My sister and I visited Prestige Homes in Lynn Haven a couple of weeks ago to look at a possible home for our dad. Johnny Christian was so very nice to us, helped us in every way imaginable to get a home priced within dads budget, and gave us great advice and tips. When we do decide to buy a place, it will be from Johnny, just because we so appreciated his excellent customer service. Thanks so much, Johnny. :)

This experience has been a disaster from the beginning. I had to find my own property and do all the leg work on getting it even though I am getting a land/home package. Then even before the land was purchased they want you to clear it. Its Illegal to make changes to something that isnt even mine.A year later and my house is finally finished and it has been delivered to the dealer site. Ok great but now they want to raise the cost and make me come out of pocket for the difference..What?! We agreed to a price and closed in April of 2021 and now because their salesman didnt do his job properly and make sure the numbers were correct I am being penalized? Crooks! I am probably going to lose thousands of dollars.

My mother used them. Now after only like 1 months of bring in there they got dropped by thier insurance company because thier roof was patched and sagging. However it was approved by inspection. Idk how that happened. There are cracks along the roof inside the home and you can see so many saggy spots. This place is NOT where u want to buy from.

If you need a modular this is not your place, Unprofessional, condescending towards the customer. They dont have your best interest in mind. RUDE They have to do everything twice because they do it wrong the first time. Submit specs wrong, I could go on forever. STAY AWAY!!!

Its been almost 5 months since we closed on our house. We were told they were doing the well soon, then we were told they dont know if there is a well there or not??? Which is very confusing, also I am told they dont have the housing permit either? It seems a little scattered to me and if they dont start making better progress this review will be alot more detailed and alot less nice. We bought our home from Johnny Christian at Prestige home center. He is the BEST salesman hands down...he took care of everything that needed to be done....went out of his way to take care of us even worked on his days off to get things rolling for us to be able to move in our new home after hurricane Micheal...I would HIGHLY recommend Johnny to take care of you if you are wanting a new home!! I would like to give a 10 STAR REVIEW!!!! HE is the best!

NEGATIVE 5. worse company and rudest employees. Power still goes out in half the house DAILY along with many other issues. After several attempts to get many things fixed they just ignore u. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! The power company came out the day b4 your crew came, power company said no issues. Your crew didnt even go under house and said it must be power company. Please put the monitor on like power company suggests and you will know.

I want to give a review on Johnny’s customer service! Our home hasn’t been finished yet, so I’m doing this on good faith. Prestige was home dealer # 10, I went to in our area, which means Johnny was about the 100th salesman I met, and hands down the best!!! He was never pushy, I had a salesman call me on a blocked number when I didn’t answer, he never had to use any gimmicks, after compiling my list of needs and wants after all of the other places, he pointed me in the right direction and found the perfect home for us!! I bet you could get my call history since we applied a couple of months ago, and I probably called him 100 times, even with that and all of the 1000s of questions I had, he was never annoyed!!! He was always pleasant and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it for me. There were some bumps in the road with the mortgage company, no fault of his, but he always went to bat for us. Johnny is the epitome of customer service, and from the bottom of my heart I hope prestige appreciates what they have in him!

I lost my home in Hurricane MichealI went to Prestige Home Center and everyone there was very helpful .I purchased the Miley 3 bedroom 2 bath model . I was unsure how the SBA Loan process would be and the sales people made that easy too.That day I picked out all my interior and exterior for my home.Before I knew it I was at closing and a few months later iI was in my new home . Anytime I had a question the sales lot would help me and made my home buying experience great .After the walk through the manufacture sent a service guy up to service somethings that need to be addressed he spent about 30 minutes at my home and said he would be back in few weeks to complete my service but that’s been several months ago and he has not returned . But other than that little bump in the road I am very happy with Prestige Homes Center.

Very courteous sales staff...but dont expect to get what you pay for..a tip ask about every outlet, water faucet, roof color...dont believe what you are told get in writing. it will be worth in the end (maybe)and be specific. Would never advise anyone to buy from them.

Caroline Jordan was so Wonderful to work with she always had answers to all questions and had solutions for all issues. And got me the best deal on my Brand New Beautiful Home too....

Johnny and his staff were some of the most unorganized, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude people I have ever dealt with in a retail sales environment. I would highly suggest visiting other businesses before deciding on them.

