Everyone there is friendly and helped with any questions that I had. Bikes seem to be of great quality but kinda pricey. But, I believe you get what you pay for and am willing to spend a little extra for a quality product.I havent had a bike since I was a teen and now that Im a bit older and heavier, they didnt make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever and I enjoyed the process. The employee even said, that they just want people out on their bikes having a good time no matter who they are.

I am just so impressed with this store and the wonderful service department. To have skilled technicians that fully understand the workings of bikes, know what is wrong and can give you honest advice on what you need and really dont need is refreshing. The service department reminds me of my local neighborhood auto repair that I use - competent and honest in its pricing.

Trek Bicycle has great products, service and awesome staff. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help by answering all my questions backed by knowledge. I told them what I wanted to do and they pointed towards one of the bikes I found online. I took 2 bikes for a test ride around the neighborhood to decide which one I liked better, which was nice that they let you do that. I will definitely keep my business with these guys.

Im super happy with my experience here. I stopped in several times to test bikes (usually the same ones) over and over before I finally decided on the one I wanted, and they were always very helpful and never pushy. I never got that feeling that I was inconveniencing them like you sometimes get when you go into a store and dont end up buying anything. Ive been in there many other times for other things, and I have always gotten the same great vibe. (plus, I absolutely love my bike)

I purchased my bike there last summer and every person there has been so helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and there is no pressure/sales pitch. I am happy they are close to my house and feel like if I ever have trouble or questions I’ll head right over and get it handled. I love my bike and had a great experience at this store.

Lifesavers! I bought a nice Schwinn bike for my 11-year-old (she’s still growing so I didn’t want to invest $400 or more) from a big box retailer (Wal-Mart online), and nowhere did it mention that any assembly would be required. Only the frame, chain, gears & rear wheel were assembled. For safety, I took one look and took it to Trek-Papillion. I was greeted warmly and they agreed to assemble it and make it ride-ready for $60. I had wished it was less, but was just grateful that they were willing to assemble and prep another brand, in a timely fashion, so that my daughter wasn’t too disappointed waiting for her new bike. Now she’s riding it daily and I have the piece of mind that it’s assembled and prepped right! Thanks, Trek-Papillion!

Excellent experience. when I walked in I was kindly greeted and asked what I was looking for [a bike thats good on the street, aka not a mountain bike] and the gentleman who helped me showed me several options, and had me test out the bike and adjusted the seat to the best setting. the gentleman inside also showed me how to change the tire on my new bike!will definitely come back for future upgrades!

Will never go back. Guy pretty much ignored me when I got there. No hello, no hey be with you in a minute, just absolute silence. This went on for awhile until someone else came over but was unable to assist me and the whole time he was talking to me I felt like he was talking down to me since I didnt own one of their bikes. Never plan on stepping foot in this place again!

Bought my bike here along with Alot of accessories here in 2015. When my Bonranger Trip 100 stopped reading my bike rides I took it here and Joe was nice enough to fix it along with giving my bike a break adjustment free. Lowell, at this location, was incredibly helpful and nice. He helped me put together a flat-tire kit for my bike, and as I looked around at the choices he took my items to the counter so I didnt have to carry them around. Checkout was fast. I wasnt sure what tubes to get, so I wrote down everything on my tire (lol) and showed him; he knew exactly what I was looking for. Store was also clean and well-staffed. Will return again!

The mechanics Ive had the pleasure of working with (Steve and Frank) have always been knowledgeable and informative in regards to keeping my bikes in good condition. Opposed to fixing the issue and being vague about it, Ive always gotten educated on what I can do to prevent issues or best practices for basic maintenance that can be done at home.Additionally, though Ive never rented a bike from here, they have a large selection of bikes to rent. This is huge when it comes time to purchase a new bike, and much appreciated!

I like that I’m not charged for services I don’t need. Additionally, the staff makes very good suggestions on gear and can provide options based on varying budgets. Great customer service.

