I never thought to write a review to tell how wonderful it is to shop at Habitat for Humanity. After the Tornado Michael it was A REAL BLESSING TO ME. I LOVE collectibles, Vintage (old) furniture, Christmas decorations and pillows. They have blessed me down thru the years, I bought all of my grands, and great grands Christmas decoration. The staff is the most professional people I know, the customer comes first. Oh well it is just a great place to shop and volunteer. I love that place. DOROTHY WHITLEY

Alot of stuff has no prices on them. You have to try figure out who / where to go ask . The workers are not super friendly /or/helpful +finding items, finding prices,or loading any itemsiin my experience. Most jtems are Overpriced . You can new items for what they are charging for used... 2 nd time going. To 11th Street been to other 1 once. Stuff was half noticed last Tuesday and it was still high. I guess 1 trip to Lowes is my best option.

They have reworked their show rooms and inventory to make it a hole easier to shop. Plus staff was even better very friendly keep up the great work, thank you .

Very very rude And there is just junk you could find on the side of the road that they try to sell for outrageous prices I highly recommend do not shop there You could go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy the stuff new compared to their junk that theyre trying to sell for the same priceAnd all the employeesAt the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on 11th Street in Panama City should be fired

Love this place, have furnished my entire first home from here. All for great charity. I have left with what would cost thousands for a couple hundred.

Got a beautiful Dresser with a mirror attached for $150. Great condition. People are so friendly here. Also bought a little nightstand for $30! This place is the place to go for discounted available priced furniture.

I love Habitat for Humanity. Always great prices and savings on almost everything. I was able to buy an almost complete service for 8 of Fransiscan Ware in the Ivy pattern. Wonderful and courteous staff. Its a pleasure to shop the Habitat and know youre also helping a good cause.

A lot of stuff in there for inside the house and outside the house. Prices are really really low cant go wrong if you find what u looking for in there.

Today was a great day shopping at Habitat! I found the perfect door that I was looking for! The exact size extra long curtain rod! Plus a set of pool chairs! Two dolls and a lighted doll case! The place was so clean, and the people so nice and helpful ! Thank you all for a grand day of shopping!

Prices are high on everything. Staff is rude. Doesnt allow shoppers to use restroom due to Covid but they require masks to enter building. Hardlyno clothes

This is a great place to buy material-if you’re on the select privileged list. Employees will hold material for you and refuse to sell these materials to anyone else. For weeks. Who writes the list?

We have gone to donate here 3 times. First time, unfriendly woman says put in the porch and she pointed. Second time no one there so we put it in the same place. Third time, staffer waits till its unloaded and says they dont want it there. So we moved it while they watched. Some new stuff, never used. Then we unload 3 cases of water new, that we had no room for, they wait till its unloaded and then says we dont take water. We picked it back up. The attitude mostly is what we object to. We didnt ask for help. But we got indifference and snotty. They will not get our donations again.

It depends on who is working . I paid 8 dollars for the same thing I bought last week for 3 dollars..and 4 dollars for a brokenToy...I always round up..its for a good cause so be it..

Once again we left empty handed. The man in the warehouse called us and said come and get the lumber we have been trying to buy there for weeks. Yes, weeks. We had the lumber loaded and went inside to pay and once again the lady told us she had just sold it online and we couldn’t have it. We went back outside and unloaded the truck. How is that right? If they only sell to commercial customers, family or whatever they should post it plainly.

I always enjoy shopping at Habitat for Humanity, in Panama City, when Im in town. Great items can be found, at fantastic prices. If youre looking for specific items, like doors, cabinets, kitchen items, linens, etc. and dont see anything suitable, be patient and persistent, because eventually youll find that special something. Right now, items are moving quickly, due to hurricane survivors needs. Today I saw a beautiful set of oak kitchen cabinets!

This store has something for everyone! From dishes and pots and pans to furniture, to beautiful pictures for your walls, books, nick nacks, all types of building supplies and appliances. All goods have been donated and the prices are very inexpensive. To top it off, the entire staff are friendly and helpful. We shop here at least once a month, and are always happy to support Habitat for Humanity.

I missed the previous location. It was much bigger, had more to offer and better organized. This location is too small, not much space to move around, and not much good quality as before. Such a pity. Great customer service.

Some fantastic prices & always have something new. Ive had a few really good finds, I love shopping here! Only wish they could get out more organized, you have to dig through piles of stuff that sometimes seems to just be randomly tossed in a bin or on a shelf.

Great place when you dont have to wear a mask

Me and my husband try to go here often because there is always something new.........Have to update my last review. The old store was so amazing and very worth the trip. The new store has more variety but have also doubled the prices. I fully understand what the money they make is used for but why buy a used item at the same and sometimes more than the cost of a new item. Example. We bought a small fish tank it was missing the light from the hood . We paid $30 for the tank with hood and filter system. Went to buy the missing light to find out the complete exact same take with the light included was $25 at Walmart. Staff is just not the same as they were at the old store.

This is the RESTORE on 15th Street in town. It has a bit of everything from building materials, electrical supplies, cabinets, windows, doors, furniture, appliances, household items and linens. In the building supplies area there is always a bunch of paint and floor tiles. Some items are new some used. I believe all are donations. Their prices on furniture is high for thrift store. But you can find some good deals.

Always able to find something you want or need. Just visited new store. GREAT location and so much more room. More variety too.

The staff especially the management is always friendly and helpful. They not only help so many people directly but also help other nonprofits so they can even reach a greater number of people.

Love going to habitat. I always find something to finish or start a project. And I love the fact that Im helping build homes with my purchase. Oh and the love your donations.

I have been a frequent shopper of several of them. They where very nice and helpful and made me laugh. So if you have any type of project you should go check them out! Youll never know what you will find there.

Unbelievably low prices, tons of different stuff to look through... Pretty much anything you want or need, theyve got it. Could be a bit cleaner -- but the price and selection make a little dust bearable. If youve not been here, I highly suggest you check it out.

Went to the new store and it was pretty decent. Whoever is in charge of pricing items needs to do better. They were asking $65 for a tablet that sells for $39.99 on Amazon. Things are a little overpriced for donated items.

New store is underwhelming. What happened to all of the hardware items? Might as well kept the old one like it was and opened this one and call it the Pier 1 Restore. Prices do not reflect any discount on the home furnishings either.

Its finally a little more organized in the main building, but in the warehouse next to the main, is basically junk that needs to be thrown out for trash. I cant believe that people donate junk and this facility accepts the filthy, broken down junk. They dont sell much in the warehouse, because I have visited some months ago, and it is still there to this day. My concern is, what kind of message are they sending to the community?

Not as many building materials as when they were on 11th Street. And very inconvenient being closed on Monday! But over all still a great store.

I think that since they moved the restore to the larger location they do not have enough people to handle the business. Waited in checkout line for 20minutes.I also have noticed the pricing on items has increased a lot. I can buy a new chair or sofa for the price they have on some things.
