The owner was extremely friendly and personable. Most furniture/bedding companies have a good handful of employees, big showrooms, warehouses, etc. so they have to pay a hefty rent, insurance, and salaries. They then pass this cost onto you. Diane runs a very efficient business and is the only employee and meets customers by appointment only so she doesnt have all the overhead costs thus the products are not marked up to compensate. You get the same superior quality on name brands (and some even more cost-conscious options) for thousands less than other retailers. The finance options (currently 3) if youre not paying via cash or card are extremely flexible and offer credit to those with no credit or bad credit (my score is bad and I still got approved for $1,500 in credit). I got my new king-size bed, platform, pillows, and mattress protector delivered the same day! 15/10 must recommend! Thank you Mattress By Appointment!
I went into this small business looking for a king size bed. The expertise and knowledge these people have is better then any place I visited . I never once felt pressured. They were so helpful and kind. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They even delivered it on short notice on weekend. It was so simple and easy. I recommend this place to anybody thinking of buying a new bed. The bed is so comfortable Iam sad I have to travel and go away from it for the weekend. Highly recommend.

OMG!!! Im so happy happy happy with my new mattress I bought a king size and a twin for my son, and as my husband said it was like you were sleeping in a big pillow. The customer service was excellent, they make you feel like friend and they recommend you the best for you needs and they were on point with me. My previous mattress was a queen size I bought 3 month ago but It was uncomfortable for me, this mattress is perfect I was so deep in my sleep that I didnt hear my alarm and I was late for work lol something that didnt happen with the queen size. Go and get you a new mattress, they offer options of payments too.
