I have an extensive background in not only art, but Blueprint reading, Architecture as well as Drafting so I’m very familiar with lines and how they should look, as well a firm grip on colors, shading, blending, etc.. I was 40 before I found an artist that I felt was the caliber artist that I was looking for. My requests became more and more difficult. Finally we reached the point at which he had to accept defeat or at least the common sense to know he was in over his head on this project, especially with my elevated expectations. He sent me to 7th Seal, specifically Mr. Pipkin and said if anyone in this town could do it, it was Jerry.I thank Jerry for this piece of art I will wear with pride for the rest of my days, Thank you. 👊🤘

I am currently on my last appointment for my Japanese style sleeve with a koi, snake, and flowers here. Kim has done an awesome job putting it together and is overall a great artist and tattoo artist. I came in with ideas on what i would want on it and let her have free reign over the colors. She has great knowledge over color theory and that shows with how all the colors go together. Given this is my first tattoo i cant say much on line work or shading, but it looks great! She has a very light touch and checked up on me often and great to talk to. She has also gone out of her way to working with my work schedule and fitting me into her schedule. 10/10 recommend her to anyone!

I can’t really give it anymore than this due to the fact I have no information to go on. I usually like to go in and meet a couple people and see the condition the shop is in before I book an appointment. However I’m unable to do so with the door being locked and a note on the door explaining their reasonings. I’ve never seen a shop lock people out before so that’s strange to me. I get I can see the portfolios online but, for me at least, that only does so much. I wanted to get a quote for some larger pieces and see if I get along with the artist I was interested working with.Edit: thanks for the explanation and getting back to me. The note on the door seemed to only be applicable to people who have tattoo appointments already. Hopefully I can set up a consultation sometime soon.

My daughter and I went there this morning for her consult with J.P. and everyone there was awesome and very polite.. she goes next week to actually get her tattoo and Ill post pictures then.. shes definitely a little less nervous now though!!

I always love scheduling my tattoos with them! Their team and staff is great at helping make your tattoo dreams reality! Same with their piercer! Ive had tattoos done by Louis Abbott, Kim Snow, Linda Millicent, and Gabe!

I tried booking a tattoo with Spencer. Not only was he unprofessional but he canceled on me the day of the tattoo on two separate occasions. It took him nearly three weeks to rebook the session and he didnt even show up the the rebooked appointment. I waited over an hour for him to show up just to find out he wouldnt be coming in that day. There was no communication that he wasnt planning on coming in ahead of time and no follow up after he missed his appointment. They may make great tattoos but they are extremely unprofessional.Edit: I asked Spencer about a deposit and a consultation appointment and he said not to worry about it.

Spencer Watson did a great job with my tat. LOVE the building and set up. Very clean, and great customer service. Undoubtedly best in Bay County! Picture doesnt do justice and we still have some touching up to do.

While on vacation I got a helix piercing and when I came home the ball came off and hoop was trying to come out. I called Seventh Seal and explained my situation. Without hesitation she told me to come by and she would take care of it. I didnt have the piercing done there and mist places would have said its not our work so we cant help you. I went by and she closed the hoop up until I was healed up enough to change out the hoop. So I asked what do I owe you and she said no chargeand of course I gave her something anyway. Bravo to Seventh Seal for earning my respect and my future business. Definitely would recommend them 100%

Great 1st tattoo experience!! John Paul did an awesome job in taking a design I brought in, cleaning it up, making it even more like the tribal style I was looking for in the first place. The staff at SST was friendly and welcoming, and John Paul gave me the impression he was more appreciative of me for giving him the opportunity to do my tattoo than I was to get it done! How cool. I stopped in on a Saturday to show an example of what tattoo I wanted and to get a quote. I talked to artist Linda who was very friendly and very informative of what the prices were (half the price quoted at two different shops on the beach), what to expect, and more. I have stopped by 7 different shops around Panama City and the beach and they have the best reviews, cleanest shop, friendliest staff, and best price quote. Took my boy here for his 18th birthday to get a tattoo. Tyson was professional, polite and did amazing work. We did get pushed back an hour and half from appointment time but 100% worth the wait. If we are ever in PCB again and need some ink therapy, we’ll definitely hit up Tyson. Kudos man!!!

