I haven’t been in a Winn Dixie in years! We’re from Alabama so they’ve all been wiped out by Walmart and other chains.The store was clean, well stocked & every employee was super friendly!

I do not do well with chaos or crowds. So by time I got off this ship I was shaking. It is almost impossible to keep up with a small child will all the people on board. But the staff does an amazing job looking out for little ones. My 11 year old (calm) child and my 3 year old (wild with no boundaries) both loved this experience. The staff help take family pictures at the end which, I think, is amazing because most tourist experiences take pictures then try to get $20 or more dollars. Somehow this was posted to Winn Dixie and I can not get it to delete. This is a review for the Pirate Cruise!

This cockroach I found the first time I shopped there. Not really happy about having cockroaches by my food.

Always good food, steaks, seafood and such. But we had told the young man who was working at the seafood counter didnt need anything, then wife changed her mind. He was fixing up another customers crab legs, so we were just waiting. Then guy named Rob walks back behind the counter and asked if we needed some help. Well since the other guy was busy, thought he was going to actually service us, NOPE after asked he turned and walked through some doors and no service. Now I have managed several stores, not just a seafood area and I never had a problem with jumping in and helping out my workers. Always said, dont ask my workers to do something I wouldnt do as well, but some management just get bossy and lazy once they are promoted. Maybe Rob needs to be trained or demoted! Then girl at the self check out was to busy playing with phone or something because our self checkout messed on about ever other item but as I said, she was not trained well or too busy with whatever, maybe more training or replaced I would suggest for her. Because wasnt only us the little lady across from us had to tell to her to get her attention as well. Other than that always great products. Just make sure your meat has a USDA stamp on it but nowadays that is at all stores. We dont need china meat or any other countries, we have plenty right here in the USA!

Im crazy about supermarket baked goods and this one meets up to par on that. Havent had any bad experience here. Some prices are high, but have really good deals here by just having a card. Staff are polite and ready to help.

Stopped in for lunch. There wings say 7.99 so I got a few wings. Didnt fill up the box and yet somehow its 21.99 like wow. I can get a full on meal and still save money. That wont ever happen again. I wish I could give no stars.

Its a grocery store, I mean you kind of know what to expect when youre walking in. Generally, in most products Winn-Dixie prices are competitive with other chains their meat department seems to be priced a little high. The saving Grace for Winn-Dixie is the buy one get one free specials that they have every day you can really do good with the buy one get one free offers. Winn-Dixies in-house soda flavors are actually pretty damn good.Overall the store is clean the staff are friendly and hey its better than having to go to freaking Walmart right?? I enjoy casually shopping at Winn-Dixie.

Visited customer service for a Western Union transaction. Everything was handled easily and everyone was friendly.

Prices are always wrong. Either the sale sticker is still up when it shouldnt be or the price on the shelf is wrong. Alot of empty shelves and not a very large variety of items. Priced higher than most other food stores.

Usually I shop here. And everybody is very friendly and outgoing. Tonight at 8:30 I stopped in there and there was only one register open, young girl named isabella. Didnt smile, didnt greet me, I asked how she was being nice, and she just said fine. Proceeded to be on her phone and didnt bag any of my items. Didnt bag the couple in front of me either. Very disappointed in the customer service that this young girl had.

The staff were very friendly and helpful everyone spoke to us and asked if they could help us. Meat department was excellent. The experience was not at all like the WD store on the beach. New to this area and most definitely will start shopping at WD again .I worked 30 years for Winn Dixie in GA.

Better deals on soda and does bogo like publix. The hot bar eclipses publix also.

The 23rd St. Winn Dixie is finally open, having been closed since Hurricane Michael. The store is basically the same, the offerings are basically the same. You will find your normal BOGOs, discounts and rewards for Winn-Dixie card members, dont forget your Fuel Perks rewards as well.Is this store as cheap as Wal-Mart? No, it is more in line with Publix as far as pricing. Neither does it have the selection problems of Piggly Wiggly or Grocery Outlet. Your best bet will be to shop the reward card and BOGO discounts to maximize your food dollar.Either way glad to see the return of this grocery store to the list of places to grocery shop.

Can go in person, get in and out quickly or have delivered. it love that the person shopping for you texts questions, out of stock, substitutions, etc. they dont just throw something in the cart like some places do so that you have to deal with returns later. some selections that I cant find in other stores.

