I had gotten into my first car accident and my car was undriveable. The Triple A person who had picked up my car highly suggested Xclusive Auto collision. Unfortunately my car was a total loss with my insurance. But Julio and his crew were the sweetest and most reassuring group of people I had ever encountered. They gave me piece of mind that my car was safe with all the security cameras and people they have there.Being my first accident, they helped me with a better understanding that they would help me understand what comes after getting into an accident. I wish my car was able to get fixed because these people have showed dedication to what they do and there willingness to help anyone who steps foot on there premises.

I had a relatively minor accident but the damage to my 2013 BMW was quite extensive and my insurance company treated it as a total loss, which is ridiculous IMO as the car is in impeccable condition but for the repair that was needed. To add insult to injury, the BMW dealership did not want to have anything to do with repair.So we took it upon ourselves to have it repaired elsewhere. Xclusive Auto Collision did an AMAZING job of the repair. The car now looks as good as new and there is no tell tale sign that any work had been done to it. Thank you Julio and Francisco for a job well done … and done at a very reasonable cost I might add! Thanks guys!

Very friendly and courteous shop. My car was stolen and nonoperating when found I reached out to Julio and my car was towed to the shop within the next hour, I was impressed with how quickly they operated being a Sunday and late in the evening Julio walked me through the whole process and explained to me in detail what to expect. Overall, I am very satisfied with how well I was treated and the outcome of my claim. Great shop and highly trained employees. Quality work is a very high standard here and satisfaction guaranteed. Unbelievable Work!! I was referred to Xclusive Auto Body by a mutual client. At first I was skeptical as they were located about 30 miles from my house. I told my client that I would give them a call.Francisco answered the phone and was more than polite and friendly, he was also very knowledgable spent the time getting to know the personal details of my life, how I would use my vehicle and then made recommendations based on that. in this case the vehicle is a lease until going through BMW and getting my insurance involved would have been a big problem. he actually had the car towed at their own expense, and had the car dropped off so the 30 miles became irrelevant. Mobile Pickup and Delivery... Awesome!!!I will post it before pics but essentially I was hit into a pole so there was damage to the right front fender to the left front fender to my bumper and to my Hood. I went to three different shops prior to calling Francisco and was quoted $8,000.00, $9,600.00 and $13,390.00. After getting quoted $13,000 I started to believe that the $8000 quote was a good one. I was wrong.Replacing the 2 front fenders, hood and fixing the lower bumper, including the OEM Painting (Thanks Danny!), $6200.00. Less than half of the most expensive place. I decided to tip them $500 because I appreciated the low prices, pick up/delivery service and the friendly personalities. I will refer people for life and this review is a startOverall the experience was better than any Id ever had dealing with body work, and sadly Ive had plenty of accidents over the past 22 years.Ask for Francisco and remember... ALWAYS tip for good service.
