The people at Greenstreet are amazing. I just went to a class on bike maintenance. The person teaching the class was so knowledgeable and was really good at explaining things. He went over the allotted time and keeping sharing his knowledge with us. Im so grateful. Thank you Greenstreet!

I had been looking for a specialized rockhopper for about a year. Due to the pandemic the supply chain was way behind and they were very hard to come by.I was super stoked when I saw that Greenstreet Cycles recently got a shipment in so I immediately ordered one online. When I came in to pick up the bike they took the time to review proper positioning and body mechanics with me and I ended up swapping what I ordered for one with a different frame and wheel size that ended up being a much better fit for me.Truly appreciate all the knowledge and patience they shared with me. Theyve made a lifelong patron and they will definitely be my first stop for any future needs.

Unhelpful sales person that left a bad taste in my mouth. In an area as big as the Omaha area, Im sure I can find another bike shop willing to help me. Ordered a bike online that was assembled here, and did a little shopping when I picked it up. Came in again afterwards to get some additional accessories installed. On both occasions the people working here were friendly and efficient and patient with all my nooby questions, and the bike is in top condition. Just a terrific experience all around.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff, they knew exactly what I needed and I was out in 10 minutes and my issue was fixed!

Nice and knowledgeable. Fast service even during a time of high demand and low staff numbers. Walked in with my bike that had minor issues, received a quote the next day, and had the bike back the day after that. When they weren’t able to reach me by voicemail, they sent a professional and courteous email with the information I needed. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that they could use a more streamlined approach for taking in a new customer that is seeking repair service. They seemed to want me to wait for a specific person even though that gentleman was in the middle of helping another customer and the person who greeted me didn’t seem to have anything else to do besides talk to me to keep me company. While very kind and friendly, I did have to finally ask the employee to please take my information and have them call me if they need to. I would have been happy to pay the nominal deposit for the inspection and leave my info without necessarily talking to an expert on the spot.

Took my fat bike in for a tune up and took advantage of the 1/2 off deal. Great service and had the bike back quickly. Rides like a champ. Helpful and knowledgeable. Greenstreet came highly recommended and that held true. Will be back in the future.

With everyone jumping on a bike these days, unsurprisingly these guys have a waiting list for repairs. HOWEVER, they fixed the chain on my POS used mountain bike outpatient in only a few minutes for what amounted to cost of parts. Really knowledgeable staff who gave me good advice on my bike. Thanks very much guys. Im riding my lemon into the ground then coming to see you for a real bike.

Awesome service! I had an issue with my tire and they were able to get me in before the end of the day and fixed everything right away. I went from having a flat tire to back on the road again in less than an hour! I think I just found my shop for regular maintenance.

Called to check if they had my kids tires in stock. Went in with both bikes and kids and was in and out asap. Great service, super nice techs. Theyre very busy, but still made time to change the tubes immediately.

I called before I went in to ask if they carried my tires, they said they did. Got to the shop with my bike in tow and they didnt actually have the tires in store after all. They had to be ordered, which I agreed to. Somehow the typical one week turn around has been a month and still no tires, and no calls to let me know anything. Went to the shop to inquire and was told 🤷 covid19 has them on back order. I just wanted to support a local bike shop but these guys are not great with the customer service.

I took my Giant Defy Advance 2 in to replace a broken right hand shift lever. While there Todd and Kevin found my cassette was dirty and the chain had stretched. They took care of the issues and the bike rides really great.

Bike setup was immaculately handled, lots of confidence-inspiring check-ins while I waited for the bike to arrive at the shop for setup, and plenty of dialog to make sure we got the fit right. I bought a bike from a internet company and I assembly it. But my bike needed adjustment on the “105” Shimano front derailer since the factory does not do it and I could not adjust it good enough to engage large sprocket. I called Greenstreet Cycles on 6/27/2020 and the told me I could bring in my bike on a walk-in. My bike was not engaging to large sprocket due the front derailer needed adjustment. The tech tried for at least 20-25 minutes to adjust it but could not fix issue. Then the bike tech told me he was trained but he had not learned to adjust “105” Shimano front derailers since there are 6 screws. He cut my gear cable shorter. I was told I would have to wait for the other 50 bikes since they were are the schedule before mine. I found a trek dealer in Omaha to fix my bike and was told my gear cable was too short and it should not of been cut. The Greenstreet bike mechanic obviously did not what he was doing by cutting my cable or working on my bike. Now I must pay the trek dealer for a new cable. Don’t work on a bike if you don’t know what you are doing! Simple as that! I will call owner and let him know what happened, but they lost my business for life and I will warn all other bike riders so the same thing does not happen to them.

I stopped in today to get the chain replaced on my son’s bike. They were friendly and helpful and it only took a few minutes to get it fixed up. I was really happy with their service and the pricing seemed fair.

My husband and I visited Greenstreet Cycles today for the first time, and Im so glad I did! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, very kind (I know nothing about bikes), and very honest. I told them my wants/needs, they fitted me, and gave me a deal on the bike of my dreams. Very happy to have found them locally in Papio! I will be a lifetime customer!

These folks are the best! Brought several classic Schwinn bicycles to their Papillion NE location recently for safety checks, and they were happy to work on these bikes. They (Todd and Phil) were friendly, and didnt thumb their noses at me in spite of the fact that my Schwinns were heavy Chicago/USA steel bikes!Ill continue to bring my other 60s/70s Schwinn classics to their business for potential inspection/repair.

My daughters bike needed a little work so I thought Id bring it by the new spot to see what theyd say. The fellow took a glance, made a couple quick tweaks and sent me on my way. I wanted to pay but he said to just come back when we needed a new bike or something more. I will.

I had never previously used Greenstreet but was looking for someplace to service my bikes after Olde Towne Cyclery closed in Bellevue. Spent a couple hundred dollars getting two bikes serviced. Upon getting them home, I found that seat-post was not reset to previous height. Tires were barely inflated. When these simple things are overlooked, makes me question the quality of the other work completed.

I was blown away by their customer service!I bought a bike from a big box store and was having issues with it. I went in for a free appraisal and learned it was poorly assembled and was actually very dangerous to ride because the handle bars weren’t tight enough. The minor issue I had with my chain was quickly addressed, the bars were tightened, and I was even given a map of bike routes all free of charge. I will 100% be coming back for any tune ups and highly recommend them.Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had bought my bike here.

We purchased bikes for the family. The salesman was very knowledgeable!

I rode in with a chain skipping beats and about to break and rode out on what felt like a new bike. I had the chain replaced, a new cassette installed, and a bottle of lube to replace my can of WD40 which I learned is not the best way to keep your chain in shape. In short, I got more than I rode there for and will be returning for a tune up.
