Purchased Eton Field and having issues with it not staying in FM mode and switching intermittently to SWEmailed Eton...no response. Tried the 800 customer support number and operator says its not assigned.Nice products but very poor customer support.Spend your money elsewhere.

Purchased the Eton Scorpion II. This device is completely unreliable as a solar charger. The clip is very unreliable. It is definitely not designed for hiking/backpacking and Im wondering if it has been tested in the field.

Do not purchase from Eaton.I bought Eaton FRX3 radio 12/2017, Lithium batteries charge held one month, I called Eaton was told I would be charged for new battery. I had to payshipping. I went back to store where I purchased, they were courteous ordered a new radio for me.This is the 2nd time battery would not hold charge I called Eaton 5/16/18 customer service was very rude told me I should have charged battery 6 to 8 hours even thou owners manual says 2 hours, and the the the first rep told me 2 hours.Im returning the radio --done with Eaton

Terrible customer service, tried for 3 months to get an answer on how to fix my rukus extreme. No answer ever. Called many times to be told Ill be called back e-mailed countless people, with one reply telling me to do something that didnt work. Dead air after that. Thankfully Amazon returned my product even if it was almost a year later, because this garbage product wasnt cheap.0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

5 Star review of the Grundwig Satellit 750 SW/ AM/FM/SSB/AIRCRAFT BAND/LW RADIO, My wife Tere Pizarro, bought me 1 week ago this wonderful radio. I had 2 SW Radios but they were cheap ones and could not hear much! I went On Line and searched on the Internet the best shortwave radio and the Grundwig Satellit 750 came up read the online reviews which were excellent and decided to buy one at $329! I am using it daily and it is the best SW RADIO ever! At night I get stations clearly around the world such as Rumania, Spain, Cuba, Colombia, Alabama, USA, United Nations, Washington and last night I found 6 radio stations with different languages I dont understand, I dont know if it was Chinese, Japanese, Russian or Korean! So the radio with his own antenna and RF gain, Antenna attenuation, has clear reception from stations around the world! I will recommend this radio without hesitation! For me it is the best Shortwave RADIO in the Market in my opinion! Yesterday I bought on line a jfcjfc10c indoor antenna to use as a external antenna! I am extremely satisfied and happy with my radio!

Revised review. The Field BT failed during the warranty period. Eton was totally unresponsive. Thankfully I had a 3rd party extended warranty through the retailer. Got a refund, no thanks to Eton. If youre going to buy an Eton radio, make sure you get a 3rd party warranty, else beware!
