Horrible customer service!! Don’t waste your time. They are rude and have a bad attitude. They don’t care about their customers.They don’t have good coverage and they are expensive.This is why I left Boost! Anything is better than this place.

The only girl who is there is F#*king amazing.. she works more than anyone Ive ever seen on that store.. Great service and she is honest with you .

Store here is great no issues. Customer service on the other hand is the worst I’ve ever had. Service goes out once every other month. I have iPhones and will not work on roaming. Androids will work but my iPhones haven’t had service for 2 days. Pay my bill on time but have been missing calls for 2 days now. Very unexceptable. Like I said store is awesome and Cynthia is the best but when you call you better be ready to repeat yourself to 4 different supervisors. They will hang up and transfer you just to not deal with you. Just gonna go elsewhere.

I have been a boost customer since 2004... Moved to Pampa in 2010.. Used radio shack for phones and service till they closed. I have tried to do business with the boost store here in Pampa many times. Back when i was buying a new phone every 30 to 60 days they would not sell a phone for the price listed online and available at wal mart or other retail stores... They wanted to charge me twice the price because i wasnt a new customer and wasnt elegible for upgrade yet i could go down the street to wal mart or buy phone online for adverstised price... Or the price they charge new customers or customers eligible for upgrade. Time passed my last phone lasted longer and i went infor new phone same deal with price when i went in.. But i was eligbile for the same price i could buy phone at wal mart( it would b twice the price otherwise) so i thought great ill just buy it here... Then the clerk wanted to charge me an activation fee... Which is free with boost... And way ez...i was like yeah no sale again.. I really want to do business with this store but they are not competitive. Today i went in knowing about a price for black friday for a phone.. I asked about it they said yes thats the price of phone.. Then i asked can i buy phone now and add plan to it later... I was told no not for that price... But for over 2x the price... I whad already been to walmart and guess what their everyday price was only 10 dollars higher and i could by phone now and plan later or add to my plan at anytime... Im all about local businesses but this one is a rip off!!#

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any mobile service provider. Work hours are from 10am-7pm, Mon thru Friday... IveItried to pay my bill at lunch time 6 months in a row... Ive had to go to Walmart Everytime instead, because theyre closed from 12-2pm everyday. Open sign is on at 9:30am, door is still locked at 10:30am. Only one employee. Boost Mobile is one of the best in pampa for Cell service, but I only recommend buying at Walmart because the phones are cheaper and the customer service actually exists.TLDR; Literally the worst Boost Mobile outlet in Texas, never open, phones are more expensive than Wal-Mart.
