Store is always clean. Staff is friendly and always doing something. Never just standing around.

Guess my post got deleted, welp here we go again. So I came here for the first time and last time in my life. Im from another town near Shorewood. I have never met someone like this cashier. All i did was walked in and greeted her nicely.I asked her for a green lighter she said she needed id. I thought it was pretty silly and she try to tell me its a tobacco product. I died laughing inside and let her see my ID. I dont think she like certain customers, but its fine tho. I hope she get some help with communication skills. Thank you for making me feel young tho. No other store I ever been to ever asked me for Id not once in life

A group of friends and I walked into this 7/11. We looked at the noodle section and we couldnt make a decision. We werent there for nearly half a minute and the cashier gave us attitude and told us we have to buy something and not just stand there. It was really rude, the cashiers name is Carol.

Wish i can give 0 stars if i could. KEVIN the cashier is the worst. i live down the street, he has given me the wrong change, the worst customer service i have ever experienced, and states my ID is invalid without verifying. this is the last time i will be giving my business to this location until a new hire with someone who is more educated and informed on how to do his job.

They deserve NO STARS. Sonji was one of those “nice nasty” cashiers. She as well was a lot nicer to the other cultures than me. Won’t be back! No restroom for public, a waste of space!

It was clean the employees were great and kind.

The lady working the cashier is extremely rude with customers ! She tore a receipt without permission and gave attitude for no reason when paid with change. I’m super disgusted by the attitude that was given . Never going back there again

Wish I could give no stars.The woman working this morning was the rudest person I have ever experienced in my life.Stopped in to grab something & decided I would buy a couple of lotto tickets, since I don’t normally play, I didn’t know which game has the super high jackpot.I apologized for having to ask & was told very rudely that she wouldn’t answer that, there’s a sign outside.I told her there was no need for the attitude & I would buy the tickets somewhere else & that she had horrible customer service skills. I walked out to see the sign & couldn’t read it anyways because of the way the morning sun was shining.Very rarely do I stop in this place & when I do it’s in the AM & usually dead in there, this woman’s attitude is probably why.

They supposed to have 2for $4 and the cashier charged me the regular price and she refused to go check the special tag but it’s ok I hope she has a bless day

The woman who is working today, Friday, September 11 at 9:30, is very rude, she looks 50 years old, and is very rude to answer, she told me that she was busy, that if soon, I was ready to pay, I have to do other things that I lack respect for we the Clients
