I like this location because it has an outdoor entrance and they have hand sanitizer at the front door.

Normal midsized Bath and Body Works. Very friendly staff, but their limited capacity may mean you have to wait outside during busy times. They provide you with scented hand sanitizer before entering though, so thats a bonus

Employee greeted use within feet of walking through the front door on a mid Friday day. There were other customers shopping and getting the help they needed. We to were asked if they could help. The very polite employee knew what we wanted and also got the attention of another very polite employee lady that was actually trying to go home from a good day at work. She was in good spirits and took a few minutes to tell us about the product and point out a few other items. I will mention that a friendly special service person was in the store picking up barrels trying not to disrupt the store. A+ B&BW

They had good deals when I went in as always, however there was this creepy guy who worked there who kept following me around and overall weirded me out. Some of the soap scents I was looking for that I had seen online, were not in store. The lady at checkout was grumpy. Probably wouldnt go back to this particular location.

Excellent body care and gift products. Ideal for special gifts. I love their body mists and candles.

The store associates were so helpful and friendly. I came in with a list and was immediately helped. The store was very tidy and well stocked. I purchased everything on my list and more. I will definitely return to this particular location because of the excellent customer service!!

OMG I love this place. All their products smell amazing. All the candles are wonderful, but a little overpriced. IDK I feel like 17.50$$ is a little much for a candle. i love all their body products.the creams are super smelly in the best way possible and keep you super hydrated. About twice a year they have the best sale ever. Around now its like 50-75 percent of on select items. All their winter cents are amazing. I love the hot chocolate because it so unique but it makes me hungry. Their body sprays I havent tried but have heard the best things About. They have so many scents and all are lovely. Gift boxes are so cute. Good place for gifts and the little bottles are adorable and same product as the big ones

Went there yesterday and there was a handwritten sign on the window indicating that they were closed until further notice. I called their corporate office and another local store and couldnt get help. Completely unprofessional. Drove way out of my way to spend money on holiday gifts.

This is the only one I go to love it friendly workers. A quick in-and-out dont have to go thur the mall.

The cashier was super rude. I truly didnt want extra hand sanitizers even though it was a great deal because I was on a trip and I couldnt pack them in my suit case. She told me it was my money I was wasting. Rude.
