Women whom helped me in the office have always been very helpful. Personnel that help loaded and unloaded equipment were all very nice. Great Experiences from repeat customer.

I called United Rentals Friday morning to rent a hammer drill and bit. The girl that took care of the rental was very knowledgable and professional. I went down on friday afternoon to pick up the drill and was met with friendly faces and was handled very professionally. I picked the drill up at the customer pick up point, the young man opened up the box, showed me the contents and gave me brief and accurate instructions. The drill i used to remove 3 rooms of ceramic floor tiles and thin set . Saved me hours of work. I will certainly use them again

Everything youd expect a rental company to be quick and get you on your way.

Had issues with the machines and they took care of it. One guy is not customer friendly, but the rest of the people made up for it...the guy from Dothan was helpful and also the guy from Tallahassee explained that an area of our floor must be river rock for it to grind down the stones so quickly. I would use them again!

The staff were extremely rude. They all but called me a thief. I am a long time customer from the Dothan office. Its about 60 or 70 miles up 231. Anyway I walked in with over 5 grand in cash and pretty much infinite amount of credit. They had 2 different types of equipment I was interested in. I own a Landscaping business in Dothan so I rent from their branch A LOT they know me by name when I walk in. Very nice people. Well after they told me that I might be a thief so they didnt want to rent to me, I politely explained that United rentals in Dothan would surely vouch for me. Anyway, long story short, I got my feelings hurt very badly. Ive never been spoken to like that from someone Im trying to give a bunch of my money to. I will never use United rentals again. Not even the 1 that I am used to using. I refuse to help a business that treats its customers that way.
