AVOID THIS PLACE. My car was dropped off for repairs in advanced appt. time, repair estimate sent in advanced and everything. I was told the repairs would take a month. When I questioned the guy about the long repair time he had a bad attitude and said that it was normal. When my mom called to follow up on repairs 2 weeks later they had a horrible attitude with my mom and responded rudely the car will be ready when we said. and hung up. When the car was FINALLY ready there were SO MANY things wrong with it. I immediately told them and they said the tires just needed air. when I insisted and showed all the wrong things to the mechanic he laughed in my face and left.

My car was fixed in a timely manner. I was updated every step of the way. I went back to get my car adjusted and they took care of me immediately.

Fix Auto is outstanding! The best customer service and their time estimate for parts, completion of the work, and drying time for the paint was precise. I was very impressed. Fix Auto Paramount is my body shop for life. Thank you very much Juan and the young man at the front desk. Thank you.

They came through twice within a few months

Had a positive experience. Dropped my Mercedes Benz off and had a quote within 24 hours. They were in constant communication with me and they also worked very quickly. My car looked brand new (with a lifetime warranty on bumper and paint) and I had it back within 4 days. I would highly recommend!

They have a very bad service including the manager he is so rude, and they did a bad job!I dont recommend this place at all!

I wish i had checked all the reviews for fix auto.so many negatives and i can see why.i got into a car accident on the 20th of Dec.and fix auto towed my car on the 26th.of Dec.until now my car is still in that shop and no work has been done.they said theyre waitng for parts.my insurance gave me a choice to take it to this place or to nissan collision,now i think i made a huge mistake by taking it to them.so people check the reviews before you take anything to them for repair almost half of 32 reviews are negative and rated 1 star so that should speak for itself.

Just had some minor body works headlight updated . I have been bring my 4 cars for over 7 yrs and and Pete has always repaired my cars perfectly. Between my kids and my wife cars, I had major body work repaired over 6 times !! ( different cars) sometime they are late as they find more work that is needed to be done after removing body panels but that always happen to me and my co-works when they needed bodywork at other places.Dr Andrew Lim /Paramount

They are scam artists. Do not take your car to them. I brought my car to there shop. They took forever getting it back to me. When they did there was a dent on the bumper. I didnt see it before I left and when I brought it back they told me I dented it. Im not the type of person to lie about thing like that. They do bad work and blame someone else when they get caught. Dont take your car there you will regret it.

TERRIBLE. I took my car here after an accident. The finished the job quickly, but after they gave me my car back, i had 5 different problems pop up. I had to take my car back FOUR different times - all for different problems. They do a real rush job to get it done quickly and leave your car in bad condition. Youll regret it. Dont go here.

This place is so un organized and false they’ve been saying I’m going to get my car and for the passed 2 weeks. Every day they call me with new excuses on the delays from “we are waiting for parts” too “we don’t work weekends.” I’ve rented a car for the period of time they first told me and my car is still not ready. Now that I think I’m getting my car they tell me they ordered the wrong radiator 🤔 how is that my fault ? Why are they waiting last minute to check if all the parts fit when they had all the time to check while they where painting my car? All these excuses are ridiculous now I hope that when I get my car everything is working well. Think twice before taking ur car into place👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽💩💩💩💩💩💩💩🤬

The staff at this Fix Auto was friendly and kept me informed as to the status of the repair of my vehicle.

DON’T bring your car here, especially if you were just in an accident. Believe me these people just try to get money off the insurance and don’t care about what type of job they did to your car.

If you want just the outside fix they are ok at it. If you want to make sure your car runs as good as before an they fix everything they need to, this is NOT the place. They say they check everything but they dont. I dont recommend this place at all. I suggest you go to the dealership because they usually have a Collision Center thag will leave your car as good as before, and even better. If you like used parts on your car then Fix Auto is the place you should go.

They do really bad work. Paint on my car chipped due to a bubble.

Excellent service, very friendly staff .. Ami hit me at the passenger door and I was very worried that I never had happened something like that. The lady from the front made me feel calmer because I explained everything in Spanish and helped me with my rental car. and as they were the repairs they always communicated with Migo .. And well the most important my car is as new. I recommend it!! Thanks fix!
