WOW!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! It’s funny how their name is Professional when they are NO WHERE NEAR THAT TITLE!! Now I’m heading to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!! Oh and if owner gives a response it’s a lie!!!! Oh and the picture above of this business is clean looking right?! Wait until you see it in person!!!! Trashy at its FINEST!!!! All they did was tow my car and lost my $311 key fob!! SO GLAD I didn’t get it REPAIRED there!!!!!!! The owner refused to pay for another key that HE LOST and wanted to blame it on everyone else when HE ALONE HAD THE KEY!!!! If he doesn’t even have $311 you best not take your vehicle there to be repaired or TOWED!!!!!!

I would never take a car here and have it fixed because my car was took there to have it fixed and they fix the back of it didnt wash it or clean it lets get dirty when I got it lets it with no gas in the car best price to fix your car because it wasnt running but come to find out it was not behind in Mission fuel pump it was just out of gas so charged me $1,627.10 oh dont forget to 10% so apparently he didnt know what he was doing he just wanted the money so if youre supposed to know what youre doing and youre supposed to know that youre a mechanic you should know what youre doing so you wont overcharge people and try to rip them off but if you ever want your vehicle fixed do not take it to that shop and the fuel pump at the Mazda dealership was $225 he charged me 600 just for the pump

Could never get paint to match, took almost two lights to finish truck. Truck was never finished. I just got tired of waiting and took it incomplete. Paint was chipping off within 2 months. Luck luck the truck was crushed by a dump truck and totaled so I got a new one. Never use again.1. Paint did not match. Obvious where repair were made.2. Lights did not work when reinstalled3. New panel did not line up4. Parking Sensors never worked again.5. Runs in paint6. Tape left all over the vehicle....

Warning ⚠️. Seek a reputable professional business for your auto repair needs. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They had me drop my car off with an estimated 8 day job and it turned into 3 weeks and 4 days. No phone call to update me. Piss poor customer service. Unprofessional incompetent staff. Unorganized because I couldn’t get simple answers to questions asked about delay on repairs. The owner would just throw an off the wall response and have to check the paperwork once called out on it. Did a sloppy piss poor incomplete job in the end. Cosmetic Repairs was still needed and they left my headrest unattached and thrown in the backseat with screws in the back window and floor. When it was brought to their attention, the response was “we didn’t do that,the glass company replaced the window” But my vehicle was in your care. Another “professional “ replied “I seen that in the seat but I didn’t know where it came from “ Really?! Doesn’t take ownership for anything they’re responsible for. Uninterested in customer service or quality service. My car was filthy from dirty dusty shoe prints all over the carpet and chalky hand prints all over and inside door panels. Unacceptable and disappointing to know the owner and his under qualified body mechanics conduct business in this manner.

I just got off the phone with this company and a man in the auto paint department was extremely rude and UN-professional. I called and very nicely asked for a price quote on painting just the hood of my car. He did not want to give me a quote and told me I would have to come in. I asked if he could just give me a ballpark figure because I was calling around and wondering where the best place was. He gave me a quote of $800-$900 for JUST THE HOOD! It was very obvious he wanted nothing to do with my business and was just trying to get me off of the phone. I will NOT ever go here for anything being treated like that.

I took my friends car there an got free estimate they were very friendly. When we got the car back it look new again. Thank you for such a great job

Shame, shame- again had NO idea our car went back to them after hurricane **UPDATE 2019 ** we also will do a police report, FTC Insurance fraud BBB, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and police and have insurance company follow suit- the are (I cant say how bad) our was &12,000 and their work $2000.00 sunroof use to close.holes where NOT there before.....
