Neither of them actually came with ideas that would truly improve both the functionality and the esthetic of the room. We were thoroughly disappointed until friends of ours recommended Jam Iksoulene to us.Jam responded to our inquiry promptly and agreed to come to our house the following Sunday. My husband travels a lot and that was the only day we could all meet. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Jam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule.Jam spent almost two hours looking at the room, thinking, measuring and listening to our wishes. It was clear that compared to the previous designers, he was extremely conscientious and thorough.The design he created for our kitchen blew us away. It not only changed the entire flow of the room by making it much better but also nailed what we were seeking in terms of style.Jam helped us with colors. Neither my husband nor I are visual and we were very uncertain and indecisive regarding color cabinets and countertop.Jam went above and beyond for us, giving us samples and even accompanying us to Cosentino to ensure that the cabinet color would work with the dekton we had chosen.Jam gained our complete trust. He always answered our numerous questions promptly and professionally. His inside out knowledge of Pyram kitchen made his install perfect.
