I just started renting at the end of August. My payment was never processed for September. I called and left messages, but never received a call back. Now we’re in October, I called and left messages again, and even emailed. I finally get through to someone who tells me my payment is late and that I owe a $100 late fee, PLUS, I have to drive 6 hours back to Callaway to pay the late fee. No option up to pay my unit cost was offered. I was told an an e-mail would be sent to the owner to ask if I could pay it over the phone, but I still haven’t heard back. Am I going to be assessed another late fee? My belated husband’s items are in there. Please someone get ahold of me.

They have redone the back storage units looks like . The price$$$ is great 6x10 $50; a month. I keep so much in storage now . I bounce around, till I find that Place Call home.

The lady that works here not sure if shes the owner or not but she was very nice and helpful. sympathetic to me being a hurricane victim and work with me with payments. There storage had damage to some of the units but I strongly suggest this storage to anyone

This place is starting to get rehabbed and they are having more units come on starting in April and May. Glad I could find one available that wasnt 2 hours from home.
