So apparently it’s necessary for me to blurt out what I need needles for in front of everyone. Could have sworn that wasn’t anyone’s business. So even though this was my second visit for the same exact reason, I still had to prove I had a prescription and got the “cvs pharmacy policy” line. Then they are out of the gauge needle I require again, because how convenient right? At this point I feel I’m being profiled and I’m not going to this location anymore. Not before I make sure someone above this dude does something about it.

This store had nothing on my list of 10 items in-stock. Hardly anything had the correct price & the shelves were empty. Staff was overwhelmed and didnt care. It was dirty outside, old sales ads in the bushes and the sign wasnt working outside on the road. Horrible experience. I was there an hour trying to pick up basic needs finding nothing in stock and searching for them on endcaps or seperate displays. Dont go here, they probably wont have what you need.

Had a patient vacationing there who was out of refills on a non controlled med. I called it in personally, even saying the patient was on vacation there and didnt need any additional refills. The patient went to get the prescription and was told that I did not authorize a new prescription, just a refill, and she was out of refills. So I phoned it in somewhere else the second time around. What a waste of everybodys time. I have been a physician for 40 years and would consider this the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered from a pharmacy. They did not even bother to check back with me when they turned the patient away. Horrible!

This CVS location is very handy from the East Point of inlet Beach. What Winn-Dixie does not have nextdoor CVS may. If you dont want to deal with the hustle and bustle of big shopping areas this convenient corner location is sure to please.

I received both my flu shot and the first of twoshot of the shingles vaccine. The pharmacy crew were great. Ill be returning soon for my second shot. See you soon, thank you

They closed this pharmacy at 6:57pm and before they closed they told me that my medicine was transferring to the CVS located at hwy 79. I Drove to the CVS on that place that this lady sent me to and they said that the medicine was not transfered. So who is the liar? tonight I have to be without my medicine due to the neglect between this staff. I hope the managers finds out about this situation.out about this neglectful situation

Littery waited forever in line past 50 min suppose to be here at 3:00 for my Covid test and this Kia is sitting at window for a very long time. People behind me waiting as well I know Covid testing doesn’t take long at all and just a quick test and they just sit at the window for almost an hour. It disappointed.

Very bad experience with the pharmacy. Long delays in filling prescriptions and poor service.

Wife broke her wrist, got out of hospital and to this place at 6:50 PM. Needed 15 pills for pain and Pharmacist said sorry we close in 10 minutes, come back tomorrow.🤬🤬🤬

I am glad to see employees are using PPE .... but they are not sanitizing their glove covered hands. Which completely defeats the purpose. Today the cashier took care of the other customers ahead of me. Touching their items, payments, her screen... everything without once using any kind of sanitizing. So she is basically cross contaminating EVERYTHING. CVS I hope you will provide your employees with santizer or educate them on the purpose of the gloves. Its understandable constant sanitizer is hard on the skin but gloves just like skin cross contaminate.

It won’t let me edit the hours of the pharmacy but it closes at 5pm on Sat. And Sun. not 6.

No one around to check me out so I rang the bell manager walks up and says cant you just do self check out lol. What happened to customer service? She obviously doesnt care. Lazy.

Every month, I have a long list of medications that I need and when we first moved here, I used to walk in a week or so early and talked to Pharmacy Manager Amy Tomlin in case they didnt have something and she could order it and have it ready for me on time. I went there a few days ago and all the hard to obtain medications were there, wrapped up with my name on it. I am so impressed with this customer service and I think that the team there at CVS should be commended on their service. I will not go the any other pharmacy since I found the one that has everything I am looking for. Good work and keep up the great service.

The pharmacy is extremely inaccurate when giving you a time to put up your meds. This happens ALL THE TIME. I waited in line for over 45 mins.I’m sure pharmacy’s are busy but it would be much better if they could just have them ready when they say so.

Horribly slow service at pharmacy and no communication or acknowledgement at walk-in counter. Drive through and phone customers take absolute priority. Waited over 20 minutes before being asked if they could help me, even though there was only one customer in the store in front of me.

The store manager Eliza is awesome!

Two and a half hours to fill a prescription? I call and they say 30 more minutes!! I left Walmart because of that

Too bad theres not a zero stars. This CVS CONSTANTLY messes up our prescriptions. We were told a few months ago that our doctor had called the prescription into a different CVS and that it would take too long to transfer it. We went to another CVS and then had no problem calling and getting it transferred. Yesterday we called and they said they would have a prescription ready in a few hours. Went to get it at 6 and then said it wasnt ready yet and they were busy and close at 7 and could we come back tomorrow. We came back at 230pm and they said it couldnt be filled on insurance until May. We went to Thomas drive CVS and they said they had filled 30 days but billed 90 days thats why insurance wouldnt fill til may. Thomas drive GAVE us the 60 days that this one owed us . GO TO THOMAS DRIVE!!!

Outstanding customer service and got my prescription ready in a very timely manner....the pharmacist and the tech were very personable as well....I will never use another pharmacy!!

There is a tall older gentleman there who was very rude and acted like I was dumb for asking questions. Wont be returning to this location. Didnt even get greeted by him or the lady up front. Not a friendly store at all.

A few days ago, this CVS refused to fill my fiances prescription. First they told him his insurance was expired and it was going to be $40 to fill it. His insurance was not expired and when he called to let them know that it must be a mistake the pharmacist (Brandon) got into an argument with him, claiming he called the tech a bad word. I was sitting right next to him, and I heard no name calling what so ever. The pharmacist (Brandon) refused to fill the prescription even after he tried to apologize (for something he didnt do). We called back the next day and asked them to transfer the prescription to Walgreens. When we called Walgreens the tech said that CVS transferred 2 prescriptions. When hearing what the two prescriptions were, my fiance informed them that not only were they pills hes never been prescribed but they didnt even send the one he needed. He then called his Dr., who looked if the prescription was ever filled. And it was. Also, the Dr. never wrote out a prescription for the 2 mystery ones that were transferred to Walgreens. It has been 5 days without his pills.He is now left with the questions of where did the pills go and where did the 2 unknown prescription come from?? We are both so confused and do not understand how a filled prescription can just disappear.