Everyone at the shop is super friendly, eager to help, and great at what they do. I purchased my first real bike (Verve 3) at this Papillion location about a year ago. Derek - pretty sure hes the manager - was really helpful with picking out the perfect bike for me within my budget, and asked me lots of questions about what I was looking for and hoping to get out of it. (He was also super patient with me, since I honestly had no idea how to shop for a bike and had done ZERO research beforehand, haha.)And since then theyve helped me out with buying/installing a number of additions (bottle-holsters, cargo rack, etc), getting maintenance done (including doing a safety check after I ended up taking a sideways tumble down a hill and twisted my seat & handlebars out of place - which they then fixed for me), and even assembling/installing the roof-rack I ordered through them onto my car at no additional cost. I seriously love these guys.Oh, and a shout-out for Joe: I only recently learned his name, but I know Ive had him help me a few times, and hes just a really sweet guy. (They all are, but I havent learned all their names, yet. lol)

The frame on my Trek 2200, purchased in 2003, broke. Steve, at Trek Bicycle Papillion, was excellent to work with in handing my warranty claim and getting me into a new Trek Domane 5SL. The 2019 models had gone up in price, but Steve scoured other Trek bike shops to find a 2018 model and save me some money. I am very pleased with my new Trek bike.

Everything about my bicycle purchasing experience was great in Papillon. They went out their way to help me select the right bike and made several adjustments to make it absolutely perfect for me.

Bought my first trek there a couple years ago. Huge trek fan but not good experiences here. My bike had issues shortly after buying and they wouldnt stand by it. The biggest issue I had was last week when I went in to buy a inner tube and the guy asked if I wanted him to throw it on, stupid me assuming he was doing it just to show appreciation for my business. Charged $8 for tube and $12 for the 2 minute installment. I guess $12 isnt much to people that buy bikes there but it is a lot to me especially for something I could have done easily.

Most bike shops hang their hat now a days on their customer service. They have to in order to keep their business ahead of the game with all of the other options available in todays day and age with other companies coming out with direct sales. Trek on the other hand not only delivers top quality bikes, but also top quality service. The best of both worlds. Derek the store manager at the Trek Papillion store is the perfect example of not only a great sales man, but more importantly, a better overall human being. I can not speak highly enough of him. My experience at his store was nothing but positive. I came in a few weeks ago to check out some of their full suspension mountain bikes. I kind of already had my mind set on a different bike but decided to just stop in and see for fun. I had a few questions that Derek was able to go above and beyond to answer, showing me real specs, not just made up numbers to make a sale. He then worked with me and let me get out on the bike outside of just the normal parking lot in order to really see how it worked! I fell in love with the bike. I later decided against the bike due to personal reasons and Derek was right there again to work with me in order to set me up with the best set up for me! I know I can stop in anytime and he will be there to help me find whatever I need in order to get me riding. He not only cares about his work with a passion but also works to get to know his customers on a deeper level than just a walking dollar sign. He cares more about the sport rather than just making a quick dollar! Long story short, Derek and everyone else at Trek will go the extra mile to accommodate you and get you out riding a quality bike EVERY time. I have never been so well taken care of by a company like I have with Trek. Buy from them and you cant go wrong. PERIOD.

I called asking if they sell used skewers, guy on the phone was super nice. I go in all the guys working were super nice, guy from phone comes out of the back and gives me a used skewer (a good one)!!! Im sure they dont do this all the time but that makes me want to spend money in the shop. Thanks again guys!

Great team to work with. Helped me find my last two bikes. Even recommend waiting until I rented a couple of mountain bikes in Moab to decide what I wanted before making a decision.Knowledgable about everything they sell. Will try to up-sell, but when they do, it is never high pressure and when I have taken their recommendations I have always appreciated the advice later and have a couple of times regretted not taking it.I can probably get a bike cheaper on line any more, but they know the bikes they sell and service and service has been great in turn around and fair in price.Ordered a bike in for me in my size to try. It took me 4 months to afford it and they never pressured me to buy it while they waited.They have been willing to do adjustments to the new bikes on a moments notice.They know the biking community and MTB trails in the area and have helped me get started into that form of riding as well. Previously I was just road and gravel.Everyone there seems to know what they are talking about and enjoy riding. Cant say that for all the shops in our area.

And l know from past experiences that work on my bike is more than other bike shop. Its too bad because the trek store is less then a mile from home.☹

They dont seem like have a price chart, but charge whatever they feel like.I had them fix the left shifter a month ago and paid $33.This time, my right shifter needs to be fixed and they asked $50.I dont know what the price breakdown behind it, but it seems like they are overcharging and inconsistent about how much they charge for the same service.
