Loved the little breakfast my sister and I had. The quiche was fresh and light. The chocolate croissant was decadent enough to make you feel guilty..but not enough to stop you from enjoying it. Coffee was good as well. Will definitely be back.

Trigo Deli is a local gem. Today, we had the Roasted Chicken with Rice, smothered in a delicious tomato gravy/sauce, sliced roasted potatoes, and a greek pasta salad. It was absolutely awesome! The menu is deep, so theres never a problem in finding something to suit everyones taste. The owner, Gilbert Hamati, is as genuine as they come. He truly cares that you are 100% happy with your meal and visit, and Jana is a true sweetheart! Whether you are a Panama City local or one of our many very welcomed visitors, going to Trigo is a must!

I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by Trigo. I wasnt expecting a hip little bistro with real food. Love the seating options, the menu lay out with all ingredients, and just overall good service. I dont know how they got so much flavor into their salad options, but they do. The trio salad option was a great way to try several items at once. We will definitely be back!

We love coming to Trigos! The salads are always fresh. The soups are delicious. The bread is amazing!! The owner and staff are consistently courteous, respectful and helpful!!

The prices are on the upper end of lunch prices, but the food it outstanding and worth the money. I also attended one of their nighttime events for a work party. The appetizers and desserts were top rate, but the entrees were mediocre. Could have just been what the company ordered. I still highly recommend this place.

Visited around 11AM on 12/31/2020, the place was quiet, clean, and staff friendly and accommodating as always. Food was delicious and hot. We also made sure to have an order to take home for later. I am a fan of the Gilberts special. The baklava was amazing! My husband loves the 49er. He also ordered the shrimp ceviche and a ham and cheese quiche for us for later. As always an wonderful all around great experience!

Great place to kick back and enjoy a cup of coffee while reading a book, or enjoying a salad on your lunch hour. They have outdoor seating as well. Downtown Panama city offers shopping and plenty to do in the night life scene. Enjoyed their salads and was definitely a great place. I totally enjoyed it.

Today a friend and I stopped in on happenstance with our children and it was amazing. We got a bunch of cold salads to go and I would do it again! The food was magnificent and the staff was second to none! I cant wait to go back. 5 out of 5 would recommend. 😊

Absolutely amazing! Came here for lunch with family while in town from Colorado and was beyond impressed with the taste and quality. Super fresh and delish! I had the trio of salads; hummus, Cesear pasta salad, Greek pasta salad, then dessert was baklava- to die for! The perfect amount of sweetness without being too much. Can’t wait to come back!! So far, Ive loved everything that Ive tried on the deli menu. I really enjoy the outdoor seating in the parking spaces, in front of the door. And, the venue at 161 is a fabulous place to rent for small weddings, sweet sixteen parties and business luncheons.

Foods good, but need to change online hours they close at 7 but online says they are open until 8.. and the person I talked to was very rude.

NOBODY LIED....whoever in these reviews are saying this place is great did not lie! Ok!?! I just ate one of the best sandwiches of my life. See...a good sandwich starts with good bread and let me tell you...this bread alone is enough to return. Anyway I had the Italian situation sandwich but “cold” Bc I love a cold deli sandwich. Oh and the tabbouleh, I’m somewhat of a tabbouleh expert, anyway the tomato to parsley ratio was spot on! So come here...once a week or twice and bring everyone especially on Friday because they have pizza and if the pizza dough is anything like this bread...I may ask to live in the oven. Two words “Good Eats”

Fantastic downtown food spot. Gilbert is a staple of the community, and his food is a greatly needed addition to an area somewhat lacking in variety and culture. The Cali bay area decor and theme jumps out from the moment you walk in, offering a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups that make it the perfect lunch spot. A pretty straight forward menu with just enough surprises to keep it fun offers a little of something for everyone. The mango curry chicken salad is fantastic, and the chicken enchilada soup is one of the best soups in the county. If that doesnt fill you up, the baklava is a great way to finish off your palate.

They have some nice deli style sandwiches. And some pretty good salads.

Tried it for the first time last month. It was really good. The atmosphere is super homey. Only complaint is it is a small building for the amount of tables. I awkwardly had to put my butt on a stranger to get by.

