Need a 2 bedroom, simple place, reasonable price ! Waiting for trailer or modular home seems like a long wait ! Thought they would sell one off lot ! Prices seem like they have gone up ! Interested, need sooner !
Beautiful homes awesome staff. We cant wait to complete everything to be in one of these homes
The mobile homes which I was interested in were all locked, was only able to view 2 or 3.
Your website is absolutely broken. it will not let you scroll down and look at the homes. you can only view the very top one. if you try to scroll down it forces you back up to the top listing and will not let you view anything else. i have been trying for 2 hkurs now to just look at a home plan to buy but your site apparently doesnt want you guys to make any money. 1 star. spend more than $100 on a website
RJ is one of the best sales people I know. Definitely an asset to Clayton Homes.
Very nice home selection in stock. Customers service was great. Thank you Gregg Lissor for all your assistance.
Nice place, nice people.
Service is exceptional. If given the chance to deal with RJ I highly recommend it. He really goes out of his way to get you what you want/need.
To be honest I wouldnt give a single star, but I have to just to be able to tell you about my horrible experience this far. Our salesman doesnt know who we are and its like meeting for the first time every time we talk or show up (which I have had to do a lot since they cant answer phone calls or respond to email), we applied for the loan in December, approved in January and it is March and we still havent been able to close or even order the home. After being displaced since Hurricane Michael we thought this was going to be our quickest and most affordable option- I WAS WRONG. Clayton and Vanderbilt drag their feet, they dont provide accurate information, and have an excuse for everything they do wrong. I refused to let their title agency handle this deal and I am SO VERY GLAD that I was not forced otherwise. My title agency of choice- South Oak Title, processing the property we are going to live on- has kept me in loop about how difficult Clayton has made this process even for them. They have been pushing them for information they need to close this deal quickly and efficiently, and theyve faced nothing but trouble, as have I. Im not even sure our salesman knows how to work his email, as entire messages are typed in the subject line. THATS RIGHT I SAID IT. The dealership is also not taking responsibility to process the title for the mobile home itself, and we have had to hire a third party to do so. As a young couple with all of our ducks in a row, money in hand and ready to no longer be displaced you would think this process would have been simple. My suggestion, if you can go somewhere else to find your mobile home save yourself the headache of buying from Clayton. & No amount of customer service at this point will make me retract this review.
Was not impressed with the quality of the homes.
The salesman didnt seem to want to listen to us. We also felt that they just wanted to take out order instead of helping us through the process. We wound up going elsewhere.
We regret buying our home from this location and/or just Clayton Homes. They really do not care about you after the sale. We are also not happy with the manufacturer. The colors of the outside and inside of my home were not what I ordered and they do not explain the process, since buying a manufactured home is totally different then buying a fixed location home. They do not fix the problems of the home as they need to be. We are told every time it is the manufacturers to fix and they tell me its the locations problem to fix. I dont care who it is, we just want it fixed. I will NOT recommend Clayton Homes. The only reason for 1 star is because it made me just to post this.
The salesman Rick M. was absolutely horrible! We told him our budget and the house we wanted. He kept trying to ignore the MUST HAVE of a fourth bedroom by sending us ones that were only 3. After kindly telling him more than once what we have to have and that we don’t want any other home than the one originally stated he finally told us he can’t do it for financial reasons on a phone call. Before my husband could say anything back to him he hung up. He literally said “nope can’t do it” and hung up! My husband called back and asked him if he really just hung up on him and he said “well I didn’t think you had anything else to say” so unprofessional and ridiculous! So we went to Clayton homes in crestview and they have been such a pleasure to work with!! We are getting the home we wanted that Rick told us we couldn’t have :) so thank you Rick M for being so rude that you directed us to someone who actually is friendly! DONT even bother with Panama City location.
Amazing!Highly recommend salesman Greg! He’s not pushy at all and was honest with our concerns and questions. We looked at other places, and they all had the typical “whatever it takes to make a sale” approach. He was even great with our 3 year old son during the process. We came back and talked to Greg 3 times before signing papers. He helped with filling out the papers. He made us feel comfortable and was understanding of our needs. Go see this man. He knows his stuff and looks out for his customers.
