I can’t say thank you enough to Rich, Josh and Michael. I was involved in an accident that ended with my boat coming off the trailer and sustaining damage, as well as a totaled trailer. 6 months prior to the accident I had Gulf Marine install a power pole and Jackplate on my boat, and that first experience told me Rich was the man to call for this new issue. He told me he had a great fiberglass guy and they would get me taken care of. Sure enough, the work on my boat was phenomenal. I looked hard and could not see any sign of the damage that was there prior. They did a fantastic job. Rich, Josh and Michael were easy to deal with, kept me informed of what was going on and just all around have great customer service.I will recommend them to anyone I can. Thanks again Gentlemen.

Customer service is by far the best I’ve seen in Florida. Earl was very helpful when I was browsing for a boat. Rich was great, he took me out twice to teach me how to operate and ride a boat. Josh might be good too, I just dealt with him, I’ll update in a week how he does. Overall though, they are amazing!

In the process of buying my 3rd boat from Gulf Marine. Trading up again. Each time we have dealt with them it has been a very pleasant experience. The purchasing side was straight forward. The advice on engine types / sizes really helped me in my decision process. Anytime we had service done on our other boats it has been quick and easy. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new boat or getting honest service to give them a call.

I would recommend this place for all your boating needs, just a quick story, I go up there looking to get a price on something and this guy comes over to see what we need, he is very friendly and helpful, I see that they are super busy ( spring is coming) but this guy goes out of his way to help up ( I had tore a fender off my trailer and was looking for a new or used one to buy) the guy stops what he is doing and comes over to help, I can see he is bleeding from a bad cut on his hand, he has a shop towel wrapped around the wound, looks not just at my trailer fender but also looks over my boat, he sees a problem with a steering arm and walks back to the shop, next thing we see is him carrying a fender and a steering arm out, checks to see if they will fit and hands me theparts and says no charge, see he knew I could use a used fender, it was not used, it just had a scratch on it as for the steering bar, that was new, this guy as busy as he was, hurt from working on a prop, took the time to help us and ended up giving us the parts ( was stuff laying around so don’t expect free parts lol) we thanked him and shook his good hand and he introduced himself as the owner of gulf marine, we have bought more stuff from time to time from them and we will always give them our business as they know how to keep customers coming back

They were great. Every employee I came into contact with was more than helpful and friendly. They stood by their word and got generators they promised customers for the upcoming hurricane, even at a loss of money to their business. I rarely come across businesses like this these days.

Gulf Marine and Rich just repowered my Sea Chaser with a new white Suzuki 175. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and communicated well with me throughout process. They linked my gps unit to my motor and even cleaned up my dash for me including having a custom cut dash put in. They made sure everything was working before returning boat to me. They even helped me sell my old motor .. The customer service was unmatched.

My boat was in an accident a week after purchasing it and took it to Legendary Marine. 2 months later I finally get my boat back first time I take it out I find they didnt bolt my trailer board down and the metal gouged my hull, while taking it off the trailer my steering cable snaps where it froze up from sitting at Legendary Marine! Luckily I took it to Gulf Marine and Rich and his crew is awesome! They fixed everything like brand new! Finally my family gets to enjoy our boat!These guys are the best!!!! Nice folks, a little scatter brained.

Guy in front rushed me out made me feel as if I was bothering him,the mechanic that was supposed to answer a question was short with me and asked me if I could see how busy he was, I offered him a fifty dollar bill to answer or even look at pictures, he rudely threw the 50 in a trash can and told me if I needed theboat looked at being it over,he said in 3 weeks he could look at it but would be more likely 3 months,I retrieved my 50 from the trash can and left before the redneck shown thru.Wouldnt recommend you find someone else to do boat/motor repairs!I will be contacting Honda America about their local rep. gulf marine🦀🦗😐😏

Lead salesman, Earl, is easy to deal with--no gimicks--just straight up, fair and square. Master mechanic, Matthew, went out of his way to get some minor repairs completed and get us back on the water.However, Manager isnt very customer service oriented. When I brought new Honda 115 in for grinding noise, he told me to operate it till it failed and theyd have Honda replace it. Not a pleasant thought when youre 25 miles offshore.When I brought boat in for warranties repair to bimini top, parts guy took photos, wouldnt open a ticket, said hed get back to me--never did. Brought boat in to replace jump seat stop cables (broke after 1 yr) again no work order cut, was told theyd call Carolina Skiff and get parts (4 weeks later--no word)OK to buy boat here, but you WONT get service support.This place has great potential for boat sales and service--but no management/leadership.

Thought I might have had starter problem after the ignition switch stuck without me realizing it....Josh politely told me it could be 3 weeks to get it back....1 week later he called back to say the boat was ready and they replaced the ignition switch and volt meter which was not working. All under warranty. When I picked up the boat I wasn’t there more than 5 min. before driving home with a boat that was fixed and cleaner than when I left it.
