Love having a teaspoon near my work, the staff is always friendly and efficient. Some of my favorite drinks are the grasshopper a refreshing drink for a hot day and dont forget to add lychee jelly and the Carmel cream for a gloomy day its a sweet treat.

Got the tropical delight and panda....needed more topping but it was good. The macaroons tasted like they had just been defrosted, wasnt good at all

Had a really wonderful experience with a group order I made containing about 30 different drinks. They were ready to go at the exact time I designated for pickup and were perfectly packaged in a box with each drink labeled and straws packaged separately.

So good 20/10 really recommend love this place so good

Any time I have the chance to make a stop here, I do and Im never disappointed! I usually try a new drink and/or topping every time and theyre all wonderfully flavorful.

Love teaspoon but don’t love this location. Ordered 5 drinks with the same level of sweetness (50-75%) like other places I’ve been but the drinks made here were WAAAYYYY TOO sweet. They need to take the sweetness of their drink down a couple of notch. Won’t be coming back to this place.

I got the caramel cream & I was not happy with it or the customer service. It taste like so much raw honey instead of caramel cream.

It’s a fun place to get yourself a treat every once an awhile. I love the cute packaging and variety. If you like multiple textures in your dessert, this is your place!

A great spot for a boba treat. I always get hot tea, but the school rush on hot days leads me to believe that the iced teas are worth a try. The customer service is great.Also there are discounts for bringing your own cup & straw.

I had a terrible experience with them. Employees are pretty rude and terrible. I opened up my mask for a passcode only 2 seconds. They insulted me. I said all the restaurants opened %50 capacity already and also its only 2 seconds, please keep calm and stop to insulting me. But they never stop. What’s wrong ?If u don’t want to work. Don’t ! We dont have to see your whim.

We have been ordering from this location for a few years now and its always consistently great!

I had a terrible experience in this store. I visited their store this Sunday and one of their employee in this store is very rude and impatient. This employee yelled to every customer who stepped into their store at the first time asking them get out of the room and wait (behind that red double line), because of the pedantic limit. It is fine, at least for safety of everyone. When it is my turn, this employee shout at me loudly, saying that hey you, coming in, you can order now. Before I start my ordering, he showed me a very unhappy face (yes, I can see that even behind his black musk). I repeated my order three times and he was still staring at me like seeing an alien with that unhappy or impatient face. No asking about sweetness level, no ice level, no other toppings, not event mentioned them. All I feel from him is get out of the room as soon as possible. I really dont understand whats wrong with this guy. That was really a terrible experience.I have visited so many Teaspoon stores in bay area, but this one is the worst -- not about the drink but the employee. Some words to this employee: if you do not want this job, just resign and fork off. Your customers are just coming to order some drinks, they are not begging anything from you...

What a disrespectful employees working here. They reject to serve a customer in front of me, she was trying to unlock her phone for a moment with her face id to make mobile phone payment, but cashhiers show unkind behavior to her. I do not understand why is this reaction even restaurants are open for dine in with a percentage! Anyway it was so annoying and I cancelled my order and will never visit this place again. I hope someone from Teaspoon will consider my feedback !

Tiny location made specifically for the teenage kids who must frequent is almost weekly. Good friendly neighborhood feel and same addictive sugary bubble drinks freshly made served in narrow plastic cups that is found in all its other locations that continue to pop up.

Excited I found a teaspoon close by! This one is hard to see from the road, you have to drive in all the parking lot stuff over there and its on the side of the building not facing the street. Its tiny with only a few tables to stay and hangout. I like the liquid gold with boba, but reminder to myself to get 75% sweet next time. Sometimes they can be a bit slow, but drinks are good.

The employee was incredibly kind and the overall energy of the Palo Alto location is amazing! Beat Teaspoon location in the Bay Area and I highly recommend their Gingerbread Latte for the Winter season!

Quick and delicious! Their covid-19 precautions (limiting guests inside, clearly marked standing spots, hand sanitizer, and gloves and masks) are fantastic and let me feel safe. Ordering ahead is quick too and convenient.

Ive enjoyed every tea I got at Teaspoon. At this location I got Turtle Island with passionfruit dolphins as a topping. Turtle Island is a passionfruit and mint slush. It has seeds in it and theyre a bit rough going down, but still a good tasting drink thats great on a hot day.

I love their drinks especially the matcha series. However due to the shelter in place situation, I had bad experiences at this location. I do not mind waiting in line given the situation, everybody needs to comply to the social rules to keep everyone safe. But customers need to wait in line even though you have already placed an online order and you know your order is ready for pickup. Today, the line is mixed for both pickup and in-store order customers. So it was slow. To make things worse, I got yelled at twice by the staff when I was just trying to ask if they can hand me my order (after waiting for an hour for it) while they randomly allowed 3 other pick-up customers cut in line to pick up orders. I do not understand their selection rules on who can cut line and who cannot. If the store decides to keep a line, then treat all customers the same way and make everyone wait! This is enough to make me not want to come back if they do not improve their ordering and pick-up system. The Los Altos location is managed much better and more efficient with online orders.

The tapioca are very soft and tender in the drink. Very yummy. All my kids said this is the best boba drink they ever have. Try their mango freeze and Pina conada

Got the Flamingo, a blend of watermelon and passionfruit juice. It was very refreshing and was not too sweet (something I cant say for all boba shops). The space itself was quite small but had comfortable outdoor seating.

Decent tea. I dont like mine sweet, so I wish the brewed tea was stronger; it is brewed too weak for my liking. My daughter loves the sugar coated candy teas. Seems to be the Starbucks of Tea (aka Candy Store for Tea).

Experience varies. Love their shop. Last 2 visits werent great. Last visit they were out of pineapple topping so I left without ordering. Visit before that there were very few customers and staff still seemed frazzled and disorganized. Great shop but possibly not good management. Too bad because they were wonderful this past summer.

I have been a teaspoon fan for almost two years. However the product quality and service has been going bad for this particular location - the waiting time is constantly over 20 minutes during weekend. Even worse, I ordered a hot drink trying to warm myself up and waited for 20 minutes. When the drink was handed to me, it was no longer hot. I’m so disappointed and won’t visit this store anymore.

New place, very small, but already a magnet for school kids. They serve bubble tea, many varieties of hot and cold teas, and a fantastic-looking shaved ice. I hope after a while theyll manage to get rid of the strange unpleasant smell in the cafe. The drinks are good.

Im slightly addicted to this place. I enjoy the toffee milk tea with honey boba. The kids like the pina colada with strawberry popping boba. The menu offers a good selection and everything Ive had has been good.

This place sells some of the best boba I have ever tasted! There is rarely a line, and the service is very fast and easy. The prices are also very low, and it cost me about $5 to get one Chai Tea with boba, which I highly recommend!
