I went to the store needing to outfit several rooms in several different houses, and the sales associate Jamie, offered professional assistance that made my project feel easy. Jamie is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I so enjoyed my experience and was happy with the selection of available items. Jamie and the store manager even helped me expedite my shipment. I would shop this store again should the need arise.

My husband and I went in to purchase a couch on Labor day and we were greeted at the door by Kim Simmons. She asked what we were looking for and made sure that we understood how to read the pricing and options for the living room sets. Ive purchased from here before but they have new options since the last time I shopped, so I was grateful she went over that information with us. I appreciated Kim because she was attentive but NOT aggressive, like some sales people can tend to be. She gave us our space but came to check in on us when she could see we were interested in something. We ended up finding a couch we loved and Kim went over all of the different pricing and package options until we found what worked for us. The process was very smooth and quick. This was great since we had our two young children with us. She finished up by going over all of the delivery information, payment information, etc., and provided me a business card with her contact information and schedule. Im not sure if Kim is a manager or a trainer but I would suggest utilizing her to train because her skills were impressive! She is truly an expert at her job and should be sharing her knowledge with others. I will be going to her for my future purchases and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to have a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.

As a new(er) homeowner Ive been to Rooms To Go in Panama City Beach on 3 separate occasions to purchase furniture. Ive been fortunate for each visit to encounter and be attended to by Peggy. Not only does she actively listen for to your home furnishing needs she goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are content with their purchase. Peggy often will monitor her customer orders to see if delivery dates can be moved up and reaches out to you directly to make those arrangements. When we last went a couple of weeks ago to purchase a bedroom set, they did not have the mattress we are looking for on the floor...do you know what she did for us? Had the warehouse stage a bed with the mattress in question so we can test it out. Not only is their sales associates(Peggy being 5 star) top notch but their corporate customer service is stellar too! They are quick to respond to your inquiries and make everything right with the least possible stress on you as their customer. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

This was our very first time buying our own furniture for our home. We live in an apartment and bought all of our furniture used a year ago and it’s all starting to fall apart. Scott Vaughn helped us through the whole process today and was very patient with us. we were very appreciative! We went to Rooms to Go to find a bedroom set for our sons room. We were greeted by a nice salesman named Tom. My husband told him we were looking into a new bedroom set. Tom showed us various sets. He walked us through what was available and answered all our questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, that we were able to find what we were looking for. The experience in the show room was great. Almost everything ordered was damaged and required repair or replacement. We purchased a new sofa sectional, dining room set, bedroom set, and entertainment set and end tables. RTG send out repair tech who then damaged my brand new flooring and has denied my claim. This was after lengthy process for submission of the claim. I will never use them again and highly recommended using a local store vs big box garbage chain.

Had a great experience at this location! Great furniture, exact timing so you know when you’re getting it versus other places that say 4-16 weeks.. They have every style of furniture and decor for everyone. Had a an awesome sales representative named Jamie who was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend her!

We have lived in Panama City Beach for just over 2 years, but have owned a beach front condo as well since 2016… in addition to a rental town house. She was very helpful and made the experience so much better. The turn around time was only a week and we were really excited that we were getting the sectional so quickly. The other two pieces are coming at the end of September. Have used this store in the past in Texas and will use this store in the future.

Our last 3 furniture shopping trips ended in our local Rooms to Go store. This store is vast, well stocked and attractive. But what has drawn us to shop at this particular store is our salesperson. We have in each occasion been fortunate to have Jamie Tatum as this salesperson. This lady is personable, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable of the product. During each visit she listened to our needs and guided us expertly to successful purchases.

Had to share the above and beyond customer service I received from Kim today. Made me feel like her friend from the moment I walked in. I was looking for shelving/entertainment unit for an odd sized wall and she showed me several things that could work and researched more on computer. I was also looking for a bed and she knows her stuff! She took me right to exactly what I was looking for and it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on!! We went to RTG to buy furniture for our entire house. We were greeted by Peggy Simmons and we explained to her what we were looking for. She was extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We ended up being there for almost 4 hours, due to changing our minds several times and constantly asking her questions. She was extremely helpful and honest with everything we were throwing at her. We highly recommend RTG and Peggy for any of your furniture needs.

Super difficult to make payments. I want to setup auto pay and I can’t get anyone on the phone. The automated system tells me to go online. I go online and I don’t know what my account number is. I call the number again to see what that is and I can’t get anyone on the phone… it’s just this big circle… what happened to the days when you can just call in and have them set you up? I mean for crying out loud. I’m trying to set up an automatic payment where they will always get money… why is it so difficult??

Tom is great! This is our second time purchasing furniture at rooms to go with him. He’s a great salesman who takes a laid back approach and lets you look around without being overbearing. He is very knowledgeable and made our experience great!

We told him what we wanted and he started showing us recliners, He was very knowledgeable in the business and answered all of our questions. He explained what was in stock and the mechanics of the recliners. We ended up buying 2 power recliners and a sofa. Enjoyed doing business with a pro salesperson.

Do not buy from here!!!After I purchased a $5,000 sofa the delivery men were so rude and unprofessional I would not allow them back in my home. One man took a quick picture on his phone of my couch and when I said it wasn’t correct he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up and told me I was wrong. Apparently he can’t be bothered to do it correctly. I contacted rooms to go to let them know my couch was not set up properly and after explaining what these men did they said they would only send those delivery men back. I explained why I did not want them in my home and how rude they were and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I now have to take my sectional apart and try to hook it back up correctly myself.Take your money elsewhere!

Came in today with full intentions to only look at couches and left with a newly ordered sectional and recliner on the way. If it wasnt for Brandas expedient and thorough service I know I probably would of just slept on this for another day. Ms. Branda went so far as to attempt to color match the chosen sectional with available recliners, hauling around a pillow that matched the color of the sectional. This has easily been the best furniture purchase experience I have personally had.Its only a bonus that Rooms To Go is offering up to 5 years interest free payment plan and a 3 year warranty that essentially covers most accidental damage and/or stains.

My husband and I decided we would go to purchase some items from this location today. We were greeted at the door by S who asked where we needed to be directed. I explained to her what we were looking for. She told me that the items we were looking for were all around the store and that we could browse, and she would come and check on us or we could come looking for her if we found something. I was not pleased and did not feel this was good customer service. We saw her following other customers around helping them. I assume some profiling brought some assumption that we were not purchasing. RTGs saving grace today was Peggy Simmons. She helped us find the items we needed spending almost $9,000.00. As a Psychologist, I think someone needs to check their employees behaviors and how they relate to customers.

So back in February of 2020 my husband and I were in the market for a new bed and decided to go to Rooms To Go ... I really can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review before now 😏 Our experience was awesome although we had made an appointment before hand and knew pretty much what we wanted.. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed for us and a new bunk bed set for the grand boys 🙂 By the way their Kid Corner is a separate store so it ended up being two purchases... We had no problem with the delivery either which I was concerned about in the beginning bc it was mid March when everything was delivered .. I would definitely recommend RTG and we will be returning in the future 😊 BTW Tempur-pedic mattresses have come a long way in the last few years ☺️☺️☺️☺️ a must see !!