Clean bathrooms, clean store, went by the meat department and noticed that a huge amount of the meat was marked down. My take is why not lower the price per pound then sell way more that way, instead of not selling because its to high per pound and having to mark it down and its still not that cheap. All the employees I spoke to were very helpful. People love a good deal.

Store is clean and well stocked. Layout is a little different than what you would expect. You need to watch for sale items and have a rewards card, or prices can be high.

Clean and very easy to shop, There was some very good sales on meats, and a lot of buy one get one free specials, very clean and well stocked produce dept a timed deli I saw nothing on hot table that was over two hrs old all in all a very good shopping experience

Just went in for a jar of pickles and everything worked fine.

This Winn-Dixie has been freshly remodeled and looks great, and clean. The exception is the stained ceiling tiles near the customer service desk where the roof appears to be leaking.The store itself was well stocked with decent looking fruits and vegetables. The buy one get one bins were almost all empty with the exception of some wine.The two star review comes in from some of the employees. The cashier up at the self checkout was engaged in conversation when we entered the store, we thought she was a customer. Checking out :15 minutes later she was still engaged with the same person in conversation, we needed her help and were unable to get it even though she was 15 feet away.Let me be clear, I do not work for Winn-Dixie. I expect to be able to have someone check me out at a cash register. If I have to get help at a self checkout, I do expect the cashier watching the self checkout to actually watch the self checkout and provide help when it is needed, not beinging so involved with her friends that she cant even acknowledge our existence.

Winn-Dixie is what a grocery store should look like and be like. Everything so neat, clean, organized appropriately, with friendly, helpful associates. It is so refreshing to know that there are still stores of this caliber around. You may pay a little bit more but I certainly think it worth the extra to have the selection, brands, and quality that I prefer.

Lots of space, the reformation after Hurricane Micheal is stunning. The staff/employees are nice and laid back. Theres a self check out isle for card users and socially awkward peeps like me so thats nice. Theyre really good at establishing social distancing for the check out areas. And just overall the re-construction is nice, it was really crowded at first, but now you can swing your cart a full 360° . The prices seem reasonable cant complain, I wish I could go more often though.

Ive used this store for years especially since Hurricane Michael and everyone is very nice and helpful. But, recently Ive gone in theres a BIG RED SIGN masks are mandatory, yet there are several customers walking in without a mask and no one seems to care. Yesterday my husband and I went in about 5:30 pm, and there was an employee in the production laughing and talking with a customer and HIS mask was under his chin. The customer had on on but the employee didnt. Covid 19 is very serious and if I decide to use your business, you should at least follow your own rules. I was going to share this on social media but I wanted to speak to you first.

It is way over priced to me. It seems as if they are trying to keep up with Publix. Im sorry to tell you they cant touch Publix in any shape or format. Publix customer service and employees are awesome and at Winn-Dixie their employees dont want to be bothered. The new site It clean and nice but it will never be Publix.

Deli needs a lot of improvement. It took 25 min. to get 1 lb of ham and there was only 1 customer ahead of me.

Im shocked that this is the only store around that never has toilet paper or bleach. I understand about the covid 19 with people hoarding certain items but why do I go to the other stores in my area including another Winn-Dixie and they all have these items. Im in this store regularly and I believe its poorly run and the store manager should only be the assistant manager because he is far behind the others stores and he should do less walking around and talking to people and focus on keeping up with his product ordering. This is just my opinion

23rd Street Winn-Dixie has a friendly and helpful staff. Is always clean and organized which makes it easy to find the items I need to purchase. The setup is basically the same in all stores, however at this store they keep all their refrigerated juices in the coolers next to the produce section. I also love that Winn-Dixie has a $1 section which has a large variety of items like party supplies, snacks, meds, and drinks for those of us on a budget! 💵👍

Deli foods were good and plentiful. Produce was beautifully displayed and looked really fresh. It was a pleasure going into 5he store. Aisles were properly marked, was easy to find what I was looking for.

The store recently reopened after the hurricane. Theres a nice selection of produce. The deli selection could be wider. The worker there was very pleasant. The place was clean and the cashier was pleasant.

This newly remodeled store looks fantastic! Lovely produce. The deli/seafood section in the back is very nice. Like the new layout.

Fruits and vegetables are too expensive and sometimes they are going bad and still not discounted.

One of my favorite places to go for fried chicken, chicken wings and food in general. They have great prices and an even better selection of meat and seafood. The store is always clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Plus I love that they have a rewards card, you get points (which are used like money) just for buying the things you need.

Convenient to my location. Its. Clean and I like the meat there.
