I ordered some thread I needed to complete an order, their website said no delays in shipping, however after 6 days they let me know some of my thread was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they informed me they had already shipped some of my order. They never checked with me on how I wanted to proceed before shipping a partial order. It then took me another 2 days to get a refund. I had to ask 5 times for a refund before finally getting it. This was a frustrating experience.