Gabe is amazing! I got my tattoos about a month ago and get complimented almost every day, his watercolor work is some of the best Ive seen. People are only disappointed when they find out he is in PC because I live in Texas. I will be back for more art when Im back in town.

I got my tattoo from Linda and I couldnt be more happy with how it came out and Im very impressed with how it healed. The only reason Im not including an image is because Im a waitress and a klutz and I have a bunch of leg bruises around it. Ive had 2 tattoos done by artist Angel Marquez and Im in love with these pieces. He did an amazing job and now the only artist Ill let ink me. The shop is clean, inviting, and cozy just like chilling at home. The staff are always laughing and having a good time. I have no complaints about this place. My tattoo artist was amazing and very friendly. She did a great job! I LOVE my new tattoo. She gave me everything I need to know about how to take care of my tattoo. The only negative thing was how rude the receptionist was. The receptionist was very bossy and seemed like she wanted to not be there.

My husband and I just got our first tattoos together here. Mine was with Gabe and my husbands was with Sam. Both artists were so much fun and very talented. We scoped out artists from Pensacola to Panama City and so glad we made the 2 hour trip to see these guys. They were able to get us in at the same time and all 4 of us were in the same room. I actually met my tattoo artist at a convention in New Orleans and decided to go to Panama City Florida to have more work done! The facility is so clean and nice and very comfortable. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Gabe, my tattoo artist, was super patient, very knowledgeable, and was a perfectionist with placing and completing my piece of art! What a wonderful experience, I was nervous going in and felt grateful walking out. The guys that work in this facility are top notch. Today was my first time getting tattooed at Seventh Seal. I was starting a leg sleeve with a WW2 theme. From the beginning I had a great experience that started with email communication with the artist Jerry Pipkins. We exchanged some ideas via email and setup a series of appointments. The week prior to my appointment I went into the shop and talked things over and confirmed the time for my appointment. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The shop helper was also very friendly.On the day of the tattoo Jerry had some suggestions to make the overall tattoo flow and look better. He put it all together on some printouts for me to look at. It was amazing. Way better than what I had imagined in my head. He got the transfer ready, onto my leg, and off we went. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire tattoo. Im looking forward to getting the rest of my leg done.I would definitely recommend Seventh Seal to anyone looking at getting a tattoo. Top shelf place all the way.

I went to Seventh Seal a few days ago to get my nose pierced because they were offering the half off pricing. The piercer (whose name I did not catch) had been doing piercings all day and had every right to be exhausted, however, he did not show it. He explained everything to me in a step by step process and made sure I felt comfortable before proceeding. This is the only piercing Ive ever received that didnt swell the next day and I have 10 piercings. I will definitely be going back to him for every piercing I want from now on!!!

I went to Jerry for my first tattoo ever. At first I was afraid of everything (being as it was new), but he was very professional and nice about the whole process. The work he did was excellent. A year later, I returned for a much bigger and detailed piece. He spent around 2 1/2 hours on this particular tattoo. He puts so much effort into his work, and really does take pride and what he does. His artwork is magnificent, and he really does have his own unique way of making each tattoo differ! It really says a lot about him. His portraits are also amazing, though I dont have any. Seeing his work just makes me want to go back for more! I will definitely return to him when I feel like getting another! He blows other artists out of the water! Great job and keep up the awesome work!!

Very nice place. I started searching for a shop before we left TN for vacation because my daughter is underage. First their website was very informational on the laws and the process. Then we check with them Monday to make an appt for my daughter. Ariana and Gabe both professional. This place is very clean and nicely decorated just in all wonderful atmosphere. And made us feel very welcome!!
