I really wish that they were open later. 5 pm is early. I hope that they are able to hire more staff so that this location can be open later.

Ordered my usual that I usually get at Bellevue Starbucks. They did not put lid on tightly and coffee spilled on me. Coffee tasted horrible and thought they forgot creamer and pumpkin. At the bottom it was super sweet, so realized they didn’t mix it! Will never go here again will continue going to Bellevue!

Sat in line for 30 minutes with 10 cars behind us waiting to be helped on a Saturday afternoon, just to be told that they were closing in 10 minutes (3pm)Would have been nice for them to send someone out 30 mins prior so we and all the other cars behind us didn’t waste our time. Then dealt with a very rude kid supervisor, poorly ran location. Enough to lose our business.

Waited about 5 minutes for someone to finally take our order. I had asked for the bacon egg bites, and specifically in an oatmeal cup. The food took way too long at the window. And I had only received one egg bite & it was not in an oatmeal cup, nor did they give me silverware. Very displeased with the quality of service at this location. Highly recommend going to a different location if you want Starbucks.

Easily a 30+ minute wait in the drive-thru. With this level of demand you should consider a second location next door.

I went in and ordered a cold brew, Im waiting for 15 minutes, people who ordered after me are getting what they ordered. 2 girls are just standing there while one girl is doing everything. They are getting a lot of customers and I understand they are busy, finally the other 2 girls start working. One of them saw there was no cold brew and didnt say anything, just left it there and started working on other orders and not informing me. I then ask about my drink and they say theres no cold brew and dont know how long it will take. You think they offered to make me another drink ? No. I told them I wanted a refund and waited another 7 minutes while a manager could help with that. Worse experience at a Starbucks.

We came at 8:25pm and they closed at 8:30pm and we went through the drive through and the employees just stared at us then said they were closed.Also my girlfriend went here today 7/4 @ 3:10pm and the supposed manager Drew told us that even though they gave us a drink with there employees hair inside the cup and made both of our other drinks completely wrong he informed me they can’t refund my money for the drinks because he said there was nothing wrong with them all I wanted was my drinks re made and a refund for reviving horrible customer service and a drink with an employees hair inside the drink he said it’s starbucks policy they either give a refund or they remake the drinks which is absolutely not true at all. Worst Starbucks I ever went to and I will never come back to this location and I suggest people do the same horrible customer service.

This location used to be my go to. Would come every day on my way to work. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to figure out when they’re going to actually be open now. Went this afternoon on my way to work and they were closed at 1500. They often don’t take online orders ahead of time either. Very unfortunate.

The whole family loves Starbucks, who doesnt really. Always timely with our order, never any mistakes unlike some other coffee shops. Was amazed by the World Cake Pop.... WOW! Great job! 👍

This is ALWAYS the slowest Starbucks in town. Save yourself time and visit the Starbucks inside Hy-Vee just across the street at Shadow Lake. You could leave the line, drive to get your coffee, and still be back before a single car has moved.

I was a hardcore regular at this Starbucks. Something has changed here...management, personell...something. This placed has spiraled down quickly. Service is slow and rude. Save yourself a headache and go on down the road to either a Scooters or the SB on 84th.

As of 2 minutes ago, this place was temporarily closed down. Not sure if it is COVID-related but I’ve been a frequent customer for the last 7 years and this didn’t surprise me. This happens to be a common problem here. This isn’t the worst Starbucks I’ve gone to but certainly isn’t the best either. In the last 6 months, I’ve always had to wait in a line that was wrapped around the store. Every single time. Sometimes you’ll get through quick and other times it’s a slow wait. Sometimes my coffee comes out good and sometimes it doesn’t. If there was another location with quicker and more consistent service. I’d probably go there instead even if it was an extra mile or 2. Not bad but I’m just happy we have a Starbucks nearby.

This used to be a very good location, but ever since COVID theyve been closing way later/earlier than actual closing time on a whim, customer service from certain baristas has been very Karen-like (yes the baristas themselves), and the drive thru is slower than any other Starbucks Ive been to. They know they can get away with it because its in a suburban area and people dont wanna drive super far to grab a coffee before work. Management NEEDS to step in and take control again.

Never had an issue here. They are nice and work as fast as they possibly can.

There is really no reason to complain about pricing. I could understand if you lease the land and knew the overall cost to break even. I assume you dont there for your review in null and avoid. GOOD Day Sir.

Make sure to go to the Papillion location if you want to wait 30 minutes for one coffee while you watch five people stand around not making any orders. Then they hand you the wrong coffee with the wrong name. Extremely poor management.

Terrible. Maybe its post-covid difficulties with new employees, I dont know. Inside seating was closed but you could order inside and sit in the outside patio, which is what we intended to do.FIFTEEN minutes after we ordered an iced tea and Frappuccino, we asked if we could sit while we wait; they hadnt even started the drinks yet because theyd only been filling the drive-thru orders. They couldnt have just forgotten about us because we were the only ones inside the store and we were waiting at the counter.There were four people behind the counter, but never more than two actively working on making drinks and taking orders. 2-3 people were pacing or just standing behind the cash register. In the end, it took about 25 minutes to get our two drinks... and they screwed up one of the drinks.

