Ill start off by saying we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted (shopping for my fiance)... Thats the only reason for the 1 star rating. Id give 0 if I could. Everything else about the experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth.Strike #1 - When getting the car information for the loan office at our bank, we needed a buyers order and a copy of the title. I let a bank employee speak with the Bay sales rep so she could tell him everything we needed. When asking the Bay sales rep Pat for the title. He quickly got angry and said we have hundreds of cars, I just cant get titles and No one else ever needs the title blah blah and that if he had got the car on the lot a week ago, its possible the title could be with the bank still... the car had been on the lot for well over 100 days, so Im still unsure why he fought us on handing over a copy. It was embarrassing to say the least to hand the phone over to the bank employee only to have her hand it back 45 sec into the conversation with him yelling through the phone at her.Strike #2 - When we finally got all the info and headed to the lot with the check, we parked and got out of the car. Now we had our 2 year old with us to pick the car up. As we are exiting our vehicle an older gentlemen was quickly leaving the sales office and getting in his truck, followed closely by a sales rep trying to stop him... the sales rep then yelled I got this for you B****! and held up some paper work. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate especially with customers and a 2 yr old approaching the office.Strike #3 - After leaving the dealership and getting home my fiance tells me the car is almost on E... Now never in my life have I left a dealership with anything but a full tank. Once I called the dealership about it, I was informed they only put $10 in used cars... not a huge deal but for a dealership to make Hundreds to thousands of dollars on a sale and they couldnt fill the tank up... tells you a lot about how they value their customers.I hope someone at the dealership reads this and reaches out. Because the extent of the rudeness and un-professionalism I experienced was laughable to say the least. And I called the sales manager John twice and addressed all of these issues. To which he seemed to care very little and brushed it off and rushed me off the phone saying hed pass it up the chain.

I bought my car here a while back. Finance was very knowledgeable about warranties (I bought a used Jeep but wanted the added warranty). The manager here John Noble will make sure you get the best deal possible!

I absolutely love these guys. I bought my car here a few years ago and insisted that a family member go here when it was time for a new car. I had never purchased a new car before and there was zero pressure from Laura, if anything she made the whole process easier and took the pressure off. I had found a car online and set up everything to come in and look at it. Laura was an expert when it came to the features of my vehicle (and again when a family member was purchasing). I absolutely recommend this place and hope that I get to buy many other vehicles from them. Frankly, I cant imagine buying from anyone else.

Worst customer service ever. We were treated like we were some tramps. The salesman (Pat Collins) was anything but professional, and was openly and boldly lying about the car, as we later found out. When we requested the Carfax, he said, literally, if you buy the car, you get the Carfax. Are you serious???Avoid this place at all cost. These people shouldnt be in business.
