The customer service is abhorrent. Because of a medical condition (which is killing me) I can not wear a mask. They did not fit, or adjust the glasses at all, and even worse as I am trying to write this I had to take them off to see, because with them on my laptops screen is a blurry mess. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

Whomever I talked to when I scheduled my appointment was not pleasant. I should have taken that as a sign. There were two ladies in the office. One of them, who I assume wasn’t the lady I spoke to on the phone, seemed genuinely nice and almost apologetic for the rude behavior in the office. I speak, and I am friendly. When you walk into a room with a doctor you are seeing, you generally expect a warm welcome or hello. He didn’t say anything. I said hello. He said have a seat. I told him about my issues that I was having with my vision. “I have had a stye twice in the last month. His response, “stop rubbing your eyes”. I told him I had floaters and blurred vision . His response, “it’s old age”. He did a lot of sighing like he felt I was wasting his time. When he dilated my eyes, he was really rough and unapologetic. And he only checked one of them. I was totally disgusted with this visit. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company as well. I will get my glasses and will not patron this business again.

Im not going to waste my time detailing the visit when it is a repeat of every other review. The doctor is incredibly rude. We will not be going back.

Well, as all the other reviews have shown the doctor is a bit of a curmudgeon. He did kinda yell at me about my poor contact lense etiquette at home. But, to be fair these are my EYES lol he had a point. Theyre a medical device and i wouldnt abuse any other medical device like that. The staff was a little unpleasant. They seem short staffed and aggravated with their life choices, the only redeeming staff member was a younger woman who was kind and patient and fitted me for my glasses.Honestly, he is a d¡ck but i got an appt immediately, i got what i needed and im used to grumpier old men so, i would likely go back should the need arise and i couldnt get an appt anywhere else.Theyre not really there to make friends, theyre there to help you see and that is definitely *all* they are about. In a pinch tho, itll do.

Grabbed me by my hair while puffing air into my eye. He also shrugged me off when I said I have other visual issues.The glasses they gave me dont even fit and theyre always falling off. Unprofessional and disgusting.

I just have to say the doctor at this location is by far the rudest person I have ever met. He’s very rough && just unprofessional! The other staff was very pleasant and welcoming! But you could literally here the doctor in the other room cussing to his self! I will be back to pick up my glasses but I will definitely find else where if I ever need to go back😡😡😡😡

Google should seriously allow us to post with 0.5 star rating. Staff was good and helpful, but doctor is very rude. Not sure what is up with him. On first attempt he asked if I can see clearly? to which I replied not very clear. He replies We are not going to get eagle vision here, lets work with whatever we can. Id appreciate the joke if it were one. He said that in a road-rash tone. The whole time he kept sighing and was frustrated for I do not know what. I came back and read the reviews to see that he is like that to a lot of people.Will not recommend or visit again. ever.

Doctor has a whole life experience of helping people. My daughter is on the computer alot as most students are taking home school. I was concerned about her eyes. The doctor was able to provide something that will put less strain on the eyes. Thankyou because now when she is older she may not need glasses.

I called and got a same day appointment scheduled (due to a cancellation there was an open spot) and the service was friendly, quick and easy. I was in there for about 20 minutes total and I will relieve my glasses In about 3 weeks. Very satisfied

So after not being able to get an appointment anywhere for months out I got one for 2 days later at this office. THEN, I read the reviews. I almost cancelled because of them but really needed to get it. So I went anyway. Yes the office is tiny and cluttered, but so is my house sometimes. The receptionist was really nice on the phone and when I got there as well. I saw the doctor extremely fast after paperwork was done BEFORE my appointment time. I could see where the doctor may come off a bit abrasive but maybe thats just his personality or the fact that he has been doing eye exams his entire adult life. My exam was done quickly and efficiently. I had a few silly questions and he answered without hesitation and sent me on my way. He asked me questions during the exam Ive never been asked and I found that an extremely important part of the vision process. Then I spent forever trying on every pair of frames in the building as the other lady patiently waited for me and even gave me her opinion and recommendations only to eventually give up and ask for a prescription. That would probably be enough to send me thru the roof had I worked there. Not once did anyone get impatient or frustrated with me. Im glad that I didnt cancel my appointment because it went just as well as any of the other exams Ive had. And the doctor didnt force dilation on me which was great. I will definitely be coming back here for my future vision needs. No one asked or paid me to write this review I just know that all too often we review the horrible experiences and never the good ones so I thought I should. Good job guys and I hope you turn your google ratings around.

