This is a great store and not crowded at all because many people do not realize its right there in Stanford mall. The employees there are really helpful and informative and let me try out all the mattresses for as long as I needed. Its also very pristine and feels very Covid-safe. Still trying to decide which mattress to get but thanks to the in-store visit and guidance from Justin (I think hes a manager), I was able to narrow my choices down to two: the LuxeBreeze soft and the LuxeAdapt soft.

Delivery was terrible but the Tempur-Pdeic store manager and his team are super helpful and friendly. I really wish I can leave a 5-star review for the Tempur-pedic store, but the 1-star delivery experience leaves me no choice. So a 3-star review for the whole experience.This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had. We received a damaged flat foundation and a mattress with a stain on it.The delivery was extremely careless and unprofessional. No need to mention they bumped the foundation and mattress multiple times on my wall. They almost triggered the sprinkler by colliding the mattress onto it.Whats worse, when they put the flat foundation on my brand new solid walnut wood bed, they did not even bother to lay the foundation down properly. They put the foundation on the edge of the bed and pushed it. The zip on the foundation cover left multiple scratches on my bed platform.I had no idea why the delivery team was in such a hurry and was so careless. The level of negligence is astonishing.However, the absolutely horrible and disappointing experience with the delivery team does not reflect the quality of the service I received from the Tempur-Pedic store.The Tempur-Pedic store manager and his team are super nice and helpful. They took this matter seriously, worked on it actively, and kept me updated once they had any information. I appreciate their effort and help.

This is a great store. Super friendly staff. Justin helped me today with my pillow needs and even have me try on all their adjustable mattresses. They don’t work on commission that’s a big plus since you don’t feel the pressure to buy anything on the spot. Definitely recommend.

Great hygienic condition for all the showroom mattresses, very easy to compare between different styles. Really appreciated the help from Justin Wright, who explained all the options clearly and made our decision-making easy. We opted for the Medium firmness Adapt, and included the Ease frame. Went in unsure if we wanted a Tempurpedic at all, so if you’re in the same situation, highly recommend visiting the store.

I absolutely love this store in Stanford Mall. I literally happened upon this store looking for a travel store, and am thrilled I did. Jeff Tabke and Trevor Holt have been phenomenal to work with. I purchased a new Split King Pro Breeze and with their price guarantee, was given a refund for the difference between what I paid and a sale price that happened a few weeks later. I have since purchased 2 sets of sheets and have been able to take advantage of discounts offered. Im moving out of the country, but plan to continue shopping at this store whenever Im back in town. Its a little of the beaten path, but dont let that sway you from visiting. Use the maps located in the mall to find it. I sure hope you love this flagship store as much as I do!

Trevor was a great help! He let us come in and test out the pillows. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted and were way off. After testing a few out we were able to pick the proper ones for the way we sleep. This is a very welcoming shop and well definitely return when we want to make the next step with a mattress.

On two occasions Ive been to the store, both time the employees were super helpful. One of the employees, Isaiah, introduced us to the mattresses and let us sleep on the mattresses, explaining the mattresses without being a pushy salesman. The second time a different employee, Trevor, was present and answered some of our final questions before we decided to make a purchase. He was, again, very helpful without being pushy; he was also honest with us and explained the disadvantages of their own products. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience at Palo Alto store in the Stanford Mall. The Covid protocols were in place and we spent a lot of time trying various mattresses. Justin was super helpful in providing the options and insights while at the same time giving the space we needed to discuss and try it out. Best Tempur flagship store I have been to. We were looking mattress and Trevor helped a lot on explaining each mattresses comfort.

Husband and I walked in on a Tuesday evening and were fortunate to be helped by the manager, Jeff. We practically had the place to ourselves and everything was set up in a safe, clean way (i.e. bed protectors to separate you from the mattress and pillow on display). He was very patient, knowledgeable, and not sales-y at all. We walked out with a mattress that was delivered that very week (which we werent expecting) and we have slept so well ever since ! Highly recommend going here vs mattress firm and the other stores where they hound you with offers and sales reps. Jeff told us like it is and for that, we are so grateful ! As is our cat who also appreciates the Tempurpedic difference 😉

Taking a star off for Tempur-pedics communication policy with regards to shipping. I’ve had an excellent experience at the store but the post sales service is just lacking. Purchased a mattress a week ago and have not heard anything from anyone about my mattress. I understand that there are delays for every industry right now but a simple email to keep the customer updated would go a long way.

I had some very consistent left shoulder and upper back pain for a while so needed to find a better pillow. Based upon my issue, Trevor pulled out several pillows for me to try on. He was super helpful, knowledge and patient while I was trying on the pillows. Highly recommended.

Great service! I could not find the store and I gave them a call. The manager, Jeff Tabke, came out personally to find me in the mall because I got lost and couldn’t find the store. He was very attentive in looking for exactly what I wanted and once I found the pillow that I felt was comfortable, I was able to try it out to make sure this pillow fit me perfectly. Throughout this whole experience, he made sure I felt comfortable and made sure I found exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately when I was checking out, the computer system was down so I was not able to purchase the pillow that day. I had to come back the next day. Even though I had to drive more than 30 minutes to this location, I didn’t mind doing it because of the great attentive service I received. To make matters even better, he even gave me a discount for all the computer trouble from the previous night.If you are looking for a pillow, I highly recommend this location, as the service is great and the prices are very reasonable.

