Be careful when you get additional services or when you buy accessories from them. For example, I wanted to change my number and they tried to charge me $15 when It’s supposed to be free! I asked how much for an accessory in person and the next day I went to buy it from another employee and they tried to charge me $10 more. I upgraded on my plan and the next day I received a message stating I owed more. The employee didn’t tell me if I waited one more day I wouldn’t have been charged extra! All employees are nice, especially the lovely ladies, just be careful.