The only way I can imagine that this office is still in business is due to the fact that they take Medicaid. Horrible experience from the receptionist to the doctor. The whole visit seemed like something out of the twilight zone. This doctor comes into the room with my 9 year old daughter, who is rather shy around strangers especially older men. The doctor proceeds to tell her that she needs to sit on the exam chair and begins the test.He asks what do you see?She responds quietly I cant seeHe then barks at her speak up!She says again I cant seeHe turns then and says I dont have time for this I have other patients and storms out.I then have to comfort my daughter and let her know its okay, and we will never come back but we need to cooperate because she desperately needs glasses.The doctor comes back does the tests and saysIm just guessing because she wont cooperate, these should be closeHe then looks at MY 9 YEAR OLD and says youre gonna have to deal with doctors your whole life, get over it.I have never been so disappointed in a healthcare provider, this doctor should be ashamed of himself.

Rude is the only word I can come up with, I don’t think they want anything to do with Humana or Medicare. The lady that answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever talked to in medical care business, I don’t have anything to say about the doctor cause I did receive a call back because of a very rude employee, I have an appointment at The Eye Center now, and we both are happy. The customer pays your payroll, no customer no payroll. Good Luck

I went in with no appointment and picked up a new pair of glasses the same day it was nice and quick if you don’t have an appointment I recommend going on a Tuesday or Friday if not make an appointment.

The doctor was rude and unprofessional and spoke about 3 words to me the entire time and made me feel as if i was not allowed to speak or ask any questions. the staff is nice it’s a little small on the inside but the doctor kept sighing and cursing under his breath and didn’t tell me anything about my eye sight so i had to ask another employee about my results. will probably never come here again.

I found the staff of the office to be responsive to my needs. They were professional in all aspects of my exam and I felt that the doctor took more time than most to perform the exam and do all the testing that was needed. I have recommended them to several people and they have all been happy with the service. The only thing that I can think of that some might have issue with is the waiting area is small but there is room to walk around and look at the glasses while waiting. Speaking of waiting there is not a long wait time like I have had in other places like Sears and Wal-Mart I was seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. The later hours are also something I like so that I dont have to take off work early to be seen. The office is conveniently located and it was easy to park and get in and out.

If I could have givin 0 stars I would have !!! Absolutely horrible experience in every way possible. Receptionist Was rude to my 3 year old and scarred her which upset me from the very begining . Then came the doctor he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. When I went to grab my purse to get my old glasses out it hit a desk and spilled a drink ( which I don’t think should be in the exam room anyway!!!!), he then proceeded to jump up cuss where me and everyone In the waiting area could here, kicked his chair across the exam room and stormed out and started yelling loudly and causing a scene. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism and I will NEVER go to this establishment again or recommend it to anyone I know!!!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The doctor was beyond rude and I would describe it as borderline abusive. I was there with my daughter and he was so verbally abusive with me that she almost experienced a panic attack. I am filing a professional complaint with our insurance company.

My husband and I have both worn glasses all our lives and never had any problems with an optometrist. We went to Bay Vision on June 18th because his glasses broke and were told that it would take five to six business days to have our glasses. Seven business days after that on June 26th they called us to inform us that their lab had sent the wrong lenses and they had to be redone. We reluctantly approved this (because everyone makes mistakes) and were told that they would be available for pickup in a week. It took an additional two weeks for the lenses to come in and the Vision Center blamed it on July 4th. (One national holiday adds an extra week to your turn time?) The staff was unapologetic, took 0 responsibility for anything, and refused to compensate us for the 3 week long turn time for the glasses. Then, we got them home and my husband said they made him queasy. We got his prescription, took the glasses to Sears and found out that even after 3 weeks, the prescription was wrong!!! I asked to return the glasses for a full refund so I could take my business elsewhere and they refused, quoting their no return policy (now I know why they have it) THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS! ITS THE KIND OF THING CUSTOMER SERVICE HORROR STORIES ARE MADE OF! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

These people are rude, not helpful and will fraudulently bill your insurance company for materials that you were never given, and then make up a story to cover. I paid 55 bucks for 2 boxes of contacts... while they billed my insurance company 110 bucks for those same contacts.. which you can buy for about 34 bucks a box. They also told me that if I buy my contacts from them, they would extend my prescription for another whole year without having to have an exam. Im not sure but I think that is against the law. The building is dirty feeling, and too many people are scheduled for the same time, resulting in rushed exams, and in my opinion not very good exams. I will be going elsewhere to have my eyes exams and contacts.
