Culligans of Panama City drilled the well for our new home and provided a complete water filtration system. She and the entire Culligan team at this location are simply a world class operation! We will be with them for life.

My house was destroyed on October 10,2018 during hurricane Michael. If you have not been through complete devastation I can’t explain it to you. However; the reality is you must start over basically from square one. Prior to the storm we had a complete home water system. Following the storm well not so much. The folks I dealt with Worked to try and make our home normal again were both professional and passionate. They worked with me in various stages for months. As you can expect it wasn’t like rebuilding a house from scratch. It took 622 days to get back in our home. Every time I called and asked, these folks only asked how they could help. These were life changing times for my family. I believe under much less stressful times these folks would be up to the challenge. If your looking for a way to stay healthy with your water I highly recommend this company.

I had iron & sulphur in my well water. It was nasty with iron & the sulphur made me feel ill from the smell. I told myself one of us has to go. I called Culligan & they sent out a rep. They run some water from my outside spigot into a Styrofoam cup. You could see a bunch of black dots in the bottom of the cup. That was the sulphur. My nose knew before my eyes did. One tank on my water line took care of both problems & gave me peace of mind. THANKS CULLIGAN MAN!

What I liked most about Culligan Water is the staff and friendly employees that provide the experience and knowledge to assist in getting the right system for my home.

Tony first came out to check my well pump which wouldn’t stop running, but I wasn’t getting any water from the faucets. After dissecting the pump and finding nothing wrong with it, he checked for a busted pipe. Conclusion: I needed a new well! Sherry was upfront very patient in helping me through the financial part, then they organized the timing of the project. Miguel and Larry were prompt and answered all my questions as they wanted me to know what and how they were going to dig for my new well. They worked so well together, were so skilled and professional and worked extra hours to get the job done. The second and third teams were also cordial, experienced, very passionate about doing the job right. I was so impressed, amazed, and very happy with the electrical work, piping and making sure that I have a ”good” water supply, and even the boss came over to make sure I was satisfied with the result and showed the pride and respect they all had in each other and the work they do. I would without hesitation highly recommend this whole Culligan team to anyone who may need their service. Thanks again for a job excellently done!

Tony Picone came out and looked at our well set up and helped us make sure everything was in good working order. He came right out the same day I called. I had a lot of questions that he readily answered, and he gave great tips and advice! I have been very pleased with Culligan and have been using them ever since the hurricane. We have the whole home system and Culligan always provides great service. When needed for repairs or problems, which isnt too often, they show up the same day or at least by the next day. Techs are always friendly and helpful.

We were blown away by the great service we received from Culligan Water of Panama City. Sherry set the stage for a great experience by answering my initial questions about purchasing a water system when I first called. The following day the knowledgeable water specialist tested our water and explained where the reverse osmosis system would go if we moved forward with a purchase. A hard working plumber came the same day to trace the water lines because we planned to buy the whole house system after the presentation. Two more super nice workers were involved in the installation and we are now enjoying the benefits of the clean water. Our only regret is that we did not buy the system earlier!They truly have a great team and a great product and I would highly recommend them!

