Normally I would give this place five Stars. That is based on delivery driver that I normally have. Since my normal driver is sick the replacement driver did not stop at my house yesterday. So I had to take my bottles to the office and exchange them myself. Which is no big deal. However, normally when I walk into any building and address an employee I always say good morning how are you. Obviously the person today didnt like hearing that in her reply was what do you need. Then when I told her I needed to replace bottles and place them on my account she said I dont know how to do that Ill get somebody who can. The second girl was a better attitude than my first experience. I did not choose your career path.. I normally do not leave bad reviews. I just was not happy with the customer service that I experienced today.

Panama City Culligan is awesome! The staff is friendly and very helpful whenever I have had a question or concern, and they go above and beyond my expectations in service! It was such a relief to know I had clean, fresh drinking water during and after Hurricane Michael, and even though the roads were still difficult to navigate due to storm debris, my next water delivery came right on time! Thanks for such great service, Culligan! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

After having Gilligan delivered, I noticed an amazing difference in my coffee. I had actually forgotten that I didnt use city water. I thought it was a different brand, the coffee was delicious! I appreciate not filling up the land fill with water bottles. The driver is polite and customer service is great. All this, and if is even economical!

I love the super convenience of having good quality water delivered on a regular basis. Our office is never without drinking water and with military members that exercise regularly, this is highly appreciated. Water delivery was even started within a few weeks after Hurricane Michael. Our deliver person (Jason Hagler) is super professional and courteous.

This is a wonderful service. We had large bottles of water in reserve when Hurricane Michael hit, and Culligan/Trumbull delivers to your door. The cost is nominal for the convenience of having good water.

Haven’t received water service since February 19 sapose to be delivered every 28 days I’ve been calling the last two days and promised they would send there driver over and deliver water 5:30 pm on day 2 still no water don’t count on there promises because they can’t keep them very unreliable service and unorganized