They have very nice homes for sale, just nothing that we were looking for in our price range. They allow you to go look through the homes by yourself which is awesome, since most people dont want someone in their ear while they are trying to decide if its the house for them.
As someone that’s a first time buyer, I was so happy DC Williams took the time to explain all my available options. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Great overall experience. I highly recommend him!
Salesman too busy on the phone.Once we asked for pricing, he said, were on a sales rotation, let me get another guy.
Great place! DC helped us find a house and land package 4 years ago and got us in there for a great deal!! He really worked hard and even on days off to help us find our family home. Thanks DC!!
We got to look at all the MH on the lot. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were hydrated and comfortable (very hot that day). Still working through some kinks in the whole process but I would recommend this place to friends and family.
You can tell that there is plenty of business right now after Hurricane Michael. My husband and I went in to view some of the homes and there was not one person interested in helping us. We were told we could look around and if we had any questions to get back with them. If that is how they treat you when you are looking to buy, I cant possibly imagine the after sale service. Ended up going to another P.C. Dealer to purchase our home. However, not everyone will have the same experience. We might have caught them during a coffee break or maybe it was the drizzle rain outside and they didnt want to get their shoes wet? Who knows ... just form your own opinion, dont rule them out as they have beautiful homes on site. Just pay very close attention to the service you receive when you walk in the door ... says a ton about the treatment youll get throughout the process. Remember, their job is to sell you a home ... they dont have to live in the home you are buying.
DONT BUY A CLAYTON HOME!!! We bought ours new in 2008,its a 2009 model, weve had nothing but problems,to having to buy a new A/C unit, new fridge, new dishwasher. When we bought it I had a 2 page list of things that were wrong right off the bat, they came in and did the crappiest/cheapest job. My flooring has come away from the trim in my bathroom,my shower separate from the tub has a cut in the bottom close to the drain,we now cannot use. When they did our plumbing, the A/C people put the ducting on top of the plumbing and now theres a belly and our pipes get backed up all the time. The trim on the walls is cheap,it comes apart from the walls with whatever nails they put in. Im so frustrated and we made the biggest mistake buying this doublewide. Id even let people do walk thrus to see for themselves, what eventually happens with these homes over time like mine
They were very helpful
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Truly a place focused on customer satisfaction.
Do not do business with this business. We submitted an application with them on August 5th and we are still waiting on an approval from there exclusive mortgage company because our sales person could not get anything submitted correctly to them. He even resubmitted a loan amount adding property that we already owned which made the amount we needed to finance a lot more then we actually needed. Here it is September 9th and still no approval from there morgage company and I keep getting excuse after excuse. I will be going else where to see if I can get better service and maybe a salesman that remembers who I am when I walk in to ask him questions instead of him asking me how can he help me like it was the first time he saw me.
The home was a disaster. The quality of craftsmanship was awful. Never saw anyone.
Great Service, and customer service! Beutiful high-end mobile homes. Highly recommend their homes.
Great service on my New Home !!! Thanks to Jeremy Gregg Steve
Price gauging. Enough said
The sale experience was ok but the sevice after the sale was awful. We bought a repo and set up on our land. We wanted it ready so we could move straight into it after qe sold our house in texas. We finally got into the property and started noticing soft spots all through the house qe had a inspector come out and said it was not water damage but where no support was put into the floor to support the floor. They said i need laundry living and kitchen and laundry room floor replaced called clayton homes and 2as informed qe should have called qhen we bought it . Well being we did not move right in qe never noticed it till we got into thw home full time. I had insurance come out and they will not cover because it is not water damage. So now i am stuck worrying if the floor is going to fall through and with my health i am looking at being put in a wheelchair. Stand behind ur product if no support was put to support to floor come fix it. Dont make it fall on the home buyer who expected to have a solid home. I qill never buy from or another clayton home
Very nice mobile homes, were open and available to view
