Associate really patient did not rush me but guided me through to select comfortable mattress. I felt very comfortable through the whole process talking to associate in selecting mattress.

I am excited about this new location for Mancinis Sleepworld. Clean and fresh and the staff is accommodating. The manager, Markus, is knowledgeable and a great listener. He did everything to make me feel comfortable and safe in order to try out the beautiful mattresses. The managers main goal is your healthy and comfortable sleep, a true no pressure sales experience. I purchased a Tempur-pedic and I am thrilled with the better sleep and less shoulder and back pain that I am experiencing. The Foto posted is the bed I purchased wit adjustable base. I love that it has massage too.Delivery was on time, Covid Compliant and they took my old mattress out. I was so happy that I went back and bought a dresser and nightstand. This place is amazing for getting a new mattress of any type and budget. Troy and the other associate (Josh?) there were super nice to me when I told them about my budget and sleeping needs, and I went to them 3 times over the course of a week before getting a mattress. They also explained all the different types of available mattress options and how to evaluate each type which was great since it helped me to evaluate mattresses at other locations too.They also price match very well so definitely check them out before getting stuff from ikea or online. I cant say anything about their delivery service or long-term mattress quality but my personal shopping experience at this location was exceptionally FANTASTIC.

Customer service off the charts with a quality mattress and frame!!! Im not always the easiest consumer, as I have high expectations, but Troy exceeded them all. I initially went with a mattress that was very firm, despite Troys advice that it might to too firm based on our conversations. After I received the mattress and slept on it for a month I found out that he was very right, and I needed a softer bed. Plus I wanted a larger mattress, so he happily accommodated the order. Then mattress firm had a sale, in which I called in and asked for accommodation on the new price. So, Troy gave us the difference in price and refunded us a hundreds of dollars based on their current sale. And he was genially happy to do so!! Troy, thanks for the great experience and better night sleep!!!

We just had the great fortune of having Troy at Palo Alto Mattress Firm patiently walk us through the process of selecting a mattress. This might sound simple until you learn more about us. We just lost our mattress following a cross-country move through no fault of our own--not a great mood. Add to that, one person is impatient and the other is very budget conscious. We came into this Mattress Firm on Labor Day weekend after having visited the Mountain View location the previous day. The Labor day sale was either a free size upgrade (king for price of queen) or a free adjustable base. Troy (Manager of the store) spent a good 30 mins with us asking about our different preferences and how we slept, educating us on different aspects of the various mattresses. He was extremely professional and never pressured us into one specific model or type (conventional vs hybrid) and we left the store very satisfied with the pricing which he wrote down on paper. We told him we had to visit another store (Macys) but decided to come back and give Tony our business because of the excellent service. Everything he said was 100% accurate and we received our delivery on Labor Day as requested and everything went very smoothly with the entire transaction. You wont be wasting your time visiting this store and asking for Troys help.
