Seems fine to me, contrary to the ratings. Only complaint is CVS knowingly scamming people with health problems using homeopathic products. But thats not specific to this store.

Chronically understaffed. Manager blew me off when I asked for her help (put me on hold and never came back).

Came here for both of my covid vaccine shots, they had moderna.The line forms outside and people are called in by their appointment slot, so no need to be early. They usually call you 5 minutes after your time slot. Inside they have 2 stations for vaccines. Most important of all, ensure the name and info on the CDC vaccine card is accurate, as thats all you will ever have a s proof of vaccination.

Hangs up on me when I try to call the pharmacy

Some people who work in the pharmacy are the rudest people ever!!! It’s not an isolated incident, I’ve had multiple experiences with different workers and they ALL sucked! Never coming back here again.

Alexandra helped me create a card for a special birthday. Her understanding of technology, software, hardware, and the internet, could easily land her a tech job. She is patient, explains well, and handles issues efficiently. She was multitasking, taking care if customers, while ensuring my project was well handled. She will bring me back to CVS!

The cashier today was rude

These people sell fake defective products. The manager, a shot obese Asian women was extremely rude and dishonest . They are selling fake electronic products

I too am in the never-post-reviews-but-will-make-an-exception camp. Its that bad, people. This CVS pharmacy is absolute garbage. Its impossible to get hold of them (calls ring, unanswered, for upwards of 20 minutes, until you give up) and they never reach out when problems arise. I have waited weeks for them to fill a prescription, repeatedly getting texts that it was on order (or just no communication at all) when in reality an insurance issue meant it was never going to get filled. While obviously this issue is partly an insurance problem, the fact that CVS never did anything to tell me that it was an insurance problem or that my prescription was not in fact being filled is indefensible. They even had the nerve to fail to fill that prescription and then tell me (once I resolved the insurance problem) that they could no longer fill it because it had already been filled.Im a car-less Stanford grad student, so I will be sticking it out here until I graduate because its the most convenient location for me, but it is under protest. If you have the luxury of other options, TAKE THEM! Anything is better than crying behind a nicotine gum display (me circa last week).This place is truly terrible and they dont even try to pretend to care about people or their health.

Expect everything at the pharmacy to take about twice as long as usual. They are extremely understaffed for the amount of traffic they see. Personally I have had nothing but the best to say about the people working there but they need help.

Ive been coming here for years to get prescriptions filled and purchase things. to be fair, i think the workers here are doing the best they can but the management is incredibly poor. its always kind of a mess, boxes everywhere. the people at the pharmacy are kind and try to help but there are sometimes really long lines, which is out of their control. i went to get a roll of film developed and two employees didnt know what to do with it and i ended up waiting for a while for them to figure it out before i just left to get it developed somewhere else. the employees are really doing their best and im not blaming them but the management seems incompetent to say the least. i would avoid this store unless you have to

I don’t usually complain. In this case, I felt like the cashier just assumed that I didn’t have a number to enter to get my discount. He had asked two people prior to me then a woman after me. I wanted to ask him why he didn’t ask me, but he was looking at me as if I didn’t belong there or I’m not Sure if he was in a hurry or what. His name is John and he is an elderly man that made me feel uncomfortable. Yeah, maybe it’s just a number but I’m telling you he was being rude.

I never post reviews, but if I can convince just one person to never step foot in this place, that will be enough. If hell on Earth exists, its at the Town & Country CVS Pharmacy. I have never once had a positive experience there, and as someone with chronic illness and many medications, nearly every time I go (which is often) it is an excruciating nightmare. For some reason they duplicated my account, making it so that I could only manage half of my prescriptions online or on the app for months. Every time I asked someone to fix it, they never did until I stood there and waited for a tech to do it at the consultation window. The entire staff is unprofessional, rude, slow, and incompetent. Im often told that a prescription that I received a notification for is not available, but every. single. time. either they did not look enough and find it 10 minutes later, or they could not read the screen (Im serious! One tech said the prescription I was asking to pick up wasnt on my list, and when she turned the screen to show me, it was right there - the second medication listed!)Its a confusing, poorly managed circus and sometimes I cant help but wonder if the overwhelming ineptitude of the staff is actually just thinly veiled malice for all of their customers. If so, they all need to stop working in healthcare. Please, if you can, just go literally anywhere else.

Pharmacy is pitiful . One pharmacist that needs to do flu shots, consultations, and fill all the RXs. Its horrible. Sometimes the line for p/u RX is 10 deep!! And then the drop-off line is 10 min each person in line minimum.. sometimes 3 people in front of you. It could not be much worse!!

The pharmacy staff is very rude, they do not respect the privacy of their clients they speak aloud, and everyone knows your illnesses. there are always very long lines, and they all look exhausted and angry. I do not recommend them

I would give this -5 stars if I could.Extremely poor service. There is always a line of people waiting to be served. I was there for more than 1 hour until i gave up and left.Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this.

Probably one of the most inconvenient encounters Ive ever had. In a three day process to get antibiotics and ear drops For my 5 year I went 4 times. No one wanted to process my Tricare insurance at first because they didnt know how, luckily a lady in the back came out and said well you need to learn. So she took care of it in 5 minutes! Then after only receiving 1 of the orders I had to call back to find out the ear drops were back ordered. No one even said a word at the counter. Next I spent two more days waiting for a prescription that never got charged. Took my own doctor to explain. Then having to call the pharmacy myself and relay the change. So I waited another day and went back only to be told I had to come back again when a pharmacist was there to explain the drops information since Id never used t before. All while lugging my kids in and out. Couldnt believe it. 4 visits, terrible communication and no one took the time to just care. Example of something very simple going very bad.

This is the absolute worst CVS Pharmacy. All the employees are completely incompetent. Theyve messed up my prescriptions so many times, that if I hadnt been cautious and checked the dosage and the pill number, I would have dies on multiple occasions. They are always short-staffed, always in a hurry, and everyone at the pharmacy has a terrible attitude. I dont understand how any of the pharmacy techs still have jobs there. They are rude, unprofessional, intrusive, and completely unfit to be working in a field that deals with peoples lives. CVS needs to do a complete overhaul of all the pharmacy techs and employees at that CVS, otherwise they are proving that they dont care about the lives of their patients.

The store was fine. The bathroom was... filthy, and definitely needs some serious cleaning.

Came in with a backpack on and they assumed Im homeless and told me I cant use the restroom even though I bought things.

Just took an hour to get much- needed medicine. Pharmacy was a zoo — prescriptions spilling out of baskets (they couldn’t fine mine) and harried staff. Finally had to get store manager to find and sell me the medicine. Go somewhere else! I am switching to another pharmacy today.

I get Rx stuff only and theyve made no mistakes so far.

Worst CVS ever! I never left reviews for anything but this place earned my comments so with no pain. The pharmacy staff was incompetent, unprofessional, and its unbelievably slow. I had to go in three times for getting my one prescription ready pick up and it was very unpleasant on top of wasting my time to travel there .I will change my pick up location from now on. If you can choose other place for your pharmacy options do not choose this place.

Was on hold for 20 minutes with the pharmacy. When I hung up and called back, I got an answer immediately! They didnt even apologize about the mistake. Staff are hit or miss and dont seem to care about helping customers or getting things done quickly.

This pharmacy is the best experience Ive ever had. They went above and beyond to make the process fast and simple, even applying discounts where insurance failed.

They were very helpful, the pharmacist took extra time to help me.
