Not too happy today. I came to return a dog bark collar that i bought with a yellow sticker on it because there was no remote in the box. No where did it say on the yellow sticker that anything was missing nor did i know i couldnt return it. 24$ im out because someone couldnt do their job. I tossed it up on the counter before i left sayin please do what shouldve been done from the start and throw it out

Waited just over 45 min because the girl said she got sidetracked(which I could understand if they were actually busy)… for pick up order of 2 items. She wasn’t even the one to bring it out a gentleman who was the one who brought it was surprised when I told him I had waited so long…..

The store is great. The service and availability of help was zero. There was no one to help us. We bought a lawn mower and several other items. We had to find a cart and load the box ourselves. When we checked out, they didnt bother to get someone to help us load it. Fortunately there was ayoung man who was leaving as we were walking and pushing the cart. He came up and said please let me help. He helped me so my wife wouldnt

Best hardware store in Callaway for sure but possibly whole town. Lose the personal touch at Home Depot but this place is small enough you dont yet large enough to have anything you might need. This place takes you all the way across the store to show you where your item is, they dont point.

I’m so glad I finally have a TSC within driving distance.This location is rarely crowded but I hope that changes as more people learn about it.Both trips I’ve had a very positive experience. The employees are great and very knowledgeable plus the store is always clean and well stocked. I look forward to shopping here more often!Excellent job TSC!

Heather the manager is awful to deal with. She didnt want to make the mistake they made right, was rude to us and walked off from us like we didnt matter. I wasnt leaving the store until it was fixed. The other manager fixed it like heather should have in the 1st place. Heather, your customer service skills SUCK

I loved this store and spent quite a lot of money in it until today. I went to pick up a new wheelbarrow and some tractor parts and was told to put on a mask or leave. I was shopping in here probably 3+ days a week and now wont ever return. Im not against masks or anything like that but the CDC said cotton cant catch a microscopic virus. Amazon it is now.

We love this store! Very convenient to be in our area. Everything is set up good in the store and is easy to find. We went in for chicken feed and knew exactly where everything was at. We were asked twice by store employees if we needed help with anything and one also over heard us talking about how expensive meal worms were and she told us that it will be on sale starting tomorrow at a better price that we liked! She was very helpful!

I live in Panama City BCH Florida and it’s a storm coming and I called to see if the had a generator bc all stores are sold out & guess what ! They have all the generators you need! It advises y’all to go see them now! They put it up front for me till u get off!! Lord I love the energy ❤️

They always have sales going on.... the staff are very helpful. They have toys, a variety of clothing and boots for the whole family, home decor plus, everything youll need from the smallest pets inside your home to the largest working animals, youd probably rather not have in your home, even if theyd fit through the door.

I drove 30 minutes with 15 propane tanks to this Tractor Supply. The cashier told me there was no one there to fill them! How can you advertise and offer a service that you can’t fulfill during all open hours? It’s a Saturday afternoon. And there no one to fill propane??? Unreliable.

I recently made a purchase and happened to get something with a factor defect which was beyond the control of the store. I called and received the most friendliest customer service from the store personal Mr. Tony. They took the product back and exchanged it with the friendliest smile and service.We will definitely continue to use this store as our Tractor Supply.

The new tractor supply store in Callaway, Florida is great. The best thing I spotted outdoors was actually the reserved parking sign for handicap folks and next to that on the right had parking signs for the vets and military folks. Right up front by the doors.God Bless Their 💕Very friendly employees, clean, organized and helpful folks indeed. 😃

When I entered the store the employees looked at me and did not acknowledge me at all. I was looking for chicken feed but what they had was miss labeled. I said excuse me to another employee to see if the one I was looking for was somewhere else and he looked and walked away. The southport store may be further for me to drive but at least the customer service is better!

Its an okay store. on most things I buy their prices are a little higher than the competitor. I went for advion cockroach gel originally since google said they sold it. FYI they do not sell that brand of gel bait but did have one to offer.