TL;DR: at end!We have been using Culligan for over 30 years. They installed a water softener system for us. After that, we had some issues with the well losing prime. We called them every day for two months and could not get them to come fix it or to tell us when they could. They would not come and we had to use city water (which costs a lot!) and our GRASS DIED due to not being able to run the sprinklers from the well. Were old folk, so we can hardly get out and water with a hose. We were willing and able to pay for repairs if they werent due to the water softener installation. But they would not come!When they finally did come AFTER TWO MONTHS, they were not able to fix the problem. They tried to charge us over $500 for replacing a check valve--for only two hours of labor! And if that would have fixed the problem, that still would have been too much money, but at least we could have slept in peace knowing that MAYBE our grass would regrow. But no. They said that the installation of the water softener had nothing to do with the pump losing prime. Maybe they are right. BUT when they came out to fix the check valve, they SHOULD HAVE been able to tell right away that the pump was cycling on and off whenever water was used and that we needed a much larger bladder tank after they had made adjustments to the pressure switch to accommodate a well that seemed to easily lose prime.After that guy came, the pump WORKED for ONE WEEK then LOST PRIME AGAIN. Well, during all of this lollygagging, after two and a half months and a failed attempt at diagnosing and repairing the system, due to the pump losing prime and dry running so often, the motor in the pump burnt up. So a different Culligan person came out and made repairs to the pump motor. But they still didnt fix the problem; they didnt even leave the pump electricity on because they couldnt get it to hold prime.Look, its one thing to fix a problem after it has happened, but these PROFESSIONALS dont seem to know anything about troubleshooting and finding root causes of problems so that the problems dont repeat themselves. How can a professional company that installs their own wells and sprinkler systems and has been doing so for over thirty years not know their own craft? Did they know the answer but didnt want to tell us? Why not? If you cant figure out a problem, be a man about it and say that you have not fixed it, that you have no idea how to fix it, and that you need to call a REAL professional because WE arent good enough. Dont keep sending a customer bills for work that didnt fix the problem you called them out to fix. Not after they spent $2,400 on a softener system with you!LAST BUT NOT LEAST: After all this muckluck, I talked to the owner and he was going to call me back when he talked to someone that worked for him. He never called me. I talked to the receptionist and she was supposed to relay the message. I dont know what has happened to the company but they dont take care of their customers anymore. My son works for a company out of town and he came and fixed all the screw ups they did. He stopped the pump from cycling on and off when the sprinklers were running--and the pump wasnt cycling like that before Culligan installed that softener system. Guess they dont think to check the simple things. I can sleep in peace tonight knowing my grass might one day recover--even though it will be riddled with weeds! And thats NO THANKS TO CULLIGAN!TL;DR: Culligan doesnt know their craft very well--not anymore--and they are rather expensive. Paying for the name brand does not, in this case, give you a better quality product than youd otherwise have. In fact, Id say the product is inferior. When you ask a professional well company who has been doing this for over thirty years to fix a problem (after youve spent $2,400+ on a water softener system in the recent past!!), and then they are too afraid to tell you that they cant figure out how to fix that problem even though youd be willing to pay for it, then YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW WELL COMPANY.

My Culligan Man is better than yours! I hands down have the best Culligan delivery man ever! I am so horrible at remembering my bottle exchange day and he always calls to remind me! Lol Also, when there was a storm close to us earlier in the year, he reminded me to get an extra bottle or 2 just in case! Brian is awesome, I never have to say Hey Culligan Mannn because he takes care of our family!

Culligan came out to our home on T street to install a well and pressure tank. They have since left and said the job is complete. They have left the wire from the power pole to the well just laying on top of the ground just waiting for someone with a lawnmower to run it over, there are two water leaks, one at the pressure switch and one at a connection coming from the pressure tank, they installed the wrong pressure switch and now expect me to pay an additional hundred and forty dollars for them to come out and put the correct switch on. Ive called several times and complained to no avail; they will send a so called technician out and he will say that he has fixed the problem and leave. So far they have not fixed any of the problems and for me to get water in the house I have to go outside and flip the pressure switch manually. I am a seventy year old widow and Ive never had to go outside and flip a switch so that I can flush my toilet. For a company that has been in business for as long as they have been, it seems like they would have learned how to install a well correctly by now. I am appalled at the shotty craftsmanship that they have demonstrated and they dont ever have to worry about me calling them for any work and Im gonna do my best to make sure that none of the people that I know call them either.Since posting this review Culligan came out and they did make some of the repairs and adjustments. We do appreciate their efforts, but the fact does remain that the initial install left a lot to be desired. I am upgrading the review since they did make an effort to come in and satisfy us. I will say thank you Culligan for the efforts.

Fast response and professional! However a bit pricey. Was charged a $125 labor fee for 15 minutes of work. Total was over $300. Wish I would have known this from the beginning.

We had a pump go out at our AirBnB with a family currently renting our place. These folks are paying by the day and were unable to take showers or use the water at all.I called Culligan on a Saturday and they were there to fix the pump that day! Purchased a residential water softener/filtration system about 2 years ago from these folks. Fair price plus quick and professional installation.Needed some advise on a water quality question. Spoke with Sherry on the phone and she was very knowledgeable about the system, the local water quality and had answers to all my questions. She sent Tra (one of their service specialists) to check things out, he arrived on time, knew his stuff, replaced a part that was under warranty and everything was like new in about an hour. All the people I have dealt with at this company have been top notch. Very pleased doing business with this company.

Issues noted belowShows up without notice and leaves a note that they were there.Unloads bags of salt against my garage and one broke open. I was supplied with very detailed ways in which to have my water filtered, how the process works and which program would best suit my needs. The installation was only flawed by my homes lack of proper electrical but my installer and his manager moved swiftly to ensure there was an alternative solution and Ive had no problems since.