Getting pricier every year... they made getting a free drink harder last year with their app. Price margins on drinks are crazy, scooters does do it for a little bit cheaper and still tastes just as great.

Placed a order for around 530am and they weren’t open when they were supposed to open at 5am. I kinda guessed it was because of the snow so they couldn’t get in, and I was right but like they were all sitting in their cars when I first got there at 525...and the fact that the app let me place a order online still and I wasn’t able to get it is frustrating, luckily I had time so I waited around a little bit, I couldn’t get in the drive thru till 6am and I didn’t even get what I ordered, all I got was 2 items. This Starbucks really struggles, I love the new upgrades to the place but y’all really need to improve your training and management here before you put more money in the location. Their great people to talk to and are always nice but needs better training at the job.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Bellevue instead. Went here this afternoon while out with the family and everything about the visit was terrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream foam.... at least that’s what I thought I ordered. I got a nasty looking drink with literally no ice and no sweet cream foam.They were closing at 3:30 for some reason on a Monday so maybe they were in a hurry. The lady at the window literally closed the window on me when I tried to talk to her.I’m just going to go to the location in Bellevue from now on. The staff there never messes up any drink I order.

TERRIBLE!!!!!Ordered and paid for a large Chai Latte with light ice with 2 extra pumps of Chai. Got a small with only 2 pumps of Chai. This was repeated 3 times and she repeated it back 2 times. IF I WANTED A GLASS OF WATERY MILK THATS WHAT I WOULD OF ORDERED. DISGUSTED. OF COURSE WHEN ON WAY TO WORK NOT AN OPTION TO SIT ANOTHER 30-60 MINUTES IN LINE. SCOOTERS HERE I COME

Favorite starbucks

In the past month I’ve only been able to get coffee a handful of times. They are constantly closed for random reasons and no explanation provided. It’s super annoying.

Cold brew coffee should be brewed in the store! When a customer asks for coconut milk instead of water and your not adding water you should tell said customer you dont have fresh brewed cold brew only prepackaged so they can make another selection. Instead of selling a $5 coffee thats extra watered down before the ice melts!

While they always seem to be full of customers, staff here is always friendly and quick to get you on your way with a great drink.

This Starbucks has average Starbucks coffee. The service here is terrible. Drinks are not completed correctly, several times it has taken them 3 times to get right. The facility is clean but few tables. When you order drinks at the drive through they are slow. I mean super slow. Inside its worse you can wait 15 minutes before your drink is served. I seriously think that with the amount of workers they have this should not be a problem but, the workers stand around and BS instead of work. They banter back and forth and dont care that we wait. They have so many workers some of which just stand there. They need a serious manager that has micromanagement skills to keep them on task.

Normally quite busy with long lines but they are always very quick. All of the workers are always very nice and have never messed up even my most complicated order!

This store must get the most business in Papillon. I dont think Ive ever driven past during daylight hours and not seen at least one car in the drive thru, usually many more.I say this because I want to point out that the baristas who work here are some of the most hard working people and still do it with a smile and fast service.And any customer who is unfamiliar with this store should just bring patience because the line in the drive thru is not the baristas fault.

After 6 months of coming intermittently, I think I can safely give this locale a 5 star rating. All in all, one if the most consistent Starbucks I have been to. If something doesnt taste right, they replace it too. That has happened once, and I was made more than whole. Two thumbs way up.

Stopped at this Starbucks after a business meeting. The bathroom was very clean. I ordered the Pike Peak blend with no cream or sugar, but still asked for room; I find this allows the coffee to cool quicker.

Love Starbucks normally, but this one always seems to Jack up our mobile order. Either something missing, wrong size, or a missing component. Other thg hands that, just fine.

This place is pretty cool, i love having conversations with the baristas when i can and our company buys a lot of our coffee from them (cant survive without the macchiato.) Its typically super busy but always fast. They make it a point to ask how your day is going and are never not smiling. Its pleasant.

I use the drive through. I treat myself to their very good drinks. They are good about adding extra pumps if thats what you desire.

The parking lot set up here is STUPID and the inside is miniature. In the mornings when the drive through is busy, the lot is so small that no one can park/leave, and the drive through line will even run back into itself around the building and back up everyone into the main road. On the inside, its also crammed (good luck finding a place to stand while you wait) and there are six seats. So its like they neither want you to eat in or to take out or use the drive through.

The staff and coffee here are great, but the location is not ideal if you plan on heading south. The parking lot is cramped and can back up at peak times.

Normally I would give 5 stars. But today on the app I saw the happy hour. It directes me to order drink (which I did cuz I was going to go anyway) and I paid thru the app as well. I thought Id get the happy hour price but I did not. Why would the app have the advertised add for happy hour and not honor it when you order thru the app?? Im really disappointed.

Great cold brew - didnt add too much cream. This location has a couple great study tables and a back corner with a big table for groups.