Don’t waste your time!!! Lost a cash sale because the salesman is a liar. We went by on a Saturday and he promised three times to call us on a Monday and still heard nothing! So I called him a week later and every excuse he could use he did! I work in customer service and that is not how you treat a good paying customer!! Had over $100,000 plus in hand and ready to make a deal and I guess that means nothing to the company or the OWNER!!

They told me that if I pulled the permits, that would help... Help release them from being responsible for shoddy workmanship... Walked away... Avoid these people...

This has been a nightmare for me, after several months I finally got them to close and give me a date, I paid them the down payment and I waited some more after three weeks of silence from them I just show up st the office, the salesperson I worked with had left them because of internal problems and so my paperwork had never even made it to the mortgage company and so now Im being told that I have to be approved all over again, but in the meantime Prestige has deposited my check for $6200.00 and Im upset with them because of their in-professional work procedures and want my money back, well today is Dec. 20, theyve had my money since Nov. 01 and they still tell me today that corporate hasnt mailed to them yet.. so Im still waiting for this nightmare to end, Im now dealing with a professional salesperson at Paradise Home Center in Dothan, Al....Prestige lost my vote of confidence and trust!!I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

We like everyone else were misplaced by hurricane Michael. That being said. We first thought going to Alabama was the best thing to do seeing as how we figured every home place here was gonna be super busy. Or destroyed. We did and boy were we wrong. Now I wont mention the waste of time we originally went to and got approved for a bunch of misleading, what they wanted to sell us, fake dreams that wasnt even real. They kept dragging it out for months so we came to Panama city and tried our luck here. Again the same thing. I wont mention the first place we tried either but we paid more for the permits and the application then we had to spend and still have not got that money back. At last, We made it to prestige and I was the one being kinda rude. Not in a bad way but as a father and husband all I wanted was a home for my family. I already had it. Like 5 times if you ask the other liars. Anyway we really had nothing but a waste of money and time that was getting slim. We needed a home. Septic, a well and asap lol. We lost it all. The first salesmen we got, I cant and wont say anything good about but the first time walking into Prestige. MrJonny called him out to the hall and told him. Look! He knows what he needs, not what you want him to get. Listen to the customer Patrick.. Hes not buying a dream man. He needs, a septic, well, and a home. So Patrick just slow down and listen to him. I over heard it and was like.. WOW!! Ok so this place is legit. So we were off to the races. Headed to a nice life. Lol not so fast. It was to the point with Patrick, to where MrJonny said, look Casey, Im talking this over, I want your file, even if he gets the commission I dont care. I just want you guys in a home. Sure enough. Jonny saved us! Made sure we were in our home before the holidays. Made sure we were ok. Man. He had me come in on his days off. Just to go over EVERYTHING!! Item by item. He took time from his life, for mine. To make sure it would work. Iv told him many, many, many, many times. That if not for him. Were still homeless. He refuses to agree so I gotta write this. Cant disagree now!! I cant speak for anyone but my family but we are grateful for the fact Jonny was there. Prestige was here and my family is in our home! So whoever reads this. Please, please give Jonny a pat on the back and tell him how much the home business is in need of people like him! Thank you all!

We got our place after hurricane Michael but we were in the process before the hurricane cameIt took forever to get it and get it set up and then we find out that its because they are building 3-4 at a time and then they dont have many workers to set them upSo we had electrical issues and mold you would think they would get someone out right away nope took foreverAnd Im still not pleasedI spent all that money and there are still issuesThe cabinet that mold was under they didnt replace so it still smellsIts ridiculous the amount of times we had to call them to get anything doneI will not suggest them to anyone and I well and have told people to go elsewhereIts not the workers fault they need to inspect them really good and the owners I feel should check and see if people are happy or not and come on out see my home

Panama City Hwy 98 location. Paperwork was easy getting a delivery date has been a nightmare. If you buy on lot its supposed to be 5-7 business days. Over two weeks almost 3 still waiting for call from delivery company. The girl that works there is very nice promises the world but no help at all as I cant get an answer from her neither and was told it would be delivered last week. Today I called her to find out whats the holdup and she was supposed to call the delivery guys and get me answer but 5 hours later again no call back and now shes gone for the day. Im ready to cancel the order as Im still paying for storage at a commercial place and buy elsewhere.

They are not very helpful. They dont listen to your needs. They seem to be concern. With only a sale of what they have on lot site. Returns calls at anytime.
