I ordered some clear AMAC boxes with flush lids online for my Tarantulas. Was able to drill holes for ventilation really easily and the lids snap on which is perfect to prevent escapes. They packed the boxes real nicely in a fun wrapping paper that my ferrets absolutely love to play with. Only thing I was upset about was they were out of the 2-5/16 sq. x 5-2/16h for shipping because Due to high demand, this item is not available for sale online today but may be available at a store near you. All of the stores are in CA and I live in VA so I guess Im going to have to go somewhere else for the tall ones unless they become available for shipping again.

Its a nice and well organized store. Understandably during the pandemic, some of the aisles are currently closed and there are stacked unopened inventory boxes on the floor. Hopefully things with get back to normal soon!

I cannot speak highly enough for the service of this Container Store in Palo Alto. We went in to design a custom elfa closet for our walk in closet. Our case was complicated because we missed some details when measuring (eg. changing ceiling height in the closet), which resulted in big order returns. In addition to that, take advantage of the credit card offers and Labor Day discounts, there were a few transactional changes and a price match. Everything was served with SO MUCH patience, professionalism, and the most authentic quality service delivered by our designer Kathleen, the store manager Chris, and the front desk staff Melissa. Its a smaller store compared to the others, but still as jam packed with interesting knick knacks and unique containers. The associates here are great though. Theyve always been super nice whenever I come in and checkout. Parking is a little sparse, but if you dont mind walking theres always a spot. I always love coming in just to see whats new

I placed an online order 22 days ago. It was expected to be delivered today. A week ago I placed another order due a couple weeks from now. When I got a text message today stating that my order was ready for pickup I had forgotten about the previous order so I thought my recent order was early! Well it wasnt. It was the older order that fit easily in a small bag. So I spent over 1.5 hours to pick up what I thought would require my truck. If the text message had the order number or better yet a link to the order I would not have had any confusion but it didnt.Maybe The Container Store engineers can enhance the text messages to include a link to the order! It would be greatly appreciated...

Lots of goods for storage and organizing. Well worth the visit if you are organizing closets, kitchen, bathroom, etc. or need wrapping supplies. Theres a lot here so plan to take your time.

I used to LOVE the container store until I realized their prices are lower online than in the store (at least Stanford Shopping Center). So check the online prices first or while youre at the store. You will save money....

I would say clean an well run. If you need that something special, in their line I would say they have it. It will cost you. But such is life in the big city.

They have every kind of container you would want. The store looked they were reorganizing and there was stuff on the floor in some aisles. They did clean the check out area between customers.

If you have the dough to spend, come here for high quality stuff, Japanese made organizers, etc. Their coupons dont work on sale items and sales items are not cheap either.

There is no dedicated spot for curbside pickup. I had to go inside the store. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time and being told there would be curbside pickup. I could have just shopped inside the store instead.

My favourite store ever! Just being in here, where everything is so organized, bright and clean makes my heart flutter. They have great storage ideas, but lost a point for price and ALL THE PLASTIC. It would be great to see more environmentally friendly products, such as bamboo items and compostable plastic alternatives.

Alot of options. Everything is a bit higher quality than online, but also generally significantly more expensive. Store is clean and parking is easy, but all considered I would choose to shop at other retailers online for organization / storage.

Kathleen at the store offered great customer service. Valentina on the other hand was somewhat rude. She made a mistake with my price by not offering a discount on a sweater rack, made me bring the discounted tag to her when really it was her job to know about the discount and then made me wait until she was done with customers she hadn’t even started with before changing my pricing. As I was waiting, Kathleen kindly offered to help quickly. Also Valentina didn’t want to budge 2 feet to check the prices of certain items for me.

They have a lot of good stuff for organizing every part of your home. They are little pricey though. I think that can be balanced out with their Pop-In membership though so Ill see.

Moved to 3. Long line, one register. She waited until it was completely lined back before calling for help.On the second to last day of the elfa sale that seems... Like poor staffing or a plan for subdued sales.The items I bought are fun, but with a price that was a little steep.

Ordered online on 1/12 for a pick up on 1/20. All items were stocked when talked to a person.Due to busy schedule I was told I need to wait. On 1/20, I was notified 3 items are back ordered. Due to storage they wont keep items for online order. A staff offered to ship them out when available (expected on 1/27). Checked online and those were restocked. Thought those are on the way. A week later called the container store to find out whats going on. Missed our order and will ship it right away with a small gift card for the inconvenience. After 25 days of order(which was in stock at the moment) came in to assemble but no gift card. Such a liers at this store.Do not trust anything.

I have shopped here before and I love getting organized so this fit in perfectly. I just applied for a position online that they have available and now, Im following up. I just tried calling and it was a voice recording of saying: Thank you for calling The Container Store in Palo Alto. We are located next to Crate and Barrel. If youd like to speak with a representative at normal business hours, please press 0. Thank you! I pressed 0 as instructed but no one came on. I did it again after a few seconds and it returned back to the recording! You need to get someone to take and direct calls!

Fantastic find for anyone downsizing and in desperate need of creating space and organization. Need to wait for sales, as their very pricey. Can usually get most of their items cheaper online or in various stores, but paying for one-step shopping and a few unique items.

Very well organized, nice collection of branded containers for all uses from kitchen to bath, bed, stationery. Besides these, lunch boxes, stationery items and house hold items are also available.

All sorts of neat things here but their prices are insanely high. Mostly good quality stuff though. Sometimes they have the same items on Amazon and itll be cheaper.

Always find what I need here. Lots of stuff on sale and if it isnt. Just wait a few weeks.

Im an organizational nut and therefore love walking every aisle of the Container Store. I like their return policy and find that their Pop! program works out well for me.

I have installed more than 30 ELFA closets in home and apartments. Great product. The quality is why it might be considered pricey. You can buy similar shelving cheaper but it wont be this quality and it wont last.