Trigo is an independent small business that has really hit the nail on the head when it comes to providing superb customer service and beyond excellent food. They love new customers, and are happy to suggest their favorites. The owner overheard me saying it was my first time and suggested the pizza, which is only served during dinner hours, and i could not have been more pleased with the decision. Very filling 10 pizza, accompanied by incredible taste, and fresh ingredients. My girlfriend ordered the Mango Chicken Curry on a sandwich which was to die for. Everything tasted and smelled fresh. Extremely friendly staff and prompt service. The food and atmosphere had me leaving smiling ear to ear. I cant say enough about this place. If youre ever downtown Panama City, or just passing through these parts you must make a stop here. Youll never regret it. I cant wait to go back time and time again and try everything they have to offer. There is truly something special going on at this business.

I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I did because this restaurant genuinely deserves five stars. The hot sandwiches are really good, nice and juicy. I recommend ordering the Gilbert and the little Italy sandwiches. Despite the good sandwiches the pizzas blew me away. I ordered the Spinach Pizza and the Meat Lovers, unlike most pizza places they are extremely generous with the toppings.I have tried quite a few pizzas in Florida and the southeast but this is by far the best so far. There is live music at six on Wednesdays. Trigo is the best restaurant in Panama City if you go there I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Even though its a San Francisco style deli with good salads, soups, and sandwiches, it has the BEST PIZZA IN FLORIDA!!!!

Trigo is honestly my favorite restaurant, and for many reasons! The staff is so kind and accommodating, making the effort to remember mine and my friends names, along with our usual orders. They are professional, friendly, and quick to serve you, even at their peak business hours. The owner is also incredibly friendly and will reach out and make conversation with customers regularly.The food is SUPERB. I have not eaten a single thing from Trigo that was anything short of amazing and flavorful. My personal favorite is the Bay Bridge special with their Caesar pasta salad. Their pizzas are to die for, as well!Lastly, the location. Trigo is located downtown, so one would think that it would be rather tiny and seem squished between all the other businesses. They have the cutest outside seating area and patio that expands the restaurant and makes it seem roomier and visually pleasing. Its so nice sitting out there on a warm, sunny day.I recently moved to Tampa for college, and I cant tell you how much I talk about how I miss it and wish Trigo was a franchise so I could still enjoy them all the way over here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Bread was very good! The rest of the sandwiches we are were kind of disappointing. The Rueben (they call it something else was dry. The corned beef was good but I could not taste any Sourcraut or cheese. Not much dressing either. The roast beef sandwich wasnt much better.The pasta salad was nice with the veggies in it but the pesto dressing was very bland. I just dont see why this shop is rated so high. I wont be going back.

Ive been coming to trigo for years now. The food is unique and so well prepared. My favorites are the curry chicken salad that I always get on San Francisco sourdough bread. I also appreciate the outdoor seating so I can bring my puppy with me. And even though Im I guy, I do like quiche and they always have a great one ready.

Eat here all the time, food is fresh and consistently delicious. Best pizza in town!!! Service is great seems like owner and staff is there all day every day and always welcoming and friendly. Truly dedicated to great food and service and for a reasonable price. Try the 3 salad special any of them are delicious all salads are really fresh. Ham and cheese croissant for breakfast is also a nice change of pace.

My first time going, the food is to die for! I am in love. The cook is such a sweet guy.. the other guy in the front (owner I think) wasnt as nice, but over all the food was good and the cook was sweet.. so I enjoyed my time. 😊

Best deli in town!

I took my three kids for dinner on a Friday. This was our first trip. The staff was excellent, friendly to the kids, and quick with the food. The waitress recommended the spinach salad which was excellent. My kids had pizza which was delicious. The waitress even brought them paper plates in case they knocked one off the table (they did). It also looks like a great place to have a date night, with cozy tables, outdoor seating, and a wine menu. I highly recommend Trigo to anyone looking for lunch or dinner in Panama City!

Artisan style, San Fran themed Deli/ Coffee shop. Theres soups of the day and many tasty chilled pasta creations too. The staff are fantastic and aim to please. Its priced nice and always an enjoyable stop for a bite to eat.
