Hallelujah I finally got to Batteries Plus and I found the bulbs That I have been looking for, for a couple of weeks great place to visit

Great work! I had my phone repaired here and they did an excellent job!

They replaced a smart phone screen at an excellent price (vs going through the manufacture). There was an issue and they replaced it again under warranty. Works perfectly now. Excellent service and they stand by their work.

Very good on-line experience. The price for the batteries was good compared to everyplace else in my area. They offered installation, but I wanted to do it based on the complexity of the task. F250 dual batteries are very high up and have finicky hook ups.

These Guys are Great, Fast and Professional, replaced my iPhone 7 Plus battery in less than 30 min. Why wait 1/2 the day at the apple store. I’m telling all my friends to take their phones to them. Thank You Batteries +

Fair prices.I have one issue, to be addressed.One or two of the speciality batteries I bought will not hold a charge more than 45 minutes.Ill report back to you all on here as to the outcome.....I would have already taken care of it....but it well in excess of a hundred miles round-trip....a 3 hour turn around, but the batteries in question cost 28.00 bucks.I got another set of the exact same that are awesome.... one came from one store and the other set came from the other store across town.The folks there are nice and friendly...and have a great deal of knowledge of there inventory.Chief

They also program key fobs for way less than the dealership. Used them for my truck key fob. I was in just looking for a battery but it worked out to get a fob.

Customer service and staff were excellent. Took great care of my needs, and totally fixed my phone for a fair price. Very respectful, and prompt.

Took my iphone to just get a new battery. Got my phone back and my home button stopped working. Long story short, they broke my phone. Told me to take it to an “authorized” iphone repair (actual words) Now Geek squad wont work on my phone cause these guys didnt work on it correctly. Only bright side was, I got my money back. Overall bad experience

Great/helpful staff. Used their services several times and extremely satisfied:- needed a quality battery for my Harley Davidson. They tested my old battery to confirm it was on its last legs. Then purchased a known AGM brand at an excellent price.- they replaced the screen on my cell phone in about an hour at a price lower then what Best Buy would have charged (and a fraction of the price for a new phone). Price estimate was provided when I called to check if they could fix it. Bonus was that a $10 discount was applied.

Was on vacation from TN and jumped into the water with my keys. This place was the only place open and able to help me get a new key to crank my car. The store manager Colin was the only one working and was extremely helpful with helping me fix my key. While he was doing that he was also able to efficiently help other customers as well. Very thankful for this place and Colins help. If it wasnt for him Id have been stranded waiting for a dealership to open and paying 10 times the price to get my key fixed.

Wow! Is all I can say. The owners are great, professional and know how to make a customer feel about their purchase. Bought 8 - 6volt batteries. Priced better than anyone else! Now, my golf cart is like new.

Colin did a great job installing the battery in my 2015X5 x5i. I am very pleased with his efforts and hard work. Battery registration failed due to equipment malfunction, I was able to do that myself. Thanks Colin!Battery was ordered online for which I received a small discount. The biggest drawback was that I had to wait 10 days to get one in. Check your location for availability.

I cant remember the gentleman name but hes always very helpful and very willing to help with any thing. And the quality is way better than anything you can buy down the street at that other battery place..

I had no clue they provide key cutting! Sales staff walked me through the process. Reasonably priced and quick service. One of the nicer batteries plus I’ve been in.

Clean store, good prices, however their warranty replacement policy stinks. They expect me to drive to the store 2 hours away, drop off the battery, and drive home 2 hours. Then drive back the next day, 2 more hours. Pick up the replacement battery, then drive home, 2 more hours. I dont expect for them to just swap out a battery without first testing it, but come on, 24 hours!!!! It took me only 5minutes to determine that the battery has an internal short. They were fully aware that I live 2 hours away from the nearest store when I purchased the batteries and they never warned me about their warranty replacement policy. I would have never purchased them from a company so far away had I known how difficult it would be to get a warranty replacement, which is probably why I wasnt told.

I ordered new golf cart replacement batteries on line and picked them up at the local store. I was greeted and treated kindly and professionally. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs, Panama City FL.

I got my screen replaced on my phone. They said it would be 45 mins. Well, 2 hours later my phone was ready. They said it was because the back case of the phone had to be replaced as well. No big deal. Less than 24 hrs later the back case was cracked (I hadnt dropped it or banged it). I went to get it fixed and they didnt have the color. Said they would have it 2 days later. They didnt so I opted to use a different color. Fast forward a month later. Back case is broken again. Not to mention its been in a lifeproof case since it was replaced. Over priced. Low quality. Plus, the first time I got the back side fixed the lady was extremely rude about it.

The service here is the worst. The owner doesnt honor the company return policy, even if you have a receipt. Complaints to Batteries Plus corporate go unanswered.Also he charges outrageous prices for a cellphone screen replacements.Do not do business here if you can help it. Youre better off to order from Amazon, Walmart, or AutoZone.