What can I say? The customer service Trevor and staff provided was amazing. I wanted to suprise my partner with a bed. I spoke to Trevor the previous day and he helped me put the plan in order. They scheduled a private session for us to try the mattresses. During this tough pandemic it has been tough to feel safe in a store, especially laying on a bed! Trevor took the fear away as he cleaned every mattress before and after we used it. The attention to detail was amazing. There was never any pressure to buy even though we took an hour of his time after hours. He always had us compare the many options avaialble since this would be an expensive purchase and that made me feel comfortable to shop there.We went with a soft queen mattress that folds, checks my heart rate, talks to Alexa for me, has an alarm, and probably can play YouTube as well! Last part might be false since I assume this bed can do it all. Amazing experience, amazing bed, amazing team of workers.Plus they liked my shoes!

I also bought other accessories and before I had a chance to get them, she got everything for me, which I greatly appreciated since I was limping from a previous accident.In addition, I later called and Jeff answered. My fiance and I visited this store during the pandemic. Jeff met us at the door, there was hand sanitizer to use as well as mini bottles to keep. We were given individual bed sheet protectors to put down on each mattress before we tried it out, which made us feel safer and cleaner. All of the beds were comfortable, but Jeff really helped us decide which one suited our needs the best. He asked us about our sleeping style and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a mattress, base, pillows and sheets! This store was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great and friendly service!! We visited the store twice, first mainly to try out different mattresses, second time to try more functions of the bases and pillows, and completed the purchase. Silvia assisted us for both visits, with super detailed explanation and was really patient while we tried different stuffs. The store offers hand sanitizers, gloves, and masks upon customers request. And use disposal bed cover and pillow cover during all the try on. It definitely makes customers feel more comfortable during the pandemic.

Have had our eyes on Tempurpedic mattresses for a while so went into the store to try them out and learn more. Jeff did a fantastic job of walking us through the various mattress, base, and pillow options. We didnt buy on our first visit and I followed up with Jeff over email to address a few follow on questions. He was extremely responsive. We first visited the store to learn about the tempur pedic and available deals and Jess was extremely helpful on explaining every single detail about mattresses and pillows. We leave the store extremely happy to think more before we decide. We came back next day to purchase the frame, mattress and pillows. Jeff was extremely nice during both of the visit and it was very nice to chat with him. I strongly recommend this store for purchasing mattresses or actually learning about them.

I recently got a proAdapt but was not able to find pillows at the mattress firm where I bought it, hence I wanted to try out the tempur pedic store which has great reviews, for good reason! Trevor and Sylvia stayed beyond store close and they were patient and polite while I tried out different pillows. I was really happy with how they let me take my time with each of the pillows. Trevor was available to answer all my questions and understood my needs well and let me try out different options and take my time. Would definitely recommend if you want a nice experience in terms of choosing a good mattress and/or pillow that suits your needs.

Spent 15 minutes walking around looking for the store. When we finally found it was very near where we initially parked. If you know where the Pottery Barn is then its best to park in one of the lots on the Sand Hill Side of the mall. Walk in the east direction towards El Camino and when you see the Pottery Barn go right, then head towards the Starbucks and turn east and pass a few stores and you will see the Tempurpedic on the right.We were greeted by the store manager Jeff, who patiently spent over an hour going over the different options of beds. I still have not purchased, but I will be back before presidents day to get the cool as a breeze.Hope this helps - Jim

Im always iffy about mattress stores for the rush and pressure to purchase, but this was not a problem at this location.Store front can be tricky to find, as its in the corner of the area in the shopping center. But its there!Shoutout to Trevor for all his helpful knowledge for our mattress search, excellent service, and overall fantastic experience here. Definitely coming back to make the purchase once our minds are made up =)Oh, and purchase comes with free delivery, free installation, and free removal of your old mattress. I was hesitant to go because of COVID but finally bite the bullet. Turns out the worry was unnecessary, the store has good COVID precautions in place. In addition to standard COVID measures, you also get your own sheet to put on mattresses.I was helped by Silvia whos knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. All my questions were answered and I feel very comfortable with my choice.

All covid protections were adhered to, including sheets protectors on all beds we laid down on, he wore a mask & gloves, and plenty of sanitizer all around.Jeff was super knowledgeable about all the products and it didnt feel like a sales pitch but giving us information about the wide array of products available. Also he stated he is an owner of tempur products and has been in the industry for 13 years and it showed.The Tempur-Pedic products speak for themselves. They are all insanely comfortable with variations to accommodate a wide range of sleeping options and variations. Jeff got some basic information from us and we were off testing out beds! He was attentive to our needs and wants, didnt push for upselling, and also gave us space to talk amongst each other debating which setups we liked best.Its a big investment for us, and I felt like he knew it and took the time, care, and attention to make sure we were making the right decision.If youre wanting to find a bit more comfort and you are at that point in your life where youre okay with paying for the premium, ask for Jeff. Im sure hell take care of you.

I went to the store three times. Jeff helped me the first two times and Ryan helped me today. Both Jeff and Ryan were so knowledgable to the products, they were professional, patient, explained different products to me and guided me to try various pillows, travel pillow, back pillows and body pillow. I had neck and sleeping problems, always picky on choosing pillows. Based on my need, Jeff recommanded a pillow, I first only bought one pillow, it was fantastic! I visited this location and the service / folks who work here were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t much pressure to buy anything but the products spoke for themselves and we will be considering a purchase sometime in the future.

We were looking for pillows for our new tempur-pedic mattress and saw that they had a BOGO sale ending that day. We called the store and spoke with Trevor who assured us we could test out their pillows and find one that worked for us. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and Trevor helped us find the perfect pillows for both my fiancé and I. He didnt rush us and allowed us as much time as we needed to test pillows despite it being a good 20 minutes past closing. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest which was refreshing compared to most sales people.
