Restrooms at this site are open as of June 2020, not permanently closed like Google Maps claims. This is the least busy beach ramp on the park on a Monday afternoon. This little store by the bathrooms is closed. There are also beach showers and several boardwalks. over in the same complex, near the pier, there are two pavilions and places to dump trash.

Amazing spot, near the pier where you can have a viewof all Panama Beach coast and have the basic utilities next to it. Additionally, there is an outdoor beach shower, handicap access parking and ramps, two drinking fountains and two vending machines.

Great store for beach decor and souvenirs. I wish it were open all year and not just for summer.
